Description of Work: Inspection of roof and temporary caulking. I called and Ivan was in the next town - he came to inspect the roof within a half hour. I explained about the ice dams last winter and what I had done to fix the damage through the summer, but that the last rainstorm had a leak in the roof. He inspected the roof top and inside the attic. He stated the roof shingles need to be replaced (they 20 years old +/-) and but the underlying boards (original and 60 years old) are in good shape but with a few replacements. The rafters are in good shape. I asked if there was a temporary repair that could get us though the winter (with replacement next year). With no guarantee, he caulked around the chimney. That significantly reduced the leak during the next rainstorm a few days later. | |I will definitely call him back next year when I am ready to replace the roof.

Description of Work: I was able to have the evaluation quite quickly when there was a cancellation. He came on time and was very efficient and informative. He re-atttached some roof shingles.

Description of Work: Company did snow removal on two roofs, one very high. Owner was very communicative at an extremely busy time of the challenging winter and was able to help sooner than expected. Might have saved me from some real problems.

Description of Work: Ivan and his Majestic Roofing crew came promptly at the height of the winter of 2015 to remove a few big ice dams from our roof, largely with picks. The workers were thorough and friendly, despite the rough weather circumstances. When I noticed minor damage (a bent gutter, a few missing shingles) after they'd left, Ivan agreed they would return with a thaw, which they did without a followup call, making sure everything was fixed.

Description of Work: called and emailed them and did receive an email back but never heard from them again. I even sent a text message with pictures of the work I wanted done and still no reply. no reply is very unprofessional.

Description of Work: We had an ice dam leaking into our upstairs bathroom. I traded a couple of emails with Majesty via Angie, but hadn't set a definite time. Then they called and said they were in the neighborhood and could stop by right away. Half an hour later later, they were here, had looked over our ice dam situation, and were on the roof clearing it off. No more ice dam, no more leak, and the roof was cleared before the rain came the following weekend. I was pleased! |

Description of Work: I had snow on the roof, causing ice dams which then caused cracks & leaks In the ceilings & window frames. |Ivan quickly removed the snow & much of the ice in the gutters as well as cutting channels in the remaining ice. |The interior leaking stopped immediately! |The owner, Ivan, was on the job/roof with his crew of (2) other men. He assessed the problem from both inside & outside of the house...got to work quickly & even shoveled the walk & steps where snow fell. |He was thoughtful, efficient, professional and pleasant to work with. |We will be calling him again for an estimate on a new roof to replace my (15) - (20) yr. old roof. |
