Knew from experience what to do.

Tom did a great job repairing rot on the side of the house. More importantly, he diagnosed and rebuilt parts of a second story porch that was the source of the leak. He was great with communicating when he'd be on site and with the overall status of the project.

Tom arrived exactly when he said he would, He has gone above and beyond what our expectations were. Tom was creative when coming up with solutions for some tough challenges. He is professional and a very hard worker and his work is of very high quality. He puts in the hours to get the job done.

Thomas did a fantastic job removing and then putting back a wall and doors. He was super responsive and easy to work with, highly recommend.

Tom did a high quality job. Showed up when he said he would and texted me each day to let me know when he would arrive. He was thorough and made sure that the contract documentation- including insurance- was complete. Job was neat and he made sure to clean up and leave everything as it was each day. Not the lowest bidder but, I was concerned that others did not fully understand the details of the job. He took his time, did it correctly and did not cut corners. Would definitely hire him again.

Tom has done work on my home before. He is always prompt, professional and does a great job. I rate HIM with 5 stars. Regarding value for the money, this is a tough time to purchase building materials as costs have skyrocketed. I have been told this by other construction workers as well. It's not a great time to do work on your home that requires construction materials but if you need to, Tom Bartlett is your guy.

Can't say enough good things about Thomas Bartlett. Showed up on time, scheduled the job promptly, finished on time/budget and did great work to restore my 3 season porch which included replacing all the rotted wood with PVC, building a new set of steps and replacing an old screen door. All debris was cleaned up and old material and door removed from site. GREAT JOB!
