Oversold cheap windows as 'just as good as brand names'. Installation was shoddy at best. Parts were broken upon installation. More parts broke within the first year. Vinyl is separating from one of the frames. Initial support was rude, and for the latest warranty problem they have ghosted us. Avoid at all cost. Should have used a brand name installer.

They made a tough window job possible at an affordable price. We picked them because they were a family run business with great reviews and beat our other bidder by 50%. Everyone we dealt with was helpful, seemed dedicated to doing a good job and worked well as a team. We are very happy with our Harvey windows. Our house looks great. We would definitely recommend them to family and friends,

Gave a check for $5,000.00 in August 2021; gave another check for $5,000.00 sometime in December; final windows delivered on Feb 1st 2022. Owner refused to return my phone calls, texts, and emails. Worst customer service; treats his customers awful with that Pompus, I don't give a sh_t attitude. Run...Don't walk away from this company.

We just wrapped up a big project with EB Window & Siding - replaced all vinyl siding, shutters, gutters, and trim on our exterior, replaced a few windows, and removed an old balcony and door. Overall, the experience was really terrific. Colin came out a couple of different times to discuss options, timelines, etc. The majority of the work was completed by a crew of 3-4 each day, led by Oscar. It was immediately clear to us that the entire crew took great pride in their work. Oscar was thoughtful about some of the tricker parts of the house and how best to accent different areas with the materials we had selected. Everyone was incredibly courteous, clean, respectful of the property. They never wanted to bother us, but anytime we asked for updates, they’d walk us around the house and describe what was being done. Everything wrapped up on time, despite holidays and inclement weather. In the days that followed, Colin coordinated a few additional people to help out with miscellaneous punch list items, and everything was wrapped up in a timely manner. We interacted with a lot of different people from EB Window & Siding throughout the process, and everyone was top-notch in terms of craftsmanship and customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone taking on a project like this.

What really sold me on EB Window and Siding was Ed Byrne the owner and his family, and Colin the Estimator, you can just tell they have been doing this a long time, they made me feel very comfortable going into this project and always answered any questions I had, they provide an excellent product and great customer service, it is easy to see why this company is so busy. The installers Rick and Steve were nothing short of excellent, and were responsive to any concerns I had or my wife had, who loves the final install, which included a last minute install of a slider, thanks Colin. I would also like to thank Kathy in the office for always keeping me update, and was checking in threw email. I would definitely recommend E.B. Window and Siding.

EB Window and Siding is my go-to company for managing the door, window and siding needs of my multiple properties. I have hired Ed and his team for more than ten projects and each one was handled with responsiveness, professionalism and technical expertise. Ed himself is honest, accountable and knowledgeable. Each of his work crews is polite, respectful and competent. (eg. no swearing or loud, offensive music on the worksite, cleaned up at the end of each day). Pricing is fair and Ed will often make cost savings suggestions or present thoughtful ideas that improve the overall project.Kathy in the office is responsive and polite. The most remarkable thing about this company is that this experience is consistent year after year and project after project. I strongly recommend EB Window and Siding.

Honestly I was a little nervous going into this project. We had never done anything like this before. Have to say it went so smoothly, the guys that were on the project Rick and Steve were great! Made sure everything was cleaned up and neat before they would leave at the end of the day. Always kept us up to date as to how things were going. Kathy in the office would check in periodically to see how things were going and was always accessible when questions needed to be answered. I would definitely recommend E.B. Window and Siding Co. to my friends and family.

Buyer be ware!!! They don't even want your work!! ' When I called to have them come out and give me a quote, I was transferred to Colin. I explained what I needed done and he asked"you just need the front of your house sided"/ I replied yes because my entire 2 family colonial home was already completely sided, but we took down an enclosed 2nd floor sunroom and a big part of our front porch so we could add another parking space on our property. He seemed irritated and told me that they were booked through January 2019. He told me I should call another contractor (but he said he doesn't think anyone on Angie's list will do the job. I asked him if he could at least come out and give me a price and he said there was no way he would touch it!!! I could not believe how rude Colin was. I still wonder why on earth he was referred by Angie's List if he won't even have the decency to give you a price. The thing that bothered me most was Colin's attitude....he was just plain rude!! I did find another contractor who came out to give me a price within a few days. Needless to say, I most definitely hired him because he was nice, came out and gave me a price, and is starting the job next week. He told me he would have everything done in one day!! I have used this contractor before and he did an absolutely awesome job! Just goes to show, some businesses want to work and some just don't care to work!! I would NEVER call E B Window and Siding again! And you can be sure I told and will continue to tell everyone I know NOT to bother calling E B Window and Siding....they are just rude and don't want to work!!! If you need windows or siding done on your home, call any other contractor that will treat you as a valued customer and show at least some respect!! Personally, I want to spend my money with a prompt efficient, and friendly contractor!!!

Although in the end, I decided not to side my house, I'd highly recommend speaking with Colin at E.B. Window and Siding. He came out to meet and discuss the project twice. He provided three rounds of samples. And he provided me with addresses so I could see their work firsthand. While I can't vouch for their finished project, their customer service was wonderful (very patient) and I'd strongly recommend calling them for a project.

2 gentlemen arrived on Friday 17 Aug and took the damaged corner piece of vinyl siding off. They took off all of the additional pieces of vinyl siding needed to put the new corner piece on correctly. They were very careful ensuring to not break any of the 40 year old existing siding when replacing the corner piece. They also cleaned any dirty fingerprints off the siding and picked up all stray nails and debris before they left. Very professional and courteous.

I couldn't be happier. windows came in three weeks after estimate, just as promised. The crew arrived exactly on time and finished the job in one day. They were all polite and respectful of the house, vacumed and cleaned up everywhere taking all old windows with them. And the new windows look great. I would hire them again in a minute.

It was great. They did it all while I was at work. Came home and everything was done and clean!

Overall the siding and doors replacement work went well. Ed was very prompt provide estimate and respond to all our questions. His crew was well experienced with the Siding and Door replacement work. They were very professional. They completed all the work to replace siding, outside fixtures such as lights etc. They cleaned up after the work. Over all we were pleased with their work.

It went GREAT! Wonderful group of people. The customer service was fantastic from the first initial phone call. Everyone we encountered was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The crew was prompt and did the work in a timely manner. The products used were great quality too. We are extremely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

We had an excellent experience with E.B. We had met with another siding company and their quote was almost double what E.B quoted us. The cost didn't change when they uncovered rotted wood or for any other extras that other contractors would have charged us for. Both the door/window installers and the siding guys showed up on time every day. I was impressed that the siding installers worked 8-10 hours each day. They cleaned up after themselves every day and finished the job pretty much on time. The work ethic with this company is unparalleled. Communication was great from the consult with Colin, during the job with Nino, and any questions with Kathy along the way.

Look no further, this is the company you want to work with. Colin, who came out to give me a quote on new windows and a door, was extremely professional, prompt, and easy to work with. Throughout the whole project there was a constant line of communication, which is key when you are trying to renovate. John, who installed our door, is a pro. He was accomodating in my request to keep our storm door and was both quick and effecient. The quality of work from E B Window is top notch and I will not hesitate to call them back again.

Ed was good in offering up a solution to my needs. I was interested in having a wood interior plus wood grills and he recommended the Provia Aeris windows. Everything went well. As the windows are custom-built, lead time of 4 weeks was needed, which I was fine about. 2-man team, worked efficiently, sanded and caulked surrounding areas well. Crew was neat in the house...dining room area; very professional.

From beginning to end, working with EB Window was a stress and worry free. Ed and Kathy always responded quickly to any and all questions about price, products and materials, or scheduling. The crew was on time, kept the property neat, and the quality of workmanship and detail is the best of any contractor I've ever hired, interior or exterior. They provided a written estimate with costs broken down, and without being asked provided proof of licensure and insurance, something I've never seen any contractor do. They also would not accept final payment until we did a walk-through and I was satisfied with every detail of the job, also something I've never seen. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Excellent. Very happy with the quality & workmanship. We got several quotes & all were pretty similar. I asked for houses to drive by to see previous work & they were immediatley provided. The guys cleaned up every day and did excellent quality work.

It went well; Ed was sent out to provide me with a quote. Everything went pleasant. The office staff was great with setting up the appointment and helpful with my questions along the way, Ed was professional and knowledgable, and their pricing was reasonable. The reason I did not decide to go with EB Window was because a competitor was able to match their price and provide a 24 month/ 0% APR financing. I would recommend these guys for anyone looking for window replacement as I found their quoting competitive.

Spoke with Ed on the phone and set up an appointment with him to come down and discuss my project. Ed never showed up,nor did he call to cancel. I waste of my time.

EB Windows came to our house for the initial consultation on the windows/doors. He checked everything out and gave his recommendation on what needed to be updated. My husband and I tended to agree with his recommendation so we went ahead with the deposit for two new windows and a new patio door. We waited about 4 weeks and EB windows called to schedule the appt. When scheduling the appt, I uncovered that the door they ordered for us did not have a locking mechanism that allowed us to lock/unlock the door from the outside. This was a necessity for us as we use this door everyday and our current door does have this locking mechanism. We then had to wait another week or so for EB Windows to check their inventory to see if they had the locking mechanism needed. I found this to be a bit frustrating since the point of a consultation from a door company should be to check your current door and ensure these types of concerns are addressed. The company seemed to put the burden on us as the customer, that we "should have specified" that we needed the door to lock from the outside. I was surprised by this, since in my mind this is what I hired a professional door company for. I am not a door expert and didn't realize I should specify we need the door to lock from the outside. They were able to find the correct product needed and I made an appt for installation about a week later. They arrived in the morning about 9am and we gone by the time I returned home that evening. I am very happy with the quality of the door/windows. The seem very sturdy and high quality. The only disappointment was that they made major cracks and chips to the paint surrounding the trim on one of the windows. We recently had the room professionally painted, so this was a bummer for us. I mentioned this to the office when I called to pay the rest of the bill, but I was told this type of damage is common when you are getting new windows and should be expected and that they do not do painting touch-ups after installing windows. It wasn't huge deal, but I wish EB windows had been more clear that they may need to damage the paint ahead of time. Overall, I am very happy with the quality of the product they installed and their speed in installing, but just a few warnings for future customers to be specific about the type of locking mechanism you want and be aware that they may cause some damage to your wall's paint.

We could not be more pleased with our experience working with EB Windows and Siding! From the first meeting with the estimator through the final installation EB was attentive, responsive and professional. We obtained 4 estimates for the window replacement project. I wish I had started with EB, as I will never get back the hours of time that other companies wasted with elaborate sales pitches and inflated pricing. As first-time home owners, we are very price-conscious when undertaking new projects and will always obtain several quotes from a range of companies. In trying to get the project cost as low as possible, multiple window companies suggested using sliding windows (almost like large, sliding glass doors) in our living room. Our estimator, Colin, was nice enough to point out that although the sliding windows would decrease the overall project, the per unit cost would be higher and would make using the MassSave interest-free loan program less effective. He also pointed out that that style window could give our "log cabin" living room, the look and feel of a summer porch. Rather than trying to whittle down the cost to win the bid, EB was honest and took the time to explain their reasoning. We were so pleased with the installation of our windows we have already gone back to EB to have an exterior door installed. The crew was friendly and cleaned up after their work daily. They were conscious of our one-year old lab puppy and were great keeping the gate closed so I knew the pup was safe and non underfoot while the crew was working. The only criticism that I can make, was from seeing one of the installers climb up and over our fence, rather than walking around the house to go through the gate. I found this to be a little unprofessional.
