"Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with them especially the owner. He schedules time to meet at 12 to review my project to add gas line. He never showed up. I arrived at 12:03 to meet him at the property and called the company to follow-up if they were on the way. He said he arrived at 11:50 and waited 5 minutes and left. When asked why he left so early and didn't even give curtousy of a 5 to 10 minute wait. He said he doesn't wait any time if he gets there early it's my problem I wasn't there even though we had scheduled for noon. He was so rude and said he gives no one curtousy to wait any minute and can't turn back around. In my opinion he never went to my house and lied and was rude. I told him I didn't need his business because if that's how he treats potential clients I can only imagine the type of service he will provide. Very RUDE, unprofessional and someone I don't recommend doing business with."

"Joe, the AirCo sales representative, was very professional. He actually asked for my feedback on priorities for a new boiler. This was important to me because the boiler sits below our family room, and the noise level of the boiler was as issue. His proposals listed several boiler options, based on heating efficiency, which were competitively priced. The installation was run by Steve, who was able to fit in the installation the next week. Steve, and his crews, were punctual and courteous, and the installation went smoothly. It's only been a week, but I am very pleased with my Bosch boiler, the quality of the work, the price paid, and the timeliness of the installation."

"We had an issue with a Dry Well periodically backing up. Damian and the D Day Plumbing team were very professional and knowledgeable and provided an estimate with a couple different options and their related costs. They installed a new utility sink, sink pump, and needed piping and valves with tie ins to the main septic. They made improvement above and beyond the initial job breakdown, all the while staying within budget. I will certainly consider them again for any future work. He keeps to his word and his estimates, which he explained very thoroughly regarding options and installation. So pleased to have found Mike and I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who needs his service. Mike installed a 4 stage oil fired boiler and indirect water heater within time and budget. "Terrible customer service He created giant messes and lied to me on multiple occasions. I will say anything to get the project and not actually answer questions. When they came to give the quote, I asked them where they would put the heat pump and I said behind the house, but when they went to install it, it would not fit behind the house according to code. I constantly had to hound them to finish the job. They started in the spring, and then they did not finish until the winter, after saying they could start in 2 weeks. They left me without heat on below-freezing days because they were not finished. They did not honor parts of the contract. charged for service even though the contract says it is free for 3 years. They tried to charge me for things they did not install(humidifier). Installed the ventilation system over some sill rot. I left gaping holes in my home for months. I had to hound them every step of the way to get them to do the next part of the project. They were replacing propane and oil with gas and did not tell me I had to remove the propane to do so, and then the town would not permit their work and I had to pay out of pocket for more conversions. I had to hound them to get permits, including an oil tank removal permit, which they never pulled and I still do not have! The end result was an expensive system that I think is misconfigured and ill-fitting for my home (it does not remove humidity properly). If you would like to do the project management yourself, hire this company. That said, there was one very nice technician, but I would not have them install anything."

"Young man who came to do the job told us that they sent him to 3 wrong houses before they found ours. He proceeded to unclog the drain in the basement using the mechanical drain. Took him maybe an hour to clear it and also ran our sinks and toilets to make sure we wouldn?t have another problem. The young man left our house, however proceeded to sit in his running van, parked in my parking spot. I had no issues with this service until I saw the bill. $1000 to snake a drain for an hour? When we inquired about the bill they told us that their rate is 300$ an hour and that the job took 3 hours. In my opinion, if it takes you 3 hours to snake a drain, then someone should be fired or retrained at their job. My assumption is that their scheme involved sending this young man to multiple wrong houses and him sitting in my driveway for a prolong period of time, so that they could charge us for 3 hours of ?work.? "

"Chris and his team were outstanding. The project was a full renovation of our 1745 historic home. The project was quite complex but was completed on time, on budget, and of the highest quality. We lived in the home during the renovation and Chris and team were extraordinarily polite, courteous, and very clean. I can't say enough great things about CRM Construction."
