We needed a skylight installed in our bathroom, and MMP did an excellent job--we are very happy with it! The team was friendly and worked quickly and efficiently to get it done before it got dark, and the quality of their work was excellent. Matt was very friendly and nice to communicate with as well, and always responded right away. This is the second time we have used MMP Construction for a large-scale renovation and both times, we were thrilled with the results and with the service level. Matt (the owner) is friendly, fair, and quick to communicate. I would (and do!) recommend MMP for any renovation you plan to undertake.

When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. I was impressed by Matt, who is the manager, and he does an outstanding job in managing the crews and the progress of the situation, and the communication was clear and always to the point. We then moved to initiate a search for a contractor of two bathrooms remodeling after completing the roof and attic vent, MMP was one of the many candidates. Matt has had not only the best idea and proposals but also shown an impressive & professional sense of evaluating the project accurately, including the possible structural modification as well as a competitive estimate of the cost of the build. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. A home remodeling project cannot be successful without having a trusted partner, and my experience with MMP has led me to be glad to share my confidence that MMP has a credential to become your reliable partner to manage a construction project together.

Everything went great; completed sooner than expected, at lower cost, and with no problems.

I was buying a new house, the home inspector had some questions about the attic joists and suggested I have a professional take a look at them. I needed it done quickly and I called three contractors. Matt from MMP was the only one that called me back the same day and agreed to come look at them the next day. He showed up on time, suggested a remedy and gave me an estimate. After buying the house I had him complete the work. It was done as promised in a very tight and dirty attic space, they cleaned up before leaving. I also chose Matt to replace my roof after getting three estimates. The crew did the complete job, chimney flashing, ice and water shield, small roof repair and venting channels in the attic. Clean up was great, no mess left in the yard. He was not the lowest estimate but all the work was done without any additional charges. I was very pleased with the results.

We had a very small roof area need to be repaired. I sent request to multiple company to give a service quote. Few of them sent me replies and stated that they are too busy to come. Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. Also, Eric and Don did excellent job on finishing the project. They are all very polite, knowledgeable, and showed their professionalism. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Matt and his crew. We are very grateful for having them arriving on-time before the winter storm to prevent potential damage of the house. I needed my entryway stairs and porches replaced due to age. I found MMP Construction here on Angie’s list, and contacted them through the website. Matt, the owner, called me back the next day and we arranged a time for him to come and give me an estimate. He showed up exactly when he said he would, and emailed me the estimate the next day. When I hired him, he told me upfront that it would be a while before he could start due to an ongoing project he was working on. I appreciated that. When the time came for him to start, there were some delays, mainly weather related, and he was very conscientious about calling me and letting me know what was going on and when to expect them. Although the project took longer than I expected to be finished, I am very happy with the finished product. Matt is excellent at communication. He took care of all permits, and arranged all inspections. His crew was always on time. They did an excellent job cleaning up after they were done, and the finished project was fantastic. I would definitely recommend MMP Construction, and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Matt and his crew were extremely professional. Prior to building the actual room, they were very upfront about our options within our price range. They never tried to “up sell” us, and truly listened to what we wanted to get from an additional bedroom. The team was in constant communication with us in regards to time and days they would be working, and if there was ever a day they would not be on site, we knew ahead of time. We were even set back a few days due to rain, and the team came on the weekend to make up time. Throughout the process they were honest about cost, and additional things that were going to have to increase our original price. When the room was completed, originally for our teenage son, we loved it so much we moved in for ourselves! Overall we were extremely pleased with the whole process. We love our new room!

MMP was fantastic. They were easy to work with and did great work. We only had trouble with 2 sub-contractors during this project (Granite & Kitchen design) and they were the sub-contractors that my wife and I selected ourselves outside of MMP... we wish we had used MMP for everything because they did such a good job. I can't recommend them enough. We'd definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone.

Aside from the plumber in the complete house renovation it went very well; Plumber delayed project by a month; He will not be rehired

Had to call them back for an area that had been missed, but they fixed it quickly. I did have them give me an estimate to remove a barn I had which I thought was far too high.

Matt and Zen were very professional and did a quality job. Zen was there every day and I could see he wanted to produce a quality product. Very pleased with how it turned out.

Everything went very well. Had to push the start date past winter. Matt is very responsive on the phone and the guys were on time and finished the job in 2 days. Nice group of guys would definitely use for more extensive work.

Arrived on time. Explained everything clearly and did an excellent job!

5 months later, the same shingles blew off. I phoned them & they came out the next day and reattached the shingles----at no new charge. I hope that they stay on for may years to come. (Again, they were prompt and polite about returning to re-do the job.)

Turned out it was more of a gutter and flashing issue which can be resolved in the spring. He told us where no service was provided that they would refund the cost of the roof maintenance package I had purchased. Seemed like an honest businessman. I cannot rate them on their work, but only on their professionalism and responsiveness.

Did not even bring a ladder long enough to reach roof.

They didn't really give us a lot of information. It was okay. Part of it, they tried to correct the problem and did not proceed so we ended up bringing somebody else to do that work.

MMP contacted me right away and worked with me through e-mail and phone to provide an estimate and schedule the service. They always responded promptly and were able to get out to my house ahead of schedule and complete the issue quickly and painlessly.
