Description of Work: I CALLED TO GET AN ESTIMATE ON REPAIRING PART OF MY GUTTER SYSTEM AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD REPLACE THE ENTIRE GUTTER SYSTEM OR NOTHING. I HAVE A HUGE VICTORIAN AND THIS WOULD BE A VERY EXPENSIVE JOB. I THINK REFUSING SMALL JOBS IS ARROGANT OF THE VENDOR AND NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. THEY COULD AT LEAST REFER YOU TO SOMEONE WHO CAN HELP YOU.

Description of Work: Siding was damaged in a storm and it was such a small project that many siding companies wouldn't help. When we contacted EB they were responsive in getting someone out to look at it quickly and then worked to fit us into their schedule. Even though our project was a small repair project, they were committed to fitting it in as soon as possible and did high quality work which matched our previous vinyl perfectly. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Had 6 interior doors installed in our 1st floor apartment. We'd been looking at doors and were totally overwhelmed with the choices and companies. One day I received an email advertisement from E.B Window and Siding . Ed had repaired our home gutters a couple of years back and we were extremely pleased with his service so I took the opportunity to contact his office to schedule an appointment. I spoke with Kathy, who was courteous and friendly and set up an appointment for an estimate with in the week. Ed was prompt and well prepared with catalogs when we met. He took the time to explain the different style of doors available , offered us options of companies ( which we appreciated) and answered all our questions (very patient). He is very knowledgable about his work/trade. Within a couple of days we received an estimate along with a follow up email. We agreed on the pricing and the work was completed within 1 week. The carpenter that completed the work was extremely meticulous with details and truly a skilled craftsman ; a perfectionist. Expectation were better than anticipated. Great work! I would HIGHLY recommend E.B Window and Siding; They are highly professional, prices extremely reasonable, dependable, excellent customer service, hard working and skilled workmanship.

When they installed my windows they came on time, installed the windows in a nice timely manner. And they cleaned all the debris. Im getting two more windows installed and more after that.

+ 1 moreFrom the first sales quote to the final cleanup, the job was handled in a professional manner. They were very responsive to our questions, informative about the materials used and flexible when we needed follow up work done, even after the job was complete. Needless to say, we were very happy with the end result. The product is good (can't beat 25 foot panels to minimize the seams on the house!) and the experienced crew doing the install through the dead of winter gave us peace of mind that the job would be done well, which it was. No complaints and we will recommend them to friends in need of services they provide in the future.
Description of Work: The job involved stripping our entire house of the original siding, replacing some rotted wood where appropriate, and residing the house in its entirety. In addition, they replaced 3 basement windows and 1 garage window. They installed new gutters, leaf guards, new shutters and repaired some rotted wood on our screened in porch.

+ 1 moreI've had Ed & his crew @ EB Window install windows at my home before and new the quality of work his guys did so I had no hesitations about them replacing the vinyl siding & gutters. I did get another quote which was 25% more than EB Window because it is always advised with a job that size. I am so incredibly happy with the quality of siding used, the quality of work, especially the attention to detail around the windows & doors. I was highly impressed with their honesty by replacing some of rotted wood found behind the old siding and not re-siding over it. After the job was done, they totally cleaned up my yard of all debris & any unused materials. Overall I would highly recommend EB Window for their quality work, honesty, very reasonable pricing & finishing the job the way I wanted it done!

+ 2 moreEverything went great! You will not go wrong using EB Window & Siding. the owner, Ed Byrne, was extremely easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable and professional. he made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. He uses only top quality materials and his crew is outstanding. They made sure everything was perfect. Initially, we had four contractors in to interview and bid on our project. Of the four, we liked EB and one other. Price wise they were very competitive. We selected EB because of his fair and honest reputation and we felt he would give us the best overall value and we were right. We could not be more satisfied with E B Window & Siding.
Description of Work: We had all of our windows replaced including the basement windows. We also had our entire house sided with vinyl shingles and shutters. They also did all of the trim work. everything came out excellent. We also had all of our storm doors replaced. Finally, we had the stairs and railings replaced on our front porch along with some additional work on some porch posts. To sum it up, we had the entire outside of the house redone and everything came out great!

We did experience a few sheduling issues, but once we were able to finally get that taken care of, it was smooth sailing. They appearred this morning during the timeframe given and were ready to work. The two associates took the windows out in record time and are pleasant.
