ANGEL CLEANING

Canceled my appointment without talking to me and incredibly unprofessional even before any work was done! Being a new condo owner, I asked for a liability certificate because my condo requested one, not knowing that it wasn't customary for a small cleaning job. Jerry was almost offended that I made such a request, and even before I could offer to work it out with my condo's management, he canceled my appointment and scheduled someone on his waitlist instead. I don't know how someone so unprofessional has such glowing reviews but I'm glad I didn't have to deal with this company.

I was blown away with how hard these guy work. My family bought a new house and had the floors sanded and repainted that caused a mess. When angel cleaning was done the house seriously looked brand new. My husband and I were so happy with results and we both keep saying it was the best money we ever spent. Thank you!!!

They were outstanding. On time. Went way above and beyond (folded up a kids play mat, worked around us as we moved out stuff, etc). I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work.

It went GREAT!!!! The house looks incredible. I had no idea how dirty it was.... and now.. it feels like everything is brand new. We requested a one time deep cleaning, including windows... and WOW!! Everything is sparkling. Everyone was professional, courteous and on time. Thanks so much for giving my house the spring cleaning it needed.

My wife was stunned to come downstairs and find them scrubbing the baseboards with toothbrushes! That's how thorough these guys are. Our range and oven look better than they have since we moved in. The place is truly spotless.

Very poor communication led to missed appointments.

Every time, we come home to a sparkling house and have never been disappointed. The deep clean was tremendous - our fridge, cabinents, windows and window shades were all included and the house looked absolutely wonderful. I'd highly encourage anyone using Angel Cleaning to start with one of those, you will not be disappointed. The bi-weekly cleanings are also well worth the money; we have lots of wood floors and quite a dusty house that always looks flawless after they have come. Gerry is also always communicative, on-time and even gets along with our dogs, who I'm sure follow them around the house or bark at the vaccuum. We highly recommend Angel Cleaning!

Angel was there approximately 4 1/2 hrs he had 2 other people with him. I was very pleased with the work they perform and as my son was not done with the finishing work inside the home Angel offered to come back but as they were moving in 2 days it wasn't an option. The cleaned 3 rooms upstairs with bath and 3 rooms downstairs with bath , also the appliances both inside and out as well as all the cabinets and light fixtures. I would positively recommend them as they were very professional and asked me to check everything they did before they left to make sure it was done correctly . You will not be disappointed.

They were fantastic. Very professional and on time. We were so excited to come home to such a nice clean house. We have hired them to come every 2 weeks and very excited about it. Highly recommend!!!

For a while it went fine. The cleaning was just so-so. Then there were a series of missed appointments (they agreed to Monday cleanings to take out my trash for Tuesday pick up. When I questioned Gerry after their 4th missed Monday appointment. he said that taking out the trash was not his job and he couldn't make Mondays anymore. Also he was going on vacation for a month.

Everything was done to the highest standards, and was beyond my expectations. The few items that needed special care were cleaned just as I explained. Much more thorough and careful than otber cleaners that I've used. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

I used Angel for years until I got laid off in 2009. Thinking of bringing them back. They were terrific and so kind to me when I did lose my job.

Gerry and his crew arrived promptly and he communicated with me several times prior to our cleaning by telephone. Communication and scheduling was easy, and excellent. When he and his crew arrived, they tackled the project of cleaning our home, which, due to my back disability, had not been thouroughly cleaned for a long time. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of his team, and from Gerry himself. The house was sparkling clean when they completed! Even every shelf in the refrigerator had been cleaned, as well as the stove and all appliances. The bathroom was so clean, I didn't want it to get it dirty again. The windows were cleaned and looked beautiful. I was not expecting all the windows to be cleaned, and it was remarkable to be rid of the dust and have the sun shining through. After the cleaning, Gerry asked me to write down anything I felt needed to be cleaned differently the next time. It was clear he wanted me to be satisfied with the cleaning. I did not have one complaint, and hired Gerry and Angel Cleaning on the spot for future cleanings. Now that the deep cleaning has been done, they will only need to do light cleaning. I would recommend Angel Cleaning and Gerry and his crew to anyone. You will not be disappointed!!

This company is fantastic. My house hasn't had a deep clean in a couple of years. I have two small children and no time to clean. Angel Cleaning came in and cleaned everything to a sparkle. My appliances and bathrooms gleamed. Even cleaned my windows and were able to clean areas they did not think they would be able to get to. They did a really great job and I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Well worth the investment.

r should you Look, if your looking for someone who is going to do a SUPERB job in cleaning your apartment or house look no further. Jerry and his crew got here early morning and stayed until the job got done. They cleaned everything and I would not hesitate to hire them again and neither should you, but don't take my word for it hire them and you'll be a believer as well.

Contacted Angel Cleaning on a Monday and they were able to come out for a quote on Thursday and schedule a cleaning for Sunday of that week. We were preparing to move into a new house that was left in a complete mess and totally unsuitable for living. They showed up right on time and cleaned the whole place up exactly as specified. The house is absolutely clean and we are very satisfied with their services, especially the reasonable price. Will definitely contact them again for future cleanings.

Gerry and his colleagues did an outstanding job cleaning my condo yesterday. When I got home I was simply amazed at how clean the place was. You could seriously eat off of just about any surface in the house. They did EVERYTHING - floors, windows, kitchen appliances in and out, and best of all they got the bathroom sparkling. They did 10 person-hours of work for only $250, and I've set up a monthly recurring visit for $90 each. Very reasonable prices for top-quality work! I recommend them very highly.

Angel Cleaning is fantastic! Our home was badly in need of a very through cleaning, and Angel Cleaning far exceeded our expectations. I have had other cleaning companies provide a "deep cleaning," and this is the only time I've felt that the term truly applies. They touched everything--the inside of the fridge, washing machine, microwave, etc. That was to be expected, I guess, but they also vacuumed the drawers in three bathroom vanities, lined them with paper towels, and organized the contents with extraordinary precision. They washed windows that were dirty from our dog's nose, vacuumed up every bit of dog hair, and made our floors and surfaces sparkle. I wish they could come every day, but I've decided to settle for every other week. Their prices for routine cleaning are very reasonable. BEST. CLEANINING SERVICE. EVER!!!

Mr. Ribeiro was very responsive, and was flexible about finding a day that would work with my schedule. I appreciated this, as I had to go out of town for a couple of weeks, so we had to re-schedule. They didn't wax the kitchen floor (I forgot to ask them to) but otherwise, they did a very good job of cleaning! My house is difficult b/c there's always a great deal of cat hair, and b/c I have so many books and knick-knacks. Amazingly, they always manage to dust all my shelves and the things on them! I'm always very pleasantly surprised at how clean they manage to get everything.

When I called him, he set up an appointment quickly, came and gave me an estimate of $300.00. They were 10 minutes early. Three people came and did a great job. I have 5 cats and 2 dogs, so there was a lot of cleaning and fur to clean. They did an amazing job. The bathroom was clean right down to the shine. Everything they did was was done well. There were just a couple of things I needed to do, but nothing worth mentioning. I was so happy with them that I'd recommend to anybody. They were professional and were careful of my animals being considerate of them. They cleaned under, over and in all of the house. I'm very happy with them.

I had been using Angel Cleaning for many years and my early experience with them was excellent. Over the years, however, their work deteriorated quite seriously. Initially, three people came, then two. By the end the two people were staying for only about 45 minutes, rather than the two hours or so they had previously been here. It is not possible for two people to clean my three bedroom/two and one-half bathroom house in 45 minutes. They did not raise their price over the years, and for a while I accepted the fact that the I was getting a little less in exchange for not paying more. But after a point, that deal no longer worked for me. I felt my house was no longer being kept clean and terminated their services.

Their initial visit is took about 4 hours and may seem rather expensive at first, however, they are very thorough and it is worth the $$. They even clean your fridge, oven (inside and out), bathroom cabinets, etc. They are very professional, responsive, on-time and accommodating/flexible. Based on our experience, we would definitely recommend them.
