It went great. Very professional and honest about the roof (did not try to sell me s new roof). Would not hesitate to contact again.

I wasn't home when he did the work, but he was very responsive and professional over the phone.

Ivan was very professional. He arrived on time, did an overall inspection of the roof (inside and out), and we discussed leaking issues that I've been having around my chimney for several years. He went up on the roof, took some pictures, and said the flashing had not been properly caulked. 20 minutes later, he had recaulked it, and took some 'after' pictures. It hasn't rained since he's done the work, but I expect it to be nice and dry now, and he said to call him if I see any issues.

They said they do not service my area, so I requested a refund.

It was because the flashing was in between 2 layers of roofing (which isn't a great thing). So Ivan came and put some caulking to seal it up. He said if it didn't may need to replace the roof but quoted a decent price. Apparently you don't want to have your flashing in between two layers of shingles.

This all started with the $99 deal to inspect the roof. We thought we would make it through the winter but had ice dams, etc with interior damage. As soon as possible Ivan came to replace the roof. The whole process was smooth, professional, timely and reasonably priced. Attic contents were covered and cleanup outside was done each day. Ivan is very pleasant and knowledgeable and we would highly recommend his service.

OK. Really was more of a sales pitch for expensive work. Didn't receive written estimate.

Things went well. This was a big deal purchase. The $99 was very good. They came when they said they were going to come. The estimate they gave me was a high one.

Did not decide on what will be done as yet. Quoted 6600.00 for future repairs.

When he came down the ladder, he told me that he didn't think the joint sealing would work because the gutters were so old and dirty. They actually were fine for a short time, but soon began to leak again after a short time. Ivan was very punctual and polite both in scheduling and in performing the work. This was during a very rainy period and he arranged his schedule to come during after a couple of dry days.

They showed up on time and gave me an assessment. I would use them again in the future.

When I called Ivan answered the phone right away. He said his crew was on another job nearby and they would come over in about an hour, determine what work needed to be done and then Ivan would call me back. That was exactly what happened. The price quoted seemed fair compared to what I have been hearing others have been charged. After they left we noticed an area that they had completely missed - a small area, but an area where we had a leak in a past winter. We called Ivan and the crew was back in 1/2 hour to do the missed area and they even went over some of the areas they had already done to make sure they hadn't missed anything else. I would definitely use this company again.

Ivan and his three-person crews came on time. After we agreed on the price, they started their work immediately. They used metal shovels instead of the plastic or rubber types on the roof. I was alarmed and a bit hesitant, and told Ivan to be gentle on the roof. But to my surprise, they just bang on the roof to break the ice; there was no concern of caring for the impact on the roof. They gave me the perception that they wanted to get the job done and collected their payment without any consideration on the consequences toward your house. And rightly so, they broke the gutter at the back. Ivan gave an explanation that the gutter was not properly installed, etc, etc. While he was trying to give justification on why the incident happened, his crew broke another gutter on the front. These guys probably work well for commercial properties with flat roof, but for residential properties, they are far from being gentle to the roof, or the gutter, or your property. My house has a new gutter, and I just climbed up and checked what he said. It turned out what he had explained was not correct. In fact, he has not completed his job. The whole part of the roof at the back entrance was not cleared. A lot of ice dam on the gutter was still there. Well, if you have no interest on your house, you can hire this company. Otherwise, I cannot say anything great for the result of his work. I am very doubtful on how he could accumulate all these positive reviews. Angie's List, it is time for you to check your work; your credibility is deteriorating fast!

Great. All the roofing companies were backed up for days/weeks because of the snow storms. Majesty roofing came by 2 days after I called them and cleared off my roof. We had some leaks in the house because of the ice dams. They took care of it and the leaks went away. I recommended them to my parents and they took care of their roof and ice dams the day free they called.

We did not hire Majesty, but I appreciate their professionalism in responding to my inquiries.

I left a message on Angie's list for Ivan on Tuesday.. He wrote back Tuesday night and said he would let me know when he would be in Malden. Sure enough. He called my house at 4 pm on Thursday and said he was in Malden and could come over. He and his crew showed up and worked for about an hour. Very thick ice dams in gutters on both sides of my house and one small roof over a cellar door covered with snow needed attention. It is the worst winter ever for ice in our gutters and we have never had to call for help before. They could not get all the ice out completely because it was just impossible without damaging the gutters but they did what they could. I would call Ivan again for sure. It seems expensive but when you have water coming in your house you need help. The top cap on the post on my porch was dislodged and because it is white we could not find it in the snow. Hopefully, as Ivan said when the snow melts we will find it. Majesty came through for us, Ivan was courteous and professional. I would recommend the company and call them again if I needed this service.

Though they were unable to provide the service immediately, this speedy and honest response is the professional reply that is so rare in the trades. I greatly appreciated it.

Took a day to get back to me, all roofers are straight out dealing with ice dam issues throughout Boston do to the blizzards,but sent a late night e-mail to say they would come in the morning which they did. three guys showed up, they were more than polite and efficient. I would use them again in a heartbeat. In fact they will replace the flat roof this spring.

Woke up to water dripping inside house from ice dams. Called Majesty. Voice mail instructs you to text or email. I did both. They called back in less than an hour. Arrived at house in about 45 minutes with crew. My roof had a LOT of ice and snow on roof. Crew shoveled snow off roof and broke up and cleared most of ice. Really happy with quick response and visit.

Majesty Roofing responded with an auto email, then followed up with voicemail requesting text message reply; they then called co-owner on-site who got their quote and worked with the contractor on-site. COnsidering the volume of need here, this was much appreciated by us. Thank you, Majesty Roofing.

I emailed the provider at 8 am with our location. At 1:30PM the provider was doing work in our area and called us to say he will be there in 45 minutes. His crew was very polite and very efficient. We were extremely pleased with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I wrote the details above. I might use this provider in the future. I will also get other estimates . I ended up paying $99.00 for an inspection that would have been free when I had other roof people here to give me a price quote for roof replacement. I already knew I needed to replace most of the roof. That was not anything new to me.

Worst winter ever and we were experiencing roof leaks due to ice dams. must have called 12 to 15 places. Ivan was the ONLY one to call back. He and his crew did an amazing job. Will ABSOLUTLY give him my future business.
