Scheduling took much longer than promised but when arrived, was punctual, courteous and addressed area of concern. So far, no leak in heavy rain.

Could not do anything,because he did not find anything wrong with the roof except that the roof is a bit flat and that causes roof leaks during winter.

Communication was poor. I had ice dams. He did not make a specific appointment and showed up at my house without notification and began the work without me being home. His men used shovels and were hitting the gutters and roof very hard. I now have leak in my roof (and WILL NOT USE MAJESTY ROOFING!). One of the workers urinated in the snow on my back deck. He required payment on the spot but said he could not give me a receipt as he did not have any but would mail me one. I never received a receipt. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

He emailed me and asked me for my address against me will I did email him my address. Later he texted me and asked me to text him my address. On the 14th of Oct. he called me and said he was in my area and he could stop by and take a look. I explained to him that no one was home and I would prefer to schedule a time as I have always done with providers before. He stated to me that if i did not allow him to do the work while he was out near the residence that he would not come back because the job would only take twenty minutes. I told him never mind then I would cancel the deal because I would prefer to have someone there while someone is at the home. He stated well call back Angie's List and cancel the deal then.

Not well at all. Made none of the possible minor repairs advertised. Did not care that we were not satisfied. I do not recommend this company.

Ivan's crew was great and the installation went very well. However, we developed severe leaks immediately after the installation. He came out several times to try and rectify the situation and kept telling me how sorry he was and how he would "make this right". He eventually ended up rubberizing my entire chimney (which looks like h*** now) to stop the leaks, which by now had ruined the ceiling in my living room and office. All along, he told me he would "make this right" and for me to wait until a few more storms, to ensure the leak had stopped. I called him last month to follow-up about repairing my ceiling. He told me he would come by when he was not so busy. I had to call him again yesterday to get him here to look at my damaged ceilings. He shows up this morning, throws a ladder up on the roof, goes up and then calls me up. He then points to the "extra" work he did on the chimney, and then tells me that he is not responsible for the inside damage, due to it being my chimney that was leaking! He never once told me that he was not responsible for the chimney, nor that he was only responsible for anything leaking more than a foot off of the roof. I NEVER HAD A LEAK until he replaced my roof. Now I have a ruined ceiling and who knows how expensive that will be to repair. He appeared to be a man of his word and now he's backing up on me. I am sorry I trusted him. I just want my ceiling fixed, per his promise.

That went okay. There's nothing they could have done to make my experience better. They just did a small job.

He was nice but obviously just trying to drum up work & made no attempt to do the light maintenance suggested in the description of the deal. He did do a light inspection but I think only to be able to quote high prices I don't believe. He didn't really seem exceedingly knowledgeable or business-minded. A mediocre experience that left me feeling I would not want to work with them.

He showed up two hours late, and spent a total of 30 sec on my roof. He literally stepped on the roof and came back down with a picture trying to tell me that I needed a new roof for $12,000. He didn't do any of the things described in the deal and didn't even set foot in my house. He was in a hurry the whole time and left immediately after telling me I needed a new roof. I feel like this was a total waste of my $99, and that I was cheated. I could have went up on the roof myself and fixed it if this was going to be the case. He was here for a total of 15 min and i'm very disappointed.

There was a problem - but it was my mis-understanding of the deal of the day. I didn't realize that if the roofer, after a brief look, didn't think the roof needed work that I would pay the full amount. So I paid $199 for a brief inspection -which usually doesn't cost anything. I didn't read the deal carefully enough. He had a right to keep the money. But I think I will stay away from those deals from now on. PS - this program forces me to rate the roofer - although he didn't really do anything. So I just said fair. Doesn't make much sense in this context. Thanks.

He was wonderful. He saw a few loose things on the roof that he repaired and never charged me an extra penny. He was very honest and good to work with.

Excellent! Took about 3 days, guys were here promptly at 8 AM and covered everything up in the yard around the house and on the deck. Removed all refuse and debris daily. Ivan was nice, honest and easy to understand.

On initial visit the wrong vent was painted with roofing cement - though there was nothing detrimental it did require a call and a return for the contractor to do the proper vent. Was all outdoor work so not an inconvenience for me.

My experience with them was fine. They were really good. He was professional.

There were two parts to the job. First, I paid to have it inspected. The guy told me to get a new roof. So I did. He also offered to do the roof. I didn't take his offer because I had someone else in mind. I liked the kid a lot. For the inspection he came right out. He was very efficient and he did a good job. I don't have any complaints.

It went well; the services were exactly as promised.

During a visit in which he was to assess and provide proposals, Ivan spent about 5 minutes with a caulking gun to fill in shore up some seams in a leaking rubber roof. The work was worthy of the 5 minutes he spent that I or anyone else could have done. He didn't clean the surfaces prior to the caulking and left some exposed seams open. After the next rain, the leaking continued. He didn't return my multiple calls and emails. I would not have paid him $150.00 for the poor incomplete sloppy work he did if he was only going to leave me in the lurch to find another contractor.

Honestly said I have at least a full year of life in it, and did not upsell me to more services. Honesty, integrity, and quick service!

He was very professional. Walked all over the roof, took pictures, made some minor repairs. He then gave me an estimate for a new roof and explained it well.

Two days for reroofing. Crew worked well, considerate of plantings around house and with complete cleanup each day. Dumpster on site for day before aand day after completion. As painless a procedure as I could have wished.

We had a roofing company replace a roofing shingles on a small roof. We got leaks afterwards. We contacted the original roofer with no satisfaction. Majesty came out and did the repair. It has not leaked since.

he arrived early, was professional and checked the roof for leaks, said all was well. Made a suggestion for for area of the roof that was problematic but did not put any pressure on me to do it or use him

It went well. He also submitted a bid for replacing the roof.

Met my expectations. Very personable, easy to talk to. Work was done under an Angie's special offering.
