He keeps to his word and his estimates, which he explained very thoroughly regarding options and installation. The man replaced my furnace, asked if he could wait to take it out because he was tired, and he never returned... That was 11 months ago... I have since called him in June asked when he could get it, and he said give me two weeks! After two months I called again no answer, no recording. First time I have ever dealt with Home Adviser and it will be the last!

I am totally pleased with the work ethic and quality of Mike's work. This project took several weeks, and he met all his committed dates. The care and quality of his work on my full boiler and indirect tank replacement was excellent, including piping, fitting and pump placement. He then took a lot of time describing how the system works, and I couldn't be happier.

This is the 2nd time I had the opportunity to have Mike work on a project. This time replacing a water heater. Just as before, Mike is prompt to respond to my inquiries and quick to come up with a recommended solution and estimates for the project. He took care of scheduling for delivery of the water heater and showed up just as he promised would. The entire project was executed flawlessly. Mike did an excellent job installing our central air in our Mobile Home in April, and when we had a small problem the next day (Sunday) and called Mike and told him what our problem was he came right out that morning and corrected the problem .
