Description of Work: They shoveled my roof and did a nice job,arrived earlier than expected,and did a ++ job. I would use them in the future.

Description of Work: clean gutters and enforce the down spouts seal teal the drain from the downspouts. |Once they got here they did a good job however could have be more prompt and resposive it took 3 crews before they found some one that could actually finish the job.

Description of Work: Ordered a gutter cleaning. Came out and performed well, everything was spotless, they cleaned up after themselves. No complaints. They told me that the front gutter was damaged, and quoted $85 to repair. I called them and stated to go ahead, left check taped to door. Came home to find a note that they could not repair it, but had put a temporary patch in place, yet took and cashed the $85. Numerous attempts to contact have gone unanswered, and I had been willing to give them another chance.

Description of Work: They cleaned my gutters. Pleasant to deal with, came when they said, did a thorough job, and cleaned up the mess gutter cleaning creates. Couldn't tell they were here except that my gutters were no longer full of leaves. Will definitely use them again!

Description of Work: Great job by the NE Gutter King team. Cleaned all gutters and bagged the debris and left it where I could easily dispose of the leaf litter and debris from the gutters. Would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: Overall the gutter cleaning went as expected, however there was a bit of leaf related debris left in various areas in the front and back of the home.

Description of Work: I hired the company to install new down spouts. They did a nice job. They just need to add some fittings to the bottom of the spouts. They even came out twice and never fixed the issue. They also keep sending me a notice that my payment is late but they have not finished the job. I do not think they have good communication skills with their billing department. The technicians were very professional but did not have all the parts to finish the job. I am still waiting on them to complete the service. I had no problem scheduling their service.

Description of Work: The gutter kings were very competitive in price. I was looking for someone to install gutters on one side of my house, and interviewed three contractors, their estimate was the lowest, about $300 lower than the others. On the day of work, Brain and his man came for the job and they completed everything in about 3 hours, did exactly what I wanted them to, and gave me a little extra help on my existing gutters. They left nothing behind them and I am very satisfied with their job. They were also honest. I asked them about the guard option which I didn't go for, as I do have a big tree in my backyard. Brain and his man told me that the guards are good to have but not necessary as the tree is far enough from my house. Their customer service was a little slow though. I received the official estimate almost two weeks after the estimator came in, which almost made me committed with another contractor, thus I gave them 3 stars on customer service. Overall very good work and I am willing to recommend them to my friends!

Description of Work: It went fine. They did a good job. But their practice of scheduling only the week--not the day, but the week--that the service would be provided was odd and therefore somewhat off-putting. Yes, they called the day before the service was performed to notify me that they would be there on the following day. But it strikes me as a clumsy and not terribly customer-friendly practice. That's why I marked them down on Punctuality and Responsiveness. | |But overall, they did a good job at a reasonable price. |

Description of Work: I have had a problem since they sold and installed no leaf gutters. Water dripped on my front steps and Ice formed requiring strong ice melts and I had to have front steps redone. Front gutter was rerouted and gutter guards installed. We have had no snow so far this year. Installer for reroute was knowledgeable,professional and very helpful. Since I installed these gutters I have had icicles on my front gutters. Installer says if this continues I would need to have these changed to no rain gutters. I have had excellent service with the company and find them very easy to deal with. My problem is with their salesman as I had some icicles before and thought these gutters were supposed to fix this. Thinking about snow buildup on roof and narrow openings on gutters I think I may need different gutters to correct this problem.
