I sent a request for service on Feb 7th and sent a follow up request on Feb 9th due to no response. They replied with "I will be heading to Watertown and Waltham, not sure if today or tomorrow but I will give you a call when I'm sure." Those dates are 9/10. I emailed on 10th "can you tell me what time you will be able to come out today? " They replied on 10th "I'm sorry but I won't be able to go today. I have jobs that were scheduled before yours.I guess I can make it by Saturday the latest." They later replied again on the 10th "I'm sorry to inform you that I will not be able to perform snow removal service. I do apologize for any inconvenience."

I wasnt able to use the deal because the timing isnt working our right now due to the snow we currently have.

Ivan and his team came and removed the snow from our flat rubber roof. They did a really nice job, and were very professional. Price is high, but the same as what everyone else is quoting given the amount of snow we have been getting in the Boston area. Job took 1.5 hours for 3 people. We would use them again if needed.

Ivan was super responsive and was able to come to our house the same day we called. He and his crew cleared off the ice and snow on half of our roof. The leaking into our house stopped immediately. Ivan was also able to give us some insight on how to prevent the leaks again and what we could do in the spring.

I needed a hold patched in my roof and wanted it checked for other issues so I bought this deal. Ivan was very responsive to my calls/ texts and we quickly set up a time for him to come and look at the roof. Although I was not there when he arrived, he came and inspected the roof and patched the hole. He informed me that I am in need of a new roof which comes as no surprise to me because I'm sure the current one is 30+ years old. He provided me with an estimate for a new roof ($10,500) but I am not financially ready for a project of that magnitude yet. Once I am I will consider using him but will also get a couple other quotes to compare. I was satisfied with this deal because I got the hole repaired and the roof inspected for only the cost of the deal ($49).

Scheduling was fine and he arrived when he said would. He told us while he was here that the roof had looked old. We had some leaks and he said he caulked around some of the venting pipes on the roof. The pricing was fair. Overall, my experience with him was fine.

I purchased a Big Deal for a $99 Roof Maintenance Package. I have a 20 year old roof, and I had recently discovered evidence of a leak around the chimney in the attic. The roofer was responsive and came promptly to examine the roof, find, and repair the leak in the seal of the flashing on one side of the chimney. He also provided information about the general condition of the roof, and how much longer I can expect it to last. I was very appreciative of his willingness to come in December so that I could have the roof repaired before winter.

He was awesome! He was on time and took photos in order to explain what was going on and his prices were fair.

Prompt & courteous. It was a special where the roofer does an inspection and throws in minor repairs. We had a tiny leak during the last Nor'easter and Ivan said there were some exposed nail heads that he sealed. He also said where two roof slopes meet was not shingled in the most effective way. He estimated our roof was probably 20 years old. Would consider in the future for replacement.

He was on time for his appointment. However, he spent only about 10 minutes, doing a very brief walk on the roof. The purchased service included "Checking for interior leaks that may not be noticeable from the exterior of your home", but he did not look in the attic for signs of leaks. The service included "minor roof repairs", but he did not look for minor damage to fix.. The service included "Providing photos of other areas in need of repair and a summary report on any potential plan of action", but no report was provided, despite obvious signs of ice dam damage and leakage. Overall, I received less than I would have received at no cost as part of a repair/replacement estimate from other roofers.

I do not have anything particular I liked or disliked. They were average.

It went well. He was very honest and I am very happy with him. I am going to use him to install storm gutters on my home.

He said the pictures guaranteed in the voucher got erased and he would come back to re-do after I asked. When we came back he was also supposed to nail the corner of the skylight, which he didn't do. He actually didn't go back on the roof and took pictures I could have taken :(

Ivan had quick response. Response and repair completed within three hours. In the snow.

It worked out fine. There were no additional charges. The service was adequate. They were fairly responsive and came really quickly. He was on time.

His shiny ladder and truck were impressive. Ivan took the time to explain the overall condition of my slate roof and the long term problems that might occur over the next few years. But he did not try to pressure me into doing extra work before it becomes necessary.

He checked the chimney area for me and provided me the size of the chimney cap for the chimney. That only take him 11 minutes. It would be nice if he could had checked out all other area (other side, or dorm area) of the roof, and find any potential leaking spots. Perhaps this is just a Big Deal ($49), that he does not want to spend too much time on it. Overall, he is good at unloading his equipment and get to the roof of the 3 story house. He seems to be good at what he do.

The service amount was towards $200 of repair or replacing gutters. However, the provider got to the appointment early and asked if it was ok to start and I agreed, but I had 2nd thoughts realizing I should be there while he was checking my gutters. When I got home the provider reported that he cleaned my gutters but could not repair them as they needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, we could not agree on a reasonable price; and I think (and hope) the gutters were cleaned since I wasn't here to witness. Personally, I felt the provider's asking price was way too high to REPLACE my gutters; and there was no talk of REPAIR. The provider was pushing for replacement. I'm not saying he was wrong but I believe there was some price gouging action going on, therefore, I did not pursue the iessue.

We would consider to do the upgrading later, and do not wanna rush by doing that before this winter. According to the constructor, it would be ok to hold for this winter and even next one. Generally, we are satisfied about the whole checking process.

He was nice and gave us a quote for how much a new roof would be.

I waited for him on our scheduled day and time and he did not show up. I called him and he informed me that the phone number that Angie's List had given him was not correct so he canceled the appointment. I have decided not to use the deal or this provider.

They don't service Nashua,NH

Metro West is listed as one of the service areas that they cover for the company, but they said they do not cover Framingham, which is in MetroWest area...False advertisement... I have a feeling that the company did not want send anyone to come out to Framingham for $50.00 big deal. No problem though, there are plenty of other company that offer this service.

Came on time and did the work. Stated that one gutter needed to be replaced and gave me a verbal proposal. I accepted the proposal, but he did not return to do the work.

Nor'easter pouring rain into my living room from flashing around my chimney. I called 10 different roofers in the area who 'said' they had 24 hour emergency service and only one called me back: Ivan from Majesty Roofing. He came when he said he would, did what he said he would do, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for it. The repair is somewhat temporary due to how the roof was done by the previous owners, but when the time comes for a new roof or any further repairs, I will call Ivan. I cannot thank him enough!
