Matt and Terry were a pleasure to do business with. They addressed all my questions and concerns. The job took two days to complete. The crew was hard working and skilled, they arrived at 7am and worked until sunset both days. The job went smoothly, cleaned up everything, and the roof looks great. These guys know their stuff. I highly recommend MMP Construction Inc.

The contractor explained the detail and gave me an overview on my current roof. In additional to the inspection, they gave me some overview for the current roof technology. MMP didn't try to sell me anything but trying to educate me. He gave me thumbs up on the roof for 20 years. I have a rental multiple family house and I will consider them when the time comes.

It went really well...they came to look at a leak and was able to fix it the same day. They were here for about 5 hours, did the job, cleaned up all the debris and left. I was very happy with them and would definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

They came out and gave me a quote that seemed reasonable and scheduled the work a few days later. They were right on time and did the work quickly. They left the extra shingles which I though was good.

I was very pleased with the performance of Terry and Jose. The roof inspection went well, I learned a lot about my roof and what I might expect in the future, and I thought their visit to my home was time well-spent. Yes, I'd do it again.

Their work was fine. They pretty much charged $99 to put a ladder and go up and tell me x, y, z was wrong. I thought that they would do some work for the deal. They gave me a pretty crazy estimate for fixing everything.

That was fine. They came and they did it. The snow was gone. I left the house just as they arrived. When I came back, the snow was gone. They simply did the job I asked them to do. It was nice. The service was fine and the cost was fine. They did a fine job. I requested something and I got what I requested. I'm a happy customer. I would use them again.

They were professional and gave good advice.

They took photo of the roof and promised to send to me in email, but never happened. Asked me to do it again and send me photo but I am not sure I trust them this time

We had a snowfall and it was freezing and they said that we had some leakage coming in. The people who came in were not from the US. They were using a pick and taking off as much as they could as far as the snow whenever there was ice there. They would take the pick and slam it with all their might, taking it from over their shoulders and put it in a waiting sack. It was hitting the shingles. The boss wasn't there so I called the person who was running the company. He looked at it and said everything was fine. I tried to tell him that there were holes in it but he insisted that all was fine. He however went ahead to say the he could redo the roof for me for $2,000 since the shingles were even old. I wasn't happy with the way he was trying to sell me more instead of focusing on the repairs. I would not use them again. I was happy to get the job at a fair price because there was a lot of snow but they clear off all the snow. They came out within a week and I was also happy that they responded quickly. I had problems with the quality of the work.

Went very well. Two men arrived within the one hour window that they gave me. Both men, Terry and Jose, were friendly, professional and completed the project very quickly. I would hire them again.

This is one of the most professional, experienced and quality companies that I have had to deal with in the home-improvement field. I got an immediate response to my initial call, Terry came out immediately, work was done ahead of schedule. Terry worked with me to answer all questions, educate me, and followed up to make certain I was satisfied with the work. Will be using them for other projects.

He was right on time, even though it was raining. He checked my roof and showed me pictures of the spots that he caulked. I am very pleased with his work!

this was an Angie's List special for roof inspection and minor repair after a brutal Boston Winter. We had substantial water damage from water leakage through skylights and I was concerned about damage to the wood under the skylights, trying to figure out what had happened and what needed to be done. Matt communicated easily by e-mail, was very prompt in responding, and provided a photograph of the improper installation done by the builder. He provided a contract with options of what could be done promptly. The only ding is that he didn't comment on missing shingles on the roof

upon One of the things I really needed was a professional inspection of my roof. I needed to know how old it is and how many years were left in it. I also needed to know where a leak was. The crew from MMP showed up right on time, and they got to work. They caulked around a DWV vent where the leak was probably entering the house. The stated that the roof was 13 years old and had 12 years or so left of useful life. Exactly what I needed! Great deal - this was an Angies List coupon deal. Saved me about a hundred bucks.

It was a quick inspection. One area requested to be nailed down did not get nailed down. Helpful suggestions were provided for services needed.

I wanted a professional opinion on the condition of my roof after the ice dam problems of last winter. Also, I had the roof shoveled off by someone who did not know what they were doing and they knocked off about 20 pieces of shingles. Fortunately, the pieces that were knocked off were superficial and decorative, not the main shingles. The roof turned out to be in good condition in spite of everything. The person who did the inspection turned out to be very helpful in finding contractors already working in the neighborhood to fix some of the problems created by the ice dams, so the overall experience was well worth the money.

Was very prompt in replying to emails before the service. Arrived a few minutes early an did the work as planned. A nice guy. Would hire again.

Matt found rotted rafters, improper flashing, no ice dam prevention, etc. He was handed several obstacles and never complained. Finished on time and worked with my insurance company so I was awarded more remuneration than I would be able to secure on my own. Couldn't find a nail on the driveway or yard when they were done; cleaned his way in and out of the job site. Thank you Matt and MMP!

WENT VERY WELL TO ADDRESS PROBLEM!

I was disappointed with the service overall. For $99 I expected the identification of some trouble spots, minor repairs, and recommendations for future repairs/replacement. However the service consisted of spending less than 5 minutes on the roof and an estimate to replace the roof. In essence, there were no repairs, only what I consider to be a fairly high estimate to replace the roof surface. I'm certain that I could could have obtained the estimate without paying the $99. ...essentially a waste of money.

Had leakage during winter storms and was looking source of leaks and remedy suggestions and purchased the roof inspection Big Deal. Due to 2 layers of shingles a source for the leaks couldn't be found. Identified one problem area on roof and provided repair quote along with a new roof quote when that is eventually needed.

Overall we would consider your MMP for our roofing work but want to obtain a few other opinions/quotes before making any further decisions.

They inspected my roof and I had told them about my roof leak. The guys came and found the issue and resolved it. I think that fixed it, but I will have to wait and see until I have another large rain storm. They are professional and did what I asked them to do. Will use them again.
