Dear Sir, I would like to start off by thanking you for taking the time to review our services, as it is always our mission to improve ourselves in any way possible. I would also like to provide some clarification about the "Roof Maintenance Package". This package is designed to provide you with: a roof inspection, minor roof repairs, caulking exposed nail heads on flashing, resealing around any unsealed pipe collars, exhaust fans, vents, and chimney flashing up to four penetrations, and any other general maintenance. Based on the information gathered while onsite we were able to perform minor roof maintenance, and provided you with an estimate to for a complete job that falls out of the parameters of the purchased package. I am sorry if the maintenance package was not what you had anticipated, however the work that was completed followed the description given by Angies List. Description of Work: The service was advertized as 'Roof Maintenance Package' that included minor repairs to the roof as needed. The service provider did not inspect the roof. He showed up promptly and inspected the attic from inside the house. He said that no roof repairs were needed since there were no leaks in the house from a recent rain storm even though we had leaks during the winter storm. He then said that it was time for us to replace the roof and that he would send us a quote. No quote was ever sent to us. I was disappointed that he declined to inspect the roof and check if any minor repairs were needed as advertised.

Description of Work: I paid this contractor $99 to perform some roof repair on a rubber roof over the front entryway. They were about 1 hour late due to traffic which was Ok except that they convinced me that the repair was not going to work. They did some temporary gluing of the edge of the rubber and then did an estimate of the new roof this took all of 15-20 minutes. They never got back to me with a estimate or called to say they were not interested in the job.
