Description of Work: We responded to their offer to inspect our roof and perform minor repairs, such as flashing, etc. The price was $99 to do this. The person came and looked at the roof and said we needed to replace our skylights and roof. We asked him to write up a contract and estimate and send it to us, but we never heard back from him. It was not worth $99, especially since he never followed through with anything. proposal/contract/estimate. Very dissatisfied.

Description of Work: He arrived precisely on time, climbed around the roof for about 15mins, and used a can of patch to reinforce certain joints and corners. I watched him from the ground, because he didn't bring anyone with him, and I wanted to make sure he didn't fall off the roof, as well as spot him on the ladder. (I realize he is a professional roofer, but I still worry about these things.) He reinforced my opinion that the roof was in relatively good shape, which was reassuring.

Description of Work: He inspected my roof and replaced 2 missing shingles. He informed me that the roof didn't have an ice and water barrier, that the roof was old (which I knew) and should be replaced in the next couple of years, and that I should replace the gutters as well. The best part was that he didn't try to sell me on anything, just told me what he saw and said goodbye.

Description of Work: We have a new roof (2 years) but had a small leak. They confirmed it was coming from the flashing around one of the exhaust pipes, patched it, and checked the rest of the roof. They were fast and prompt, which was what we needed. I would call them again in the future if I needed more extensive work done.

Description of Work: I paid $99 for $350 worth of "minor repairs" and he basically did nothing but examine the roof and tell me I needed a new one. 2 of my neighbors who are familiar with roof repairs said that my 15 year old roof is fine. That said, he showed up at my door with no notice because he was working nearby and wanted to get it over with. When he showed up he acted p***** off because I didn't answer his voicemail or text....didn't see them at 8 in the morning. Didn't say hello or smile, nothing but barge in and "get it over with"

Description of Work: Company was to inspect roof, make minor repairs, and provide both photographs and a recommendation about what is needed if anything. It took over two or three weeks to get photographs, but I cannot really tell they are photos of my roof. There was little to no explanation of why they say part of my roof needs replacing. To me the photos do not show any problems with the roof. I'm not 100% sure they were on my roof, since I was not home and the photos do not clearly show it is my house. They recommended an expensive repair but we can see that part of the roof and it appears good and firm to us. I'm glad if they made a few repairs but still not really sure they were there, or that they saw a bad area. Maybe they took on too much in agreeing to offer this special.

Description of Work: Company was quick in there response, however not sure of what they actually did. We told the roofer the issues with the roof. We just hope they fixed them. After this winter passes send me another rating. I wished they had of called us later in the day to let us know that the issues were addressed,successfully or not and any future follow-up we may need to do.

Description of Work: I sent the serviced provider a list of dates that I would be available for the service. He emailed back and said that if he had a cancellation he would let me know the day before. I felt this was unprofessional and that I should be on call for him to service when ever he wanted. He said he could come buy and take pictures and do the work when I was not home. I don't feel comfortable with anyone doing work on my home when I am not home. I could never get a date from him when I could be home.

They came within about a week of our contracting them, which was good. However, one man came. His 'repair kit' consisted to a caulking gun. He told us the rubber parts of our roof were in good condition, that he inspected the slate and said it needed to be replaced!! He didn't inform us of how many slate were missing. We knew some had come off the roof with the icy conditions last winter. He said he did a bit of caulking around the chimney [we showed him the damage from the leak on our upstairs ceiling. That was it. We were told we'd get a report but haven't seen it yet. We were disappointed. He was here one hour and we paid $99, and he caulked the chimney.

Description of Work: Ivan from Majesty Roofing had sent me an email stating that he would be here on Monday, October 5, 2015. I confirmed the appointment and asked him to call me on my cell. At a little before 1:00 PM, he called to see if I was home because he could be at my house in 10 minutes. He was here by 1:00 PM and inspected the upper roof and the porch roof. He gave me a written estimate that included the cost of repairing the porch roof and area over bay window, the cost of the entire job - upper roof, porch roof and area over bay window. He explained that if I did the jobs separately, I would pay approximately $1,500 more. He also texted me the photos he took of problem areas when I requested them.
