The reason that no work was performed was because the scope of work that needed to be done was outside of the package purchased. This is also why we instantly gave you a refund because we quickly diagnosed that we would not be able to provide you with a solution for that day for the price that you paid. We take pride in our ability to educate our customers on the reasoning behind our decision making process including the assessments made on location. We do everything within our power to provide the best solutions for you, the customer, and have no intentions on putting ourselves first. I am sorry that you feel otherwise, but we did our best to provide you with every available option and ultimately refunded you, because we were unable to perform the necessary work that day. We would welcome the opportunity to perform the work that needs to be done at the price quoted by one our crew members, to ensure that your problem is solved correctly. They were responsive, called right away, came for the appt. on time, & were thorough & courteous. They were very honest in their evaluation; my roof is fine for another year, no problems discovered.
