Description of Work: I hired them through the special 99.00 deal from Angie's List. They never came and never did the work , yet I paid the price. I will not sign up for any deals again. It seems to be unacknowledged by the companies.

Description of Work: It seemed more like I paid for the contractors time, expertise to do an estimate. I got a few pics of cracked slate tiles, an undocumented statement about some general repair done and encouragement to consider future replacement of my slate roof. He did say I needed some smaller repair on the rubber surface that he could provide at a later date. It's hard to realistically know if I got my money's worth or not,

I called late afternoon the day before after looking up 'Ice Dam Removal" on Angie's list. Called the first name that came up, Majesty Roofing. The owner, Ivan, answered. Told him what was going on, ( ice dam water damage into dining room ceiling). He said he usually does not work on Sunday but could come over between 8 and 9 on Sunday ( the next day!) to look at it and see what he could do to help. He was here within that time, went up on roof and gave me an estimate to remove the ice and snow. Very reasonable price and he was very professional.
Description of Work: Removed ice dam/snow from roof.

Will not use again. I am disappointed
Description of Work: He was to clean my roof and take off the ice. Then he tells me he was to clean only 4 feet each side. Sure he cleaned but if he said he has done half my roof it is not half. Sorry I got the whole roof done last year for half the price. At least he should have done half the roof as he claims

When we first talked I let you know that it was going to be $200 for 4 feet of snow I was going to remove, I never mentioned the snow removal of the entire roof. You agreed, that's why I went and did the job. Now you're saying that I didn't do the work we agreed? When I gave you the quote of the snow removal, I told you exactly what I was going to remove, you accepted. So you new what and how much I was going to remove.

Description of Work: I had an ice dam problem, and Majesty came over to my house immediately and took care of the problem. He removed all the snow and ice from my roof, and removed the ice that was causing the problem.

I made appointment on monday to come tuesday, he showed up on time. He then went over what I needed done and promised me a 4 hour window to finish the job but he got it done in only 2 hours. I was extremely happy with the service. I will definitely use him again.

When we found evidence that our roof was leaking, we called several companies to come and give estimates. Ivan personally and almost immediately came and gave us a very reasonable quote. He also provided us with several options of shingles. Ivan and his crew were very efficient in all aspects of the job including the cleanup. They even removed a inconvenient tree limb. The roof looks great, and hasn't leaked since despite all the heavy rains. I intend to hire Ivan again to replace the roof on my garage, for every aspect of his service was beyond satisfactory.
Description of Work: Complete roofing job, 30 year architectural shingles with rubber roofing on certain areas.
