It was fine. They did what they were supposed to do.

I was a little disappointed. I had some leaky gutters, they came for cleaning, I said I wanted an assessment on what it would take to go and keep my gutters from leaking. They said no problem, that's part of what you will get as a result of us doing the cleaning, and I never heard anything back from them.

The work was fine and was completed as promised.

They showed up on time and they were fine to interact with. However they didnt clean one of the gutters out. I could physically see leaves in one of the gutters. So I am unsure how thorough of a job that they did on the gutters that I couldn't see.

There was nothing bad. New England Gutter Kings were great. They came out when they were supposed to. They cleaned the gutters, cleaned up after themselves and they left, I mean they were fine. I can't say anything bad about them.

They were great. They were prompt and all the good stuff.

It went really well. They were pleasant to work with and clear about their services. They communicated well about some possible repairs we may need in the future. The price was pretty reasonable and I was satisfied with the quality of the work.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was all right. My only issue was that they wouldn't take away the leaves. They cleaned the gutters and put the leaves in a bag and dumped them in the driveway. They wanted another $20 to take them away. I told them to forget about it. They were fine about cleaning the gutters. I didn't spend any additional. For $99, they could have taken the leaves away.

Crew arrived on time, efficiently cleaned the gutters, cleaned up the debris, completed their inspection report, and in addition provided a verbal status report of our gutter system. I am a satisfied repeat customer.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out very well. I paid a little over the price of the Big Deal because my house was larger than the deal specified. There were no unexpected charges. I have used them before and also have used them since the Big Deal. I like them and find them reliable and professional.

I would have been very happy with the overall work and process, had two significant hiccups not happened: | |1) I specifically asked the estimator to take account of a shortage of space on one side of my house which I believed would necessitate the use of special lifts to install the gutters. I was told the estimate would account for this. When the job started, I was told this was a surprise and was asked to pay $1,000 incremental to the quoted price. | |2) Gutter covers were not installed (as ordered) and it was on me to notice this (I luckily happened to see a corner of a gutter out of an upstairs window - one does not see one's gutter tops often). To the company's credit, they returned to install the covers within a couple of days. | |Otherwise, the work was excellent and the company was professional, but these things were too significant to overlook.

I ended up cleaning that portion of the roof myself as it was easily accessible by a small ladder. The gutters generally work fine and the other ones I could see myself were cleaned well. I guess I would give them a B+ for their work as the 2nd floor areas were cleaned which I would never be able to do myself.

Received phone and scheduled periodic cleaning of gutters, told company I would be out on vacation work was performed with bags of leaves neatly left with trash barrels and bill placed in my mailbox. Will be using them in the future!

We purchased a new home and it became apparent right away that the gutter in the rear of the house would have to be replaced as soon as possible. I called New England Gutter Kings and they sent someone right out to give me an estimate; he was very nice and explained what they would do and exactly how much it would cost. He even talked to me about the different options the company has to offer. After we decided to use the company for the job I was put on the schedule within a few weeks. When the team of gentlemen came out to the house to complete the work they were all very professional and kind. I was amazed at how fast they were able to get it all done. When they left they made sure to clean up all the scrap metal shavings and any debris that was left behind from the old gutters. I would definitely use this company again.

I called this company when American Gutter failed to show up for a November cleaning that I prepaid for. They were very receptive to my concerns. Gutter Kings communicated that they would come out when conditions allowed. They called ahead and delivered the best cleaning my gutters have ever seen. Employees were friendly and professional. This company was higher priced than what I have paid in the past but the quality was vastly superior to American Gutter service. I guess you get what you pay for.

I noticed that one of my downspouts on my gutters had become detached and called New England Gutter Kings. The person I spoke with was very helpful asked a couple of questions, informed me of the price to reattach the downspout and took my information. Later that same day I got a call back to let me know they could be out the next day and informing me I did not need to be home and could leave a check taped to the door. The job was completed as promised when I got home the following night. It was a small job but they were nice to deal with and did what they said they were going to do.

I wasn't at home but I assumed the cleaning went well on Dec 5, 2013 but they told my daughter and they also wrote in the invoice "Left side needs hunger". Next day I called the office and they din't know anything about the hunger. The first time I called I was told the gutters on the left side of the house are under warranty therefore they were going to send someone to install the hunger at no cost. As usual I didn't need to be at home. However nobody came or called me. My second call was a week later. My third call (and I specify it was my third call to the person who answered the phone) was last week. I was told Keith will be calling in 15 min. A week later I'm still waiting to hear from them. Note: The gutters on the left side of the house were installed by NE Gutter Kings and they are still under warranty.

GutterKings staff from start to finish were professional, both on the phone and onsite. The work was completed quickly and thoroughly. I have no complaints and will use them again.

I had reported some leaking on the deck and they wanted to charge another $2.50 a square foot to add new flashing. But they still didn't know if this was the problem and need to come back again to check. Now I can't get in touch with them. I keep calling but they don't return my calls. Their customer service is terrible.

It went fine. In terms of my gutters aren't well attached, so they don't get dirty. I had a problem with communication, besides from that all are excellent. The price was good. They did what they were came to do.

They did a great job of cleaning the gutters all around the house (some nearly 25 feet above ground), but did leave some mess from the gutters on the ground afterwards. Price was reasonable for services provided.

I called to schedule a gutter cleaning and minor repair to one of our gutter's corner joints, providing NEGK with my preferred timeline for the service (giving them nearly a month's head's up). I was told that someone would have to come out to the house to give me a quote, so I scheduled the appointment for that. Later that day, Keith called me back to say that he could give me a quote over the phone, which he did. I was told that the appointment for the estimate visit would be cancelled and that I would receive a call the day before the team came out to provide the service. The day before the supposedly cancelled estimate appointment, I got a message confirming that someone would be out the next day. I called NEGK to remind them that I'd already received an estimate and that the work was in queue. As promised, I received a call the night before the work was to be done to let me know NEGK would arrive. The next day, it was raining pretty steadily, which meant that the gutters could be cleaned but the repair could not be done, as the gutters needed to be dry. When I expressed my concern about the latter, as well as telling the NEGK employee that I would not pay in full until ALL services were performed (I had the check in hand, but was worried about them making time to come back for such a minor repair), he stated that nothing would be done that day if I didn't pay and that I would be put back to the end of the line for the gutter cleaning, potentially waiting for another month or more. I asked him to contact Keith, and both of us spoke to him. Keith assured me that 1) the gutter cleaning would happen that day, 2) that they'd send someone back in about a week to finish the job (i.e., the repair), and that nothing would need to be paid until everything was done. Once the gutter cleaning was complete, the onsite employee presented me with a bill for $155 more than Keith's quote (despite the fact that I'd told him what Keith's quote was). It also included an inspection report, where the NEGK employee tried to tell me that the gutters were essentially ready to fall off and all needed to be replaced (they're not, and last year's cleaner, who unfortunately moved out of the area, never mentioned this at all). Then, the NEGK employee went on to ask me if there was "a man of the house" or any "nephews" I had that could complete the leak repair. Not only was that completely sexist, but he went on to say that it was such a minor leak, he could leave me the caulk and that, basically, it was going to be a hassle for NEGK to come back to complete the repair. I told him that I'd hired NEGK to complete all work, which they agreed to, and expected it to be done by NEGK. Once the onsite employees left, I called Keith to confirm the cost, which he did. He let me know that someone would return to repair the leak area and that I'd receive a call the night before to let me know. Nine days later (12/7/13), the same NEGK employees showed up unannounced, 1/2 hour before I had friends due to arrive for a party. I went out to great them, and told them that I had the check ready to go when they were done. The lead employee, with whom I'd primarily interacted with on the previous visit, had a demeanor that was curt and rude. He barely acknowledged my greeting, offers of water or other beverages, and when I went out to check on how things were going, he wouldn't speak to me. Once they were done, I went out to give him the check and he didn't look at me or say more than two words to me. After all that, I got a letter from the NEGK's General Manager, dated 12/6/13, that my payment was overdue. It stated that all work was completed on 11/27/13, which it was not. Despite Keith's confirmation that nothing would be due until all services were performed, this letter warned me of impending late charges. I made one final call to Keith to 1) confirm that NEGK had received the payment I'd provided to the onsite employee and 2) to inform him of what I believed to be poor service and internal communications on their part. He apologized for everything. Overall, I'd NEVER use this company again. The amount of time and energy that I had to spend for a simple gutter cleaning and minor repair was ridiculous. Clearly, they make their money on large gutter replacement jobs and attempt to use pressure to worry gutter cleaning customers into purchasing items that are not needed.

As I experienced last year, all aspects of their services were excellent. I even recommended Gutter kings to my neighbor across the street and he to liked there price and work as well.

If $65 did not meet their on-site minimum why did they quote the price and schedule the service? Bait and switch? 12/6 Update: Their reply to my complaint is not correct. I never called them to confirm the appointment. They called me at 5PM on 12/3 to tell me that the $65 price would not be honored. I have a record of the call.
