Not only did Mike walk us through the initial process and talk through every design decision, he was constantly on site during the project to make sure everything was going smoothly and correctly. Any small issues we had as picky homeowners were immediately inspected and corrected if needed. Mike went above and beyond, taking on small projects himself to get the details just right, even when we didn't really discuss it much at the beginning. He really took ownership of the whole project and cared about the finished product more than his bottom line. If we ever need additional siding, window or roofing work, Superior will be our first call. We've referred them to others and have been hired! We needed a very large addition and kitchen/living area added and their work is great. We had a couple of issues come up because of the work an outside architect had done but Mike and I worked it out. His foreman is spot on and his crew are just wonderful to work with. He and his foreman were always a phone call away as I was away during construction. They had solutions when we had questions and followed through on them. On a project this large there are always bound to be things that come up but we always managed to come up with solutions. Mike, Brian, Otti and the rest of the crew, we thank you for making our plans come to fruition and doing a great job. He promised to be done in April and he came through on that promise.
