They are very thorough and do a good job. The man that runs it is marvelous and he makes sure everthing is perfect. They are very polite.

Initially 2 people came and the quality of the cleaning was quite high. Since they have been sending just one person, I have not felt the cleaning has been as thorough. I will say, however, that we have a dog who sheds a lot, and who is home during the cleanings, and that has not been an issue for Angel at all. Gediel, the owner, is very pleasant to deal with, and extremely professional, and is interested in feedback to keep his customers happy.

They did a good job. They were a little expensive but they did a good job. I think that I paid for the work that they did. They were polite and easy to work with. They did arrive on time.

OUTSTANDING!! I HAD TO FIRE MY CLEANING LADY BECAUSE SHE WAS JUST NOT DOING A COMPLETE JOB (SHE WAS DUSTING AROUND OBJECTS, NOT CLEANING CORNERS IN THE BATHROOM, NOT CLEANING COUNTERTOPS). I TOLD JERRY ABOUT OUR PRIOR PROBLEMS, AND HE ASSURED ME THAT HIS GOAL WAS TO LEAVE THE HOUSE SPARKLING. HE WAS NOT KIDDING. HIS TEAM WAS PROFESSIONAL, CONGENIAL, EFFICIENT AND THOROUGH!! AND THE COST WAS THE SAME AS I PAID FOR MY PREVIOUS INFERIOR CLEANER! I AM SO DELIGHT TO HAVE THEM WORKING FOR ME ON A REGULAR BASIS.

They are extremely reliable and provide excellent cleaning. We have been using them for 2 or 3 years and they are always very friendly when in our home. We will continue to use Angel Cleaning.

We have been working with Angel Cleaning for about two months. So far, we are very pleased with the service. They are punctual and thorough with their cleaning.

One woman arrived on-time (a few minutes early, actually, which is fine) and got to work shortly after I showed her around. She was polite, industrious and cleaned the entire apartment much faster than I could have done.

They left mop-slop marks all over my freshly painted kitchen walls, apparently skipped the bathroom floor, didn't dust much, and BLEACHED my brand-new carpet outside the bathroom. I have no idea how they ended up with all these great ratings. They did a very poor job for me.

I scheduled a housecleaning for 10/27 at 8:00am. When no one had arrived by 8:30, I phoned Gerry who immediately got in touch with the cleaners. Patricia called me back, saying that they were "running late" and would be at my house in 1 to 1.5 hours! I really needed my house cleaned, so I agreed to wait. At 10:00, she called again to say they were lost. At that point, I said it was getting late and we should reschedule. Patricia showed up at my door 15 minutes later, apologized profusely and asked me to please reschedule for the next weekend. I agreed, and she promised that she would be at my house on time. On 11/3, she was scheduled to come at 8:30am. At 8:45, she called saying that she would be there in 20-30 minutes. I said no, I have already wasted too much time waiting around for her, and I was canceling. She called me back a few minutes later, I did not answer, and she left a message on my voicemail calling me rude for canceling at the last minute. Unbelievable!

They are just not as thorough as they used to be. They used some cleaner on the bathroom wall that made the paint run, and they put a Kleenex box in front of it to hide it. I have called them about this, but they haven't returned my calls.

Estimate included a price and date to do the work. Did the work on the stated date and returned the keys. The apartment is now clean and smells nice instead of the garbage smell from the previous tenants' debris.

Poorly, which was surprising given how outstanding previous reviews have been.

We made an appointment for someone from the company to come to my home and give an estimate for regular housecleaning. They did not show up.

Fantastic. For my bi-weekly clean I pay $110 and get all of the above. First time I've ever had a cleaning service and it is just wonderful. So far, very professional and get all sorts done.

Before Angel Cleaning, our house only got a top-to-bottom cleaning when we were planning to invite friends over for a party. But now every 2-3 weeks, Angel Cleaning does the same thorough job that we used to do every couple months -- it is great to come home to a spotless house! Scheduling is very easy and flexible. Every couple weeks, we get a phone-call a few days in advance to set up another followup cleaning. On the scheduled day, we leave out a house-key and a check, then go to work. Nice and simple. One caveat: if there are dirty dishes, Angel Cleaning will fill and run the dishwasher, and/ or do the dishes by hand. This is great except that twice, they have chipped a glass. Now I make sure that all the dishes are done before they come in.

They clean our 1800 sq. ft. antique home in Charlestown every two weeks (we have no kids or dogs). Do an excellent job every time, and are incredibly professional. We recommended them to friends in Jamaica Plain who love using them now as well.

Patricia and her helper showed up a little late, but Patricia called to let me know why. They worked for seven straight hours and really did a fantastic job overall. There were a few oversights, but when I told Patricia she actually came back to the house later that evening to clean them herself, she insisted on doing so. I should also note that Gediel, the manager of Angel Cleaning, squeezed us in at the last minute during a very busy week for the company. Overall, I was impressed with the quality of the job, and I'm a real perfectionist when it comes to house cleaning. It was clear that Patricia took pride in doing her work and doing it well; I've hired her on for biweekly cleanings from now on.

We are very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Jerry's company.
