I had a very bad experience with them. I would not use them in the future. They refused to do the work because there was another contractor at our house when they arrived. They left without even knocking on the door. When I contacted them on the phone later, they were very unprofessional and unaccommodating when I attempted to reschedule the work. I ended up canceling the service and going with someone else.

It turned out fine and scheduling was very easy with them.

There were additional fees because of the square footage of the house that I wasn't expecting.

There was no proof that the work was done. It looked like it was done and they weren’t around to let us know that the work was done. They also didn’t leave a note. I saw a stick sticking out of the gutters before I had them out and the same stick was still there after they left.

They were very professional, from the office staff to the men who came and did the job. They showed up when they said they would, and did a very good job. We would definitely hire them again.

It went very well. There are actually two properties they took care of; one in Canton, and the other in Stoughton. The one in Canton is 3 story; the one in Stoughton 2 story. Canton was $275; Stoughton was only $150. They did an excellent job. I had my property manager go to the property afterwards, and I was told that no leaves appeared to have been left around the house boundary. It looked as if the leaves/debris had been raked up and removed from both properties.

Overall, the service was fine. I placed an order over the phone, and the gutters were cleaned. However, there was a few inconsistencies between all the information I got from the sales agent on the phone, and the actual service: 1. I was told that I would get a phone call 24 hours before the service, to make sure that we were ready. However, we never got a phone call. The cleaners arrived one Saturday or Sunday morning (I don't remember which), and just rang the door bell. No warning. 2. I was told that the cleaners use ladders, and that no one would step on my roof. That was incorrect. They placed the ladder in one location, then walked all over the roof to clean the gutters. 3. I was told to prepare cash in an envelope to pay the cleaners. However, the invoice I got from the on-site staff said that they cannot accept any cash or payment in person, and that everything needs to be paid on the phone or online after the service. None of these are big issues, and my gutters were cleaned without any problems. However, it's strange that there was such miscommunication between the sales person and the on-site staff.

I called them back after making an appointment due to the price they quoted not seeming right. They told me they would connect me to the office and they never got me connected, I waited on hold forever. Every time I attempt to contact them and schedule a date or try to figure out where things stand to make sure they don't come out to perform services without me being home or ready for them to do the work. At this point I don't want them to come out without me knowing and the lack of contact and organization really makes me want to avoid going forward with this company, if they want to call me and set things straight right away I would be satisfied.

I know this is a bit old, but I am just now getting to the report. The Big Deal was to be for front and back gutters. They cleaned the back of the house. The front part of the house doesn't have gutter but our attached garage does have $24 (which faces the front yard) which they did and ended up charging an additional $40 to do so. They also failed to remove any debris that ended up on the roofing during cleaning. They said that would be an additional charge as well. It seems pretty common sense that this would be handled under the gutter cleaning as it happened because they were cleaning the gutters. That debris would just end up back in the gutters during the next rain storm! I just feel like this ended up being a bait-and-switch situation where they nickel-and-dimed me for every little thing.

They told me that I needed to have an outside faucet, and I didn’t. He was polite but it didn’t make sense that the offer didn’t say so. The way he spoke to me was respectful, though.

They were really good. They came back a few times per my request and were very flexible finishing everything to my satisfaction. Reasonably priced on top of it all.

20-feet of soffit and fascia were rotting out on one side of the house due to the previous installers putting the drip edge flush with the wood so that water constantly dripped onto the soffit and fascia and rotted the wood. So we called several places, and New England Gutter Kings was a good price with good recommendations from Angie's List. I am very satisfied so far with the 20-feet of new soffit and fascia, and I think it will last much longer than last time because they installed the new drip guard 1/2-inch out from the wood so that water doesn't rot the soffit and fascia in the future. They should probably get an all-around "A+" from me, but I won't know for 5-15 years whether they did a superior job. All I can say is: So far, so good!

Quick response and quick install date. They were in and out of here within 5 hours and did a great job. We were very pleased.

This is a reputable, honest business. They arrive on time, work until a job is completed and leave your house/yard with no trash or debris. I've worked with New England Gutter Kings for about 7 years and have never had a complaint.

Initially talked with the estimator/salesperson. He showed up promptly and sent me his design of which I had questions, but the sales person reassured me it would be sufficient. Price seemed fair and they were able to schedule fairly quickly. They showed up as scheduled and did their thing. That is when the problems began. The new design eliminated a couple of downspouts. Old spouts were rectangular, the new ones are round. I was concerned with capacity. They were not. First issue,the installers left a flat piece of cut sheet metal and I found it on the street after a storm. That could have easily impaled someone on the street below. Second, one of the downspouts world vibrate during any mild wind blowing. I had to call several times over a few months for them to come over and fix it. The solution is barely holding together now. Third, one of the pieces of gutter they replaced had overlapping roof material. They tore apart the roofing materiel that was there. Literally tore it up, like ripping a piece of cardboard. All jagged. And they made no effort to fix that or advise me of it. I found out during the next issue. I got an offer from one of their installers to come by and fix the roof as a separate contract. Fourth, since they eliminated one of the downspouts, that gutter where most of the water is now funneling, is always overflowing, just throwing water everywhere. And it holds water for a long period of time, until it can drip out of the corner, where I was assured I would have soldered seams. I do not have soldered seams. I am still trying to get them to install another downspout. Install was poor at best.

They arrived on time , finished the job in 2 hours and cleaned up after they were done. The gutters have been working great. The best part was unlike other vendors they did not sell me anything more than I needed.

No estimate was ever received.

I used new England gutter cleaners in may 2013 through Angies list deals. ( $99 gutter cleaning) good service. they come at said time, finish their job well and one don't need to be present in home. I used them again this year ( not through deal) paid little bit extra but very satisfied with work. will be regular with them here onwards,

I have used Gutter Kings multiple times in the past and was very happy with their service. However, this spring I scheduled a gutter cleaning and was told that they would be out quickly. After two weeks I called again. They apologized and said someone would call me back. After two weeks, I called a third time. This time I left a message with a "manager." Still no call back. I'm completely blown away by this lack of service. I'm now in the process of finding a new gutter company.

Workers showed up on time and quickly cleaned both sets of gutters.

In an era of Amazon Prime and instant gratification, I just didn't have the time or patience to deal with the hassles of most contractors. New England Gutter Kings made the entire process of replacing our gutters smooth, convenient and pain free. I simply contacted them via their website, they emailed me back quickly and were willing to communicate strictly through email so I could avoid playing phone tag like I tend to do with other contractors. Because I was not in any rush, they told me they would send an estimator over when they had one in the area, and I didn't have to be home. Two days later on a Saturday, the estimator, Ken showed up when I happened to be home. Ken looked over the previous gutter system and asked us what we were looking for. He explained some of the oddities of our layout and what our options were for new gutters. Ken was very friendly and warm to my wife and 1.5 year old son, and did not pressure us or try to upsell us at all. I believe the price range for new gutters was somewhere between $600 and $2,500 depending on what features and add-ons we were looking for. I ended up going the more expensive route to avoid climbing a ladder to remove leaves in the fall. We cut a check for 1/3 the estimate on the spot and were told we would receive a call when they were ready to do the install. On Monday, we received a voicemail saying they would be by on Tuesday to do the install, and we would not have to be home. We left a check for the balance of the estimate that morning, and by the time we came home everything was done. It hasn't rained yet, so I have not tested the gutters, but they do look good. New England Gutter Kings removed the old gutters and left very minimal mess. Nothing a quick sweeping couldn't solve. Gutters are boring and nobody wants to spend money, or miss work in order to have them replaced. If you are looking to hand someone some money and have them put quality gutters up, I would highly recommend New England Gutter Kings. They were an absolute pleasure from start to finish.

As mentioned above they were very proficient at what they did. There was no skimping on the effort to do a great job.

It went very well and I was happy with the service.

Work was done as performed. Would use again.
