THANKS TO THE EB TEAM FOR AND OUTSTANDING JOB. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE NEW WINDOWS. THE PROCESS WENT VERY SMOOTH FROM THE BEGINNING INCLUDING THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATING PROCESS TO THE SPEEDY QUOTE AND RIGHT THROUGH TO THE INSTALL AND PROJECT COMPLETION DONE IN 1 AND 1/2 DAYS. THE WORKMANSHIP IS NEAT AND LOOKS GREAT, THE EB TEAM WAS VERY, VERY NEAT. WE WERE SUPRISED AT HOW LITTLE DAMAGE OR DISRUPTION WAS DONE TO OUR INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR MOLDINGS AND FRAMES, VIRTUALLY NONE. THE JOB WAS DIFFICULT BECAUSE WE HAD JUST COMPLETED AN INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR RENOVATION WITH NEW CUSTOM MOLDINGS. WE WERE WORRIED ABOUT IT AT THE BEGINNING BUT WHEN THE JOB WAS DONE YOU COULD NOT SEE ANY DIFFERENCE WITH NO NOTICEABLE DIFFERENCE SHORT OF NEW NAIL GUN NAILS WHICH WILL BE TOUCHED UP BY OUR PAINTER.. THE GUYS ASSURED US WE WOULD NOT NOTICE A COSMETIC DIFFERENCE AND WE DIDN'T. THEY DID A GREAT JOB OF UNDOING THE MOLDING, UNINSTALLING THE OLD WINDOWS AND STORMS AND INSTALLING THE NEW WINDOWS WHICH ARE SUPER EASY TO USE, CLEAN AND MAINTAIN AND WE ALREADY NOTICE A DIFFERENCE IN THE WARMTH AND TIGHTNESS OF THE NEW WINDOWS AND SOMETHING WE DID NOT EXPECT TO EXPERIENCE BUT HOW MUCH QUIETER THINGS ARE RELATIVE TO OUTSIDE NOISE. THESE WINDOWS ARE WELL MADE AND GREAT INSULATION BARRIER LEVEL. BEFORE THEY FINISHED THEY EVEN RE-HUNG OUR CURTAINS AND DRAPES AND MOVED THE FURNITURE BACK. GREAT JOB. THANK YOU.

My only complaint is that I had to be proactive in making this installation happen: I didn't get a call from them for a week after I paid, I had to call them; and then after they measured the windows at our house, I had to call them and be a little insistent about this getting done sooner rather than later. But I view that as fairly minor. The work was done well and quickly, the people who showed up at the house to do the work were very nice, and the windows are fine too.

They came out to do a quote and when I informed them that we already had purchased the doors and that we just needed installation they stated they did not do this. We were then advised that there wasn't anyone in the Boston area who did that kind of work and that if they did "they work for us". I asked if he knew anyone who would do installation and without even turning around he said "no" and kept on walking. We were able to find someone later that day and the work was top notch. I'm giving a bad review because while I'm sure their business is in selling doors and then installing them, when someone needs a service, its better to help them rather than to just blow them off completely. I have to assume they DO know the other companies that will install doors and could have at the very least helped us locate an appropriate person or company for our needs. The arrogance displayed was unappealing. I wouldn't recommend using this company to anyone.

Couldn't be happier with the install, the man who did the install did such a seamless job you would never know the door was replaced except for the new nail holes in the molding. he even removed and replaced my security system sensors, and put the blinds back on!

They were fast and efficient, they cleaned up after themselves after the work was performed. Looked like nothing happened - except for new windows!

Incredibly well. My house looks fantastic. I purchased a high end vinyl siding and it looks soo much like actual wood shingles. Even my neighbors thought it was real wood. Everyone from front office (Kathy) to the workers were professional and helpful. Communication was great. They were able to add ons to the work originally discussed. VERY flexible. My only disappointment (and it now is minor) was that I was given the impression that work could start fairly immediately and in actuality I had to wait a couple of months.....BUT I am incredbily happy. Would definitely have no hesitation in recommending to anyone else.

I could not be more pleased. They came out very quickly to measure the windows and answered all my questions. I appreciated the low pressure, informative visit. They suggested a change in window type that allowed me to get rid of an old in-wall air conditioner, which was great. The installation guys were prompt, professional and friendly. Love the windows. Great experience - I will definitely buy more windows from them in the future.

All went great. Made an appointment for an estimate, Colin came out and explained the entire process to me. Then when a window opened up for service, (about a month later) we were scheduled for the work, they were efficient, quick, considerate they cleaned up every night. They were done and everything was exactly as we discussed, most importantly they didnt go over budget. Great company!

I was able to speak to someone on the phone who set me up with an appointment a few days later with Colin who is their estimator. Colin was prompt and sounded very knowledgeable regarding what was required for the job. He told me about how he was going to give me his best crew and what a great job they would do etc etc. I was a bit concerned when Colin didn't take any measurements whatsoever of my house, door, or windows but simply pulled up the house on the town assessor site and wrote down the dimensions (I would've felt better if he double checked a few things). He left informing me that I would have the estimate in a couple of days to a week at most which was fine. The only problem is - I never heard back from Colin or anyone else from this company. I never received an email with the estimate as stated, never received a follow-up phone call to gauge my interest or to see if I had any questions (or even received the estimate in the first place) and did not receive anything in the mail from them. If this was the only siding company I reached out to, I prob would have been very concerned or at least tried to follow-up with them myself. Fortunately for me, I met with Brian from O'Sullivan Installs and was blown away by their presentation, products, price points, and most of all overall quality of service. Do yourself a favor and call O'Sullivan Installs.

I cannot express enough how completely over-the-moon I am with the siding project from the initial appointment for estimate to the finished results. The workmanship, pride and attention to even the smallest details puts E.B. Window & Siding in a class of its own. From Colin who provided the estimate and worked within my budget, project manager Jimmy who oversees everything with precision, Mano and his crew of skilled, polite workers and the wonderful, cheerful ladies in the office, this was a positive experience and renewed my faith in contractors. The crew showed up every day and were there all day until early evening. Each night they cleaned up and when the project was completed, there was someone on the porch roof sweeping debris, another worker washing and wiping down the railings, posts, balusters and even the new vinyl porch ceiling. Who does that these days? E.B. Window & Siding, that's who! If you are looking for a contractor that delivers on promises, look no further than E.B. Window and Siding. As they advertise, 'twice the job at half the price", I can attest, this is the absolute truth!

It doesn't get any better than this project and E.B. Windows and Siding. Having had problems with contractors in the past, E.B. Siding exceeded all expectations and renewed my faith in contractors. From start to finish everything was handled with professionalism and attention to even the most minute details. I not only received new siding, it looks like I bought a new house! From Collin who initially came down to give me an estimate to Jimmy, the project manager, to Mano and his entire crew of workers, to the ladies in the office, I cannot stress enough how grateful I am for how hard everyone worked to make the project seem effortless. The most amazing part was on the very last evening when putting the finishing touches on, the crew cleaned not only the construction debris but there was someone on my porch roof sweeping it clean, another person on the porch with a cloth wiping down all the railings and balusters and sweeping the decking. And they showed up every single day until completion!!!! Who does that? E.B. Windows and Siding, that's who!!! It is a level of service I thought no longer existed. They take pride in their work and deliver promises!

They were polite, timely and courteous. I was absolutely delighted with their service. Ed and his wife are great folks with whom to coordinate, always pleasant. John who did the install did a great job, even fixed part of our floor near the door which was loose. Cannot recommend these folks enough, would definitely recommend to others.

I got estimates from about 5 different contractors who used different types of siding. I was considering going with Harvey siding but did my research and comparison and felt I could not justify the price of Harvey. I looked at houses the contractors had done, compared prices, and compared reviews of the different types of siding out there. I worked with Colin from EB siding; he was prompt professional and knowledgeable. The siding they used is Alside vinyl which has a very good rating against much more expensive sidings. The individuals who did the work were polite, professional and respectful of the environment. They cleaned up after themselves and never left a mess from one day to the next. They took care of the extra little details such as they bought me new numbers for my house and hung the outside lights. People who drive buy slow down to look at the house and neighbors have asked me about the job. A contractor that is doing mason work at my house is going to use them for one of his houses, he was impressed with their work. We couldn't be happier with the result and the choice we made. In addition it has a lifetime guarantee and it is transferable if we sell the house. I would highly recommend this company.

EB window and siding was thorough from day one! I met with one of the owners, who gave property assessment and reviewed all work necessary. Gave the best estimate for maximum work at a fair price. Workers are licensed and insured. Siding quality, shutter quality and door quality excellent. Also very efficient in getting estimates for work back to you in a timely manner , materials and work done in the time estimated. Once the project began, the home was the priority of EB window and workers were professional and paid attention to important details. A few pieces that were ordered came in with defects from the manufacture, and workers made sure they sent back to the company and not used Which is a testament to quality work and providing superior service. I also had electricians and contractors taking care of other details needed to improve the property, and EB window worked nicely with the contractors to make updates/repairs a smooth transition. I highly recommend them, as even after the project is complete their office is open and available for assistance! Thanks Ed and Kathy for helping me turn a fixer upper into a dream home!

They replaced screens for windows in my house. They matched the right size, produced a quality product at a fair price and were pleasant to deal with. I would return there for business in the future and would highly recommend them to others.

I contacted EB Window & Siding company to install 13 Mezzo replacement windows and patio doors. From. Start to finish my whole experience was great. Ed came out gave us a quote. They ordered the material and within 3 weeks they had us scheduled for installation. The installers were neat and clean and did a very professional job. I can't tell you how much warmer we are now. We didn't realize how much heat we were actually losing! I plan on contacting EB in the future to replace my exterior doors and siding. I would definitely recommend them fir all improvement needs !

hey don't know their products, and "no job is too small" is not entirely true. My replacement for defect did not get replaced until 1/2016 after I did all the leg work.

The entire experience went great. From the personal customer srrvice with the first phone call, the easy process for the estimate, and the install I couldn't ask for an easier experience. We are extremely satisfied with the job, the windows and the crew that showed up and the entire install was completed that day.

The estimate that we received was competitive and the salesman was punctual and easy to work with. We were quoted installation in 3-4 weeks but the actual installation was done 10 weeks later. The first crew who installed the windows did not do a good job. The workmanship was sloppy and one window was incorrectly installed. I called the office and they agreed to send someone to take a look. Ed, the owner himself came and inspected the work and concurred with my observations and assessment and promised to send his best installer to fix the ad job. I was asked to be patient with them and to give them 2 weeks to do the correction. Around mid Octoer another installer showed up and reinstalled one of the windows and addressed most of the punch list that I gave Ed. Ed showed up a week later and finished the last item on the punch list. It would be fair to say that this company works hard to keep their customers happy and it is a priority for them.. Having said so, the workmanship was average or below average and the time it took them to deliver and correctly install was way too ling, months instead of weeks. They really need to work on their quaslity comtrol and not rely on the customer to watch and inspect their work.

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. The quote was very competitive and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend E.B. Windows and Siding, and I will use them again for future projects. -Courtney

The service for the big deal from E B Window And Siding Co turned out to be not too good. I am definitely not happy, very disappointed. I purchased it like in August and then they tried to make an appointment and then they cancelled saying that their car broke down. Then another day they couldn't do it and they had to reschedule and then the other day I ended up saying that I couldn't make it. Finally I said can I have them go to the house, I won't be there however I will have someone else there but they told me no because once they do a measurement, they would show me a door and let me pick which door I want. I said can I come to your office but they said no, you will have to be there. I said no problem. When they show up and they took the measurement and that was it. They didn't show me anything. They told me the kind of door and I said okay. I have no idea what that is but I said okay. Then they sent me a bill for 1200 and within that bill they already subtracted the $400 for the Angie's List deal. I said is $1800 to install a door, the door itself they said was $800. I said that this is a side door that no one ever uses but I just want a new one because it is too old and that is all I want. They said okay but we have got to put a lock, I get that the lock was a $155, I get that and that is not even a problem for me but to charge me $800 for the door and $350 for the installation and all this other stuff that I probably don't need was ridiculous, for the same type of door, it may not be the exact one but I could find it from anywhere from $159 to $300 in another place. This is the first time that I felt that when it is an Angie's List coupon or deal, it is always going to be higher. I figure it as okay, for the extra essentials, I get it, if you are getting a secure frame or if you are going to find new wood related to whatever, I guess it is a little bit more money. I could have someone put that door in with the door included for maybe $250 total. It is so excessive so I called Angie's List and then I called them and said that I think that is too much. They said that we could come down $200. I said what kind of door that is, if it is made out of gold or something, I don't need a fancy door. Unless you live in Beverly Hills or some other place, to spend $1800 total on a door is unheard of, I don't believe that anywhere you will find a door for $1200, not in the regular neighborhood. I felt cheated. I just feel like they bait, they do this to get you to pay to go see it and then you are forced to get it because if you don't get it, they have your money. I called them right away and it was kind of like 'we will be able to go in maybe like a week and a half out for the schedule'. One day I left work early and I am on the highway and wanted to call to confirm and make sure that everything would fit. They said to me that he is not going to come because his truck broke down. I would have loved for them to tell me that before I got in the sick traffic. We had to reschedule and I had to call back and we rescheduled and then they did call me within the next couple of days to say we can't make that time. We rescheduled again and that last time I had to reschedule. Finally they came the second or third week of September. They did not complete the work, not after that, I wasn't going to pay that money. They said to email me the bill to show what they were charging me for. Again, $800 for the door and $350 for labor just seemed way over the top. The total cost was only $200, he spent all of 5 minutes measuring the door and there was not much to do and he showed up late for that too. I feel like they cheated me. If I didn't have the coupon and if it was the same scenario, I don't think that they would have charged me that kind of money for the door. The secretary was really good. She was attentive and things like that. There was no service for the most part. The service was calling me back telling me the truck broke down or not showing up or showing up late. I think they are kind of in-between for professionalism. I think that they did nothing as far as the professionalism goes, should they have called me to let me know that he wasn't going to be able to make it that would have been helpful, professionally that wasn't acceptable. Speaking with the lady, she was very professional.

Chose EB Window after getting 3 other quotes because EB was the most knowledgeable about the product, paid the most attention to how the bay window would fit my house, and also had the lowest price. The new bay window looks beautiful and really makes our living room feel more spacious. They cut our price while working on the job when they figured out that they didn't need to do some of the house modifications included in the original quote. They also upgraded some of the materials used on the exterior of the house at no additional cost. Couldn't be happier with our new bay window, especially for the price. Thanks! Oh, and they were even kind enough to answer my questions about how I would best go about refinishing my fireplace mantle.

We had several estimates. A couple a lot higher and one a little lower. However, the low one had inferior siding and insulation board compared to EB's Allside product. They were honest and didn't annoy us after they gave us an estimate. We had to wait a month on the insurance appraisal and payment. Once that was settled, we contacted them and we got on the schedule. Everything was done as described by the sales person we worked with. We had a couple things modified after the work started, but nothing major. They had to removed some wood strapping that a previous contractor put up wrong. The main worker was one of the hardest workers that we have come across in the many renovation projects we have completed during the last 1.5 years. You could tell he took pride in his work. He even stayed really late to finish up the insulation board on an exposed side of our house because we were worried about a rain forecast. Anytime I had a question or concern, they were expeditously addressed. We are self-proclaimed high maintenance homeworkers and pay attention to the little details. If something came up, they changed it right away. Everyone was great to work with. E B should teach other contractors customer service 101 because most of our previous contractors didn't no anything about customer service.

It was very expensive, much more than I wanted to spend but I did agree to the price. I just feel like the job was sub-par for the amount and the rating they had on Angie’s List.
