Description of Work: Although their website indicated they serviced my area, when contact finally occurred, they stated that they did not service my area for roof snow removal. They were very polite and said that in order to best service their customers quickly, they could not help us. When I first called, the message said their mail box was full. I tried to fax them but the line was constantly busy. I finally made contact through their website.

Description of Work: Very personable, pleasant owner who delivered on his word with an excellent team of workers. Can highly recommend!

Description of Work: Purchased a daily deal for a roof inspection. Inspection completed; found source of leak (air vent was resealed). Fortunately I didn't need a new roof.......yet.

Description of Work: Removed snow from two large areas of roof in order to remediate ice damming. Ivan was courteous and responsive, fitting us into a packed schedule and removing the snow the same day I called. Two workers for just over one hour of labor came to 300 total. Impressed by the professionalism and responsiveness.

Description of Work: Ivan arrived on time. As I just wanted a roof inspection to make sure I wasn't in for any problems, he went up and looked at my roof and found nothing. He did explain to me that my roof was at most a few years away from needing to be replaced. I did explain to him a section of the roof that I've had ice d*** problems with, and he told me that the problem could be fixed at the time I had the roof replaced. I found Ivan very professional and will definitely consider using his company when my roof needs to be replaced.

Description of Work: snow removal. Ivan removed snow from 2 blizzards for me. fast and willing to work hard.

Description of Work: I thought they would do more of a thorough inspection of the roof. But he wouldn't go into the attic to inspect. He just climbed up on the roof

Description of Work: Inspected roof, refixed flashing on chimney where we have experienced some water ingress. Told us that this may not fix the problem completely and if there continued to be some ingress would potentially need to replace flashing. This unfortunaetly appears to be the situation, particularly in high winds we continue to have some water ingress into our loft space.

Description of Work: Angie's list special that I bought for $99 as a "roof maintenance package." All provider did was quote future work needs. Not sure what I actually paid for on this...

Description of Work: They made a repair to my gutter. Really it wasn't a good value for what was advertised. I don;t think it was really $300 worth of work. The guy was here for about 30 minutes or so. He did a good job but again, it wasn't a "deal" per se. The job got done and that was good. They were very responsive and came out quickly during Thanksgiving time.

Description of Work: Hi |Ivan from Majesty Roofing came on time.The work was done well ( replacement of the gutters). |We needed to call him back for some redo of the work. Some of the parts of the gutters were leaking water after the rain. I think I would like the workers to be supervised more by Ivan,the owner. |I didn't see him in the end of each day checking on work done by his crew. |His company crew was very polite , cleaned well after the work was done. |We are observing our new gutters closely for any new leaks . |Ivan offered to come back and check on his work if there is any problem.I like this attitude always willing to correct his work,no fuss. |We plan to use him again if everything is OK | |

Description of Work: Stripped slate mansard roof and installed asphalt shingles, did some repair work and new gutters.

Description of Work: I asked for a "check-up" on my roof; to fix any loose shingles and/or check for any missing shingles. |was at my home for less than 20 minutes. |since then, shingles have blown off my roof. |not trustworthy, will not call again. waste of my time and money.

Description of Work: He fixed roof tiles that had blown off. He inspected the roof, said we needed a new roof even though the roof is only 15 years old. Showed us why the tiles are loosening. He was very direct, clear and no muss no fuss. |It was a good deal. If I decide to do the roof I would certainly use him. |

Description of Work: Used ladder to get on roof and examir leaks. Caulked around dormer, re waterproofed area around pipe. Believes Leaking Issues Are resolved.
