Ivan did it at a reasonable rate and did a good job.

There was a $100 repair credit with AL voucher but I was charged $75 for the gutter cleaning and provided a quote to install a new gutter on that side of the house. All in all I paid for a voucher but not really sure what I got out of it.

They were very nice. Just for the issue that needed fixed, we couldn't come to a solution that I felt made sense. My interaction with them was limited in scope since no work was performed.

I initially hired them to give an estimate for fixing a small leak that appeared during icy winters. The problem ended up being with the entire roof, not one small area. Majesty arrived with a crew of guys who worked for about 5 hours completely stripping and then installing a new roof. Their work was very good, their cleanup was just okay. After they left I walked around picking up small pieces of old shingles and tape and throwing it in the dumpster that spent one night on our driveway.

Ivan was personable and professional, but I have an issue with the results of his service. We have a minor roof leak that was caused by a build up of dirt in a drip rail. Rather than recognizing this as the issue Ivan placed a bunch of roof cement in an area that didn't need it. Shortly after leaving, the roof began leaking again as some snow melted. After getting tired of waiting for a call back, I matters into my own hands got on the roof and looked at it myself. Upon my own inspection of the roof I realized there was no way that he looked at the chimney as he reported. It was not in as good of shape as he told me, not even close. I ended up cleaning out the drip rail and sealing around the chimney myself, all of which should have been included in what I paid for.

I purchased provider's Angie's List deal for $200 of gutter repair or replacement for $149. The deal description states: "$149 for $200 of gutter repair or replacement services ... $200 worth of gutter services will typically cover ... 10 linear feet of new 6-inch gutter installation ..." The roofer showed up right on time morning of 21 November. A for promptness. (Sorry I forgot his name.) I showed the roofer a section gutter to replace. He stated that he would have to replace a larger section, which was reasonable. He quoted me a price of $600 per ten feet, which is three times higher than the rate posted in his ad. This is not a trivial difference. Since the rate Majesty asked for was nowhere near the advertised price, I asked for a refund. The roofer admitted that the ad is unclear, but he refused to refund my money. I requested refund through Angie's List. Strongly recommend you do not but Angie's List deal from this provider. Also recommend you double check pricing with this provider. Didn't give an F because he showed up on time.

Ivan and his crew did an amazing job. They arrived around 7:30am on Friday and were finished in a day. Everything looks amazing. If we have any roofing issues or gutter issues, we are sure we will call him again.

This was an Angie's List special. He was a little late (held up both by his previous appointment and by traffic, which I had also driven through to meet him so I knew just how bad it was), but arrived with a positive attitude and ready to work. We looked the roof over (it's on several levels), discussed its condition, selected the areas to work on, and then he performed the work. He left my place clean. The entire visit was amicable. The job was not complex, but it gave me a sense of how he works.

He was late, but I think he got lost, and he did call to let me know he would be late. He was here for about 20 minutes. He climbed on the roof and cleaned some of the gutters.

The service provider was on time, professional and expeditious with his service and review. I was disappointed to hear there were issues that needed to be addressed on my roof but thought his service was worth the money.

Not quite sure, honestly...! Purchased the roof tune-up deal. Majesty Roofing was very good about quickly responding to me to set up an appointment. On the day of, they called an hour before appointment to reschedule it for an hour later than the original time, which I was perfectly fine with in terms of my own schedule, though the sun was on its way down by then. At the time of the rescheduling, I wasn't bothered, but I came away after all was said and done feeling uneasy. Although I try to believe the best of people, it leaves me to wonder whether or not he really took a genuinely serious look at the roof or whether he flew through it to get back on the road before dark. On the basis of the other reviews here, I'd be surprised were that the case, but I want to try to be as complete as possible in describing the work. What I do know is that while he was polite and friendly, he did seem rushed when he was speaking with me, and he was out there for about five minutes. He quickly came back and reported no problems, not so much as a single exposed nail head. Nice to hear, of course, and the shingle roof is some 7 years old, so that's not inconceivable, but neither is it inconceivable that there was something minor that could stand to be noticed but may not have been if one is in a hurry. One section of the roof is roll roofing, which I knew already is at or near the end of its projected lifespan, and after I asked about it specifically, he then said yes, he thought it looked old but made no suggestions, no mention whether it needs repairs or replacement soon, etc. He then mentioned one thing that I had not known and am glad he did say, which is that there is apparently a sagging gutter that he thinks is due to sagging wood, not due to the gutter itself. But the deal stated that "Photos [would be] taken of any additional areas in need of maintenance and a plan of action presented" - that did not happen, no photos, no suggested action. So all in all? Maybe he was honest and there is really genuinely nothing that ought to be done. But I came away with the impression that he may have rushed through just to move me off the to-do list. Were that not the case, I would think that the terms of the deal would have come through in the case of the sagging gutter, in particular. Since this was my first contact with this service provider, I don't feel confident saying that it was rushed but I also don't feel confident saying that it wasn't. Being unsure which is the truth here, I'm stuck in the ratings splitting the difference between "good" and "bad." I'd rather err on the side of caution than criticism, though, hence "yes will hire again," though I don't know if I will.

He checked the roof as stated in the offer, and replaced 3 shingles. Very professional and good work.

Ivan was very responsive, friendly, and seemed honest. He completed the work quickly, at what I thought was a reasonable price. He took care of everything from getting the permit to waste removal and even cleaned out our gutters when he was on the roof.

He showed up on time and even got up on the roof to inspect what was needed.

Ivan inspected and repaired the roof, including tarring a cast iron pipe whose tar seal had been improperly completed. Rendered an opinion on the gutters. Overall satisfied. Found Ivan friendly and trustworthy.

He got back to me right away via email.

He was good. He checked out everything and nothing needed to be done at this time. He did give me his card for future use if needed.

It rained over the past few days and there were no leaks at the corners. Good job.

Ivan was punctual, responsive, did the work that he said he'd do. Prices were very competitive and good quality worksmanship. We're very happy and will definitely use again in the future.

He was very professional and came right away when we called both times.

Ivan was quick to call me back and set up a time to come and inspect our attic. He came the next day, Friday, and made a couple of suggestions and different price options. After conferring with my husband, we decided to go with a ridge vent and two gable vents, so I called Ivan Friday evening to set up a time for the work to be done. He said he would call me Monday if the weather permitted him to do the work the next day. I told him the earliest I could get home for work was 3 in the afternoon and he was fine with this, explaining he could start the work outside and finish when I got home. Unfortunately, Ivan was not able to come Tuesday since he hadn't finished another project, but he called and informed me he would come Wednesday. When I arrived home that Wednesday afternoon, one of Ivan's workers was already on the roof hard at work. I got home around 3 and the work was completed by 5:30. Ivan was also very polite and understanding about my two vocal dogs who kept barking at the men working. They cleaned up all debris before leaving and one of our neighbors now wants Ivan's number to get work done on their place. We would certainly recommend this company--he seems to be a self-made man and I'm happy to support his business.

Very profestional, best price out of four contractors, did the work ahead of schedule. I am more than pleased, the roof looks great and I waited for the winter to be over and it held up threw all the snow and wind. Very Happy.

Ivan did a great job. I called him in the morning and he came same day. They removed some very thick ice dams off our roof and did it for a fair price. My only minor complaint is that the ice they pulled off the roof landed on our back porch and it might have been nice if they had moved the chunks down to the ground instead of piling up on the porch but not a big deal. I would definitely call them again for either roof work or ice removal.
