Description of Work: The woman that cleans our home is "Maria". Very nice, very concerned, She starts at one end of the house and we are amazed at the job she does. She is here 15 - 30 minutes early all the time. She texts us the night before and I return the text, if we have something extra that needs to be done she alway's makes time for it. (we pay extra for extra work). |We have NEVER found a nicer happier accommodating person

Description of Work: They were phenomenal. I have a large 3 floor house. It was immaculate when they left. I couldn't have cleaned as well as they did if I spent a whole week. I was thrilled with the job they did and would highly recommend them

THE DECISION TO QUIT THE JOB WAS OURS, NOT THE MEMBER! WE QUIT BECAUSE THE MEMBER SAID THAT WE TURNED THE HEATER ON IN A HOT SUMMER DAY (85), AND LEFT THE GARAGE DOOR OPEN WHEN WE LEFT. TURN THE HEATER ON WAS NOT NECESSARY, OBVIOUSLY AND WE NEVER USED THE GARAGE DOOR, OR EVEN OPENED IT. I FEEL SORRY BUT I HAVE NO REASONS TO LET ANYBODY TRY TO SAY THAT WE DID SOMETHING THAT WE HAVE NOT DONE. BESIDES THAT EVERYBODY ELSE KNOWS THAT WE ARE PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSIBLE, PUNCTUAL (IN THAT CASE, HOW DOES SHE KNOW, IF SHE WAS NEVER AT HOME?} AND WE DO A GOOD JOB. THAT WHY WE QUIT ON HER AFTER ALMOST TWO YEARS DOING THE CLEANING FOR HER. THE REST I LEAVE ON THE BEST JUDGMENT OF THE OTHERS MEMBERS.
