They were very thorough. They went up onto the roof with an iPad and they took pictures of the whole surface of the roof and it was to show us that it was in good condition and didn't need any repairs. They came into the house and then went upstairs to the attic to see if they could see any holes from the inside and thankfully there was nothing there. What I really appreciated was they were thoughtful enough to put little bags over their shoes so they wouldn't get my carpet dirty when they came into the house. They were right on time.

A couple of years ago we had ice dam problems & a crew (not MMP Const) hammered the roof pretty hard. Though we had a mild winter last year, we decided to have the roof checked for damage this year. This was an Angie's list deal. Terry and Raphael from MMP arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of the exterior roof (a few minor repairs were completed-no other problems) and checked the attic and interior walls for water damage (no problems there). They were competent and efficient and I would definitely use this company again. Actually, since they said they do ice dam and snow removal (from roof), I'll most definitely call them first!!

Showed up on time for the $99 roof inspection. The price included re-nailing a limited number of shingles and a general roof inspection. Showed them the area where I had a concern, they re-nailed and sealed a small hole at the intersection of the roof and dormer. The roofer that did the repair captured the spot on his tablet camera for me and showed me exactly what was done. As per the special, they also inspected the rest of the roof including the flashing around the chimney. No attempt to up-sell, answered my questions thoroughly, very professional, and very courteous. I would be happy to use them again.

MMP inspected the roof and gave us a quote the next day. They did no maintenance work but credited us on the replacement quote. Once we signed and placed a deposit on the new roof, the scheduling was quick (within about 1-1.5 weeks). After confirming our color choice, they dropped off the shingles/supplies on a tuesday and by the end of the next day they were completely done and cleaned up. Found some stray plastic in the back yard but otherwise everything was cleaned up well. Looks great and seemed to hold up well in the recent downpours we had.

Came on time. Did a thorough roof inspection. Told me of areas to watch. Repaired loose tile. And best of all said the roof was in good shape. Very pleasant having and inspection turn out not costing extra. Very trust worthy.

Matt responded to my phone call within a few hours. We scheduled an appointment for the next day. The price was very reasonable.The crew was most knowledgeable, efficient and quiet. The cleanup was incredible. Highly recommended MMP Construction.

I was happy with the work done by Matt and his crew on my roof replacement. Of the highlights, Matt excelled at customer service. I had spoken to several contractors during the bidding process and Matt clearly stood out as someone to provide detailed guidance and credible advice on the project. As my roof was being replaced as part of an insurance claim, Matt took the initiative to bring in additional contractors to build out an initial estimate for all of the work, to get things moving with the insurance company, which was a huge help. Matt took things a bit further and spoke directly with the insurance company regarding details of my roof and other work that was not started yet and was able to help me gain significantly more coverage than originally provided! Matt was always available for questions and promptly returned my calls and emails throughout the process. In one instance, I had requested that they hold off on installation of the ice and water shield one day due to the cold temperatures. Matt agreed to this with no hesitation, even though it required them to work the weekend to complete the work. Per my inspection throughout the roofing process and after, everything looked good and I found only a few things that were missed, which Matt took care of immediately. Some mess and nails were left behind after the work, but it was fairly minimal. Due to the scale of the work, Matt / MMP did bring in subcontractors to perform much of the standard roofing work. I would have appreciated if MMP was more forthcoming about this earlier in the process. MMP had someone from their team on-site for the entire process, but I think that they could have kept a closer eye on the sub-contractors work. For the more challenging tasks, Matt came out and did the work himself. He and his team worked hard throughout the process, working long hours and through the weekend to get everything completed in a timely manner and reduce risk of water leakage in case of rain. I will certainly consider MMP for future work on my house.

My experience with them didn't work out. They weren't that great. They weren't reliable. They wanted a whole new thing done and told me, "If you don't believe me, come on up." And my house is three flights. They didn't impress me. My skylight continued to leak but I never called them again. I was going to initially get some patches put on my roof, but they wanted to turn it into a big job, so I just got the skylight done. For $99, they put maybe $4.00 of caulking around the skylight, and that didn't stop it anyways.

They came, they looked, they did nothing and they charged me $99. They didn't even go up on the roof. They were supposed to fix at least 5 tiles, but they didn't do anything. I paid $99 and that's it. I am not very happy with them. My husband dealt with them. They were nice enough, but they didn't do anything for me. They told me that they don't do what I needed to have done. They just told my husband that we will need a new roof in 5 or 6 days, but he never went up on the roof.

MMP Construction was very professional and made the process very easy for me. I have had them do work before (my roof a few years ago) and again they exceeded expectations. I am very satisfied with the tile work and the painting and also how quickly they were able to complete it, only four days from start to finish. I highly recommend this company and will keep them in mind for future projects.

Contacted Dave to talk about work needed; Dave was punctual, professional and very reasonable. Day of the work, he and his sons arrived on time and completed the work and left the area neat and clean, ready for the next crew to begin.

Basically, t was the smoothest Angie's List experience I've ever had. They contacted me almost immediately to set up a schedule, came out on time, and were professional throughout.

He came and saw the roof and gave an estimate of $800 to replace one sheet of roof. I do not want to go thru it as the price he is quoting is very high. He offered to return the money as he could not perform the service. Waiting to get my refund.

The guys showed up in a pickup with a ladder and very few tools. It concerned me that this would end up being more of a sales call rather than doing minor repairs. After half an hour it felt like that's what it ended up being. I don't believe any repairs were done and I was told that I should consider a new roof. This was after a historically bad winter where I imagine roofers were quite busy and their quote seemed to reflect that as it felt very high. Admittedly I didn't get any other quotes to compare them against but I did see numerous offers on Angie's List for significantly less than their cheapest quote. The guys were friendly and did call to tell me that they were stuck in traffic and would be late for our appointment.

We ended needing a lot more work, so they didn't actually do the work and we got refunded. And then we needed to get a quote from them for insurance purposes and there wasn't really any follow up. Our insurance company wanted to talk to them and negotiate and then we didn't hear anything after that. I don't have any complaints it's just that they wouldn't do any small repairs cause they said that the roof needed a lot more.

MMP was able to schedule the visit within 2 days. Terry showed up on time. They proceeded to inspect the roof. He and his assistant fixed some roofing tiles, took pictures of the roof from different areas to show me that all was in good condition. I am happy that they did that. Some contractors might tell you there are issues that you can't see from the ground. I appreciate that they attended to the service quickly and professionally. Because of his professionalism, I asked him to bid on another project. I would use Larry and MMP for work.

These guys were totally awesome. They arrived early, listened to what I wanted done and did an excellent job of repairing my roof, replacing all my missing shingles. I would absolutely hire them again !!!!!

I needed a contractor and found MMP here on Angie's list. I was comfortable with Mark from the beginning. We originally had thoughts of just replacing the old roof on our three season porch because water was coming in from several windows. But while talking to Matt, my wife started asking about raising the roof line and I started asking about heating it for year round use. We decided that we wanted to do it right so we decided to tear it completely down and start over. Matt's team took time to answer every question we had along the way and explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. The guys were all very nice and professional. My dog barked at them every day which bothered me but didn't seem to bother them. The end result was exactly what we wanted and we are extremely happy with it. I can't remember the exact timeline but they started just before Christmas and completed it in early February. With the holidays and occasional weather issues, I'd say the timeline was very good. Thanks to Matt and team for a job well done. I plan on doing some more work in the next year or two and I won't hesitate to give Matt a call.

I Purchased a roof repair Special Deal offered by Angies list. I purchased the deal and The company responded right away (same day) and set up an appointment for the work. The day of the roof repair, the two workers arrived early, Introduced themselves, and went right to work and made the roof repair. They were both very professional and did a great job on the roof repair. I was very happy to have this work done in a timely manner as we had a snow storm the next day and heavy rains the next week.
