They came out and assessed work to be done. The quote was detailed and gave options with pricing. Once I agreed to have the work done it was scheduled and they met all of my expectations. The materials were ordered and delivered to the house a couple of days before the work was to be performed. Everyone was super nice and Matt came out to the job to do some work and to make sure everything was being done as promised. The little things I wanted to have taken care of, he did (or made sure it happened) and he was absolutely super about it. He even took care of some other little things I needed done around the house. I would definitely recommend them. Friendly, affordable and quick.

Recently I had a need for plumbing work that was going to be substantially involved and I was acutely aware of this going into it. I reached out to MMP Construction (Lowell, MA) and Matt (Owner) was over the next morning. Although his company does not perform the particular type of plumbing work that needed to be done he nonetheless took the time to carefully evaluate the situation and provided thorough and pointed guidance as to what would need to be done. It is more than noteworthy that that he had no vested financial interest in recommending another contractor but nonetheless was good enough to recommend a company that would see to it that the work was performed properly, at a fair price and in an expeditious manner. He recommended JJH Plumbing and Heating (Dracut, MA) and their work was nothing short of stellar! Noteworthy also is that Matt kept himself in the loop at all times to be sure that I was being taken care of and if I had any concerns to not hesitate to reach out to him immediately. I want to reiterate that MMP Construction not only met but substantially exceeded my wildest expectations in terms of customer service, response time, professionalism and recommendation of another contractor whose work was as good as he said it would be. I will state for the historical record that MMP Construction provides 'Old School' service when back in the day contractors actually took pride in their work, a trait that seems to have fallen by the wayside over the years. MMP Construction is not about the 'Almighty dollar' but rather seeing to it that your needs are met professionally, properly and on time. The above said, I unequivocally cannot rate them high enough and will be using them for other projects down the road.

I would highly recommend MMP Construction. Matt and his team are knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely hardworking. Even after running into some unexpected structural issues once the walls were opened up they still managed to get the job done in the time frame quoted by working extra hours and weekends. I was truly blown away by the level of dedication and service. Anytime a challenge came up, someone on the team was quick to provide a great solution. And the finished product is absolutely gorgeous. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

They showed up an hour early, which worked out OK, but was a surprise. We were looking for an explanation for some water damage. They identified a cracked shingle or two, and replaced them. We had a good discussion of other possibilities for the damage, and decided to wait on additional action until we see if today's repair addresses the problem.

I scheduled the service for a Sat morning which was convenient. They arrived about 10 minutes early which was good for me. I had one shingle that was cupping and they fixed that. I had some new bath fan vents that were installed a couple months ago. They noticed that they weren't sealed very well so they added some sealant to those. I had this old ugly antenna on the roof and I asked them about taking it down. He removed it for no extra charge and sealed up the 4 holes that it left behind. They took pictures of everything and showed me all the pictures at the end. My roof is 18 years old and I was expecting them to maybe try and sell me a new one, but they didn't and just told me the roof was fine and I should get a few more years out of it. That was nice to hear. I was very happy with the visit. Going up on the roof isn't something I'm interested in doing.

it went well - I purchased this package to do some inspection due to the ice dam in the previous year. two guys checked my roof and told me that the roof is in good shape(5 years old). Also answered some questions in details. Polite and professional .

They can on the date and time we agreed on. I got a courtesy call ½ hour before they came out. They were very professional. They inspected my roof, especially a few areas that I had concerns about. They did some minor repairs to some sky lights and fixed a few loose shingles. They took pictures of the roof to show me and sent me out a report. They did not try to sell me on repairs or services. I was very pleased.

All in all very impressed. We had a big project with lots of moving parts. MMP did a great job with all of them. I was in constant communication with Matt the head of the company on what was happening next. We plan to use MMP for future projects.

After the inspection,Terry informed us that our roof needed some repair. Terry send us an estimate via e-mail several days later. Considering having the work done in the spring

Great. They gave us a lot of information so we can plan when we want to replace our roof which is very old.

The workers came on the appointed day with a longer ladder, as suggested. Terry called to ask if he and an assistant could come by earlier than the original appointment time because they had finished work scheduled in the area earlier than expected; that certainly worked for me. He surveyed the roof, took pictures and reattached a loose shingle that had fallen into the gutter. Terry showed me the pictures of the roof from many angles; they showed no other repairs were necessary at this time. Terry asked if there was anything else that required attention, but nothing else was immediately apparent. He gave me his card and explained that the company does general contacting work. I am very impressed with the speed and efficiency shown today and won't hesitate to call MMP Construction in future if I need general contracting work done.

We were satisfied with the work performed for less than $100 and were satisfied with the estimate as well? However it is unfortunately not within our budget right now so it may have to wait a while. But that's OK because as soon as we can afford it we will be in touch with this company regarding their estimate so they can do the work we need to have done on the front deck .

They seemed very knowledgeable. They were prompt and professional. I would recommend this company.

It went well. They arrived on time and we had a discussion about the roof. I filled him on my questions and my concerns with a small leak I had in the upstairs bathroom. In about 10 minutes they were up on the roof walking around and taking pictures. They gave me a review of my roof and what they saw as an issue. They were very "just the facts" about it which I appreciated. They quickly diagnosed the leak issue as an aging, cracking rubber seal around my roof sewer vent. They put rubber cement around the faulty rubber seal to create a temporary workaround until it can be properly fixed. They found that I have 2 shingles that are being pushed up by the underlying plywood. They also sealed those where the shingle glue has stopped being adhesive to each other. They also diagnosed that when my roof was originally shingled, there was no tar paper barrier put underneath the shingles, which was an eye opener. They inspected my dormers and chimney flashing and said that was in good shape. The inspection took about 1 hour, they answered a flurry of questions from me. They said it was time for a new roof, which I already knew (about 20 years old now) and sent me an estimate including ridge vent installation and the overall cost. He also sent me the pictures in email that I requested of the shingles and the sewer vent seal. The quote was in range with what I understand to be what the cost for my roof will be about: $7800. I expect my roof to be in the range of $6500-9000 with estimates and this came right in the middle. It was a competitive offer. We are not ready to replace yet, but based on the experience, when we decide next year to replace, I will have them included in the bids as they were professional and DID solve my leak issue. We have had several rain storms since and the leak has ceased. I would recommend MMP based on my experience.

It went very well. Terry arrived on time even with all the traffic first thing in the morning. The young man with Terry went on the roof, took pictures, caulked where needed and secured some flashing. Then Terry went over the pictures with me telling me the condition of my roof - told me I should be fine for another couple of years. He is very personable, helpful, answered all my questions and was very professional. I would hire him if I needed roof work.
