Phenomenal. Best Angie's experience ever from a provider. Matt was extremely responsive and helpful. He called me immediately after reaching out to him. And came by to look at the job right away. He did exactly what I wanted and his follow up was exceptional. Would definitely use him again for anything he could help with. He was so accommodating.

It went great! They found the problem right away. Around the Chimney the caulking had cracked, and they repaired that. As far as the back of the house with the two bedrooms, they found that the people who installed the roofing as well as the siding had attached their ladders/supports to the roof with nails, and never bothered to re-seal these holes up!!! Not good since it caused some damage to the ceiling. Great job! I would highly recommend again!

When I purchased roofing deal and gave possible appointment dates, I got an immediate email to set up an appointment for someone to come and take a look at what I needed done. Matt and his team were at my house as scheduled and looked at the roofs. Following that, we were able to set an appointment for them to begin the project. They came right on time and begin the job and completed it couple of hours later. They were very mindful of my flowers around my yard and clean up was done perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

Very honest provider. Inspected my roof and determined that everything was sound even though I made it clear that I had fully expected to need extensive repairs. I truly appreciated his honesty. I would definitely contact him again for other projects.

He came out and looked at the roof. After looking at the roof, he said that a portion needs to be replaced, but suggested it may be best to replace the whole roof. He will be getting a quote together for the roof replacement. Very friendly and professional company.

He got up on the flat roof and checked out that. He did not check the flashing around chimneys or check-out the rest of the gabled roof, which for a $99 check-up I feel should have been done.

We've used MMP before for a snow roof removal at another Commercial property and found them doing a good job. This second time around, we had them remove snow from the roof as well as hauling each pile away. They did a great job and we were very pleased. Matt has been professional, attentive and responsive. After discovering black mold creeping up the sheetrock along my basement wall we found that we had a hidden leak that we thought came from the patio door above. The home owners ins adjuster told us to hire a contractor and to brace ourselves because he believed the damage was extensive. He was right. We hired Matt Palmer (MMP Construction) and he gave us the devastating news that the entire lower half of the house was rotted from water damage due to an improperly flashed deck that ran along the back of the house. I desperately wanted to save the deck, (54X12). It was a difficult task, but Matt was able to save it. Matt worked diligently, stayed in contact with me (I was not able to be present during the day) and in the end gave us a great product. Matt was not only skillful, but very knowledgeable, creative, and professional. I will definitely be hiring him again.

The work went great. The crew arrived bright and early on the agreed upon start date and had the entire job completed in under three days. They were very professional and did an excellent job cleaning up all the debris and old nails. I had just purchased the house in November 2012 and wanted to get the roof done before winter really got going. I was on a budget with all the expenses that come with a new home and was admittedly a little concerned with going with the lowest bid, but Matt, the owner of the company, made me very comfortable and understood my circumstance. The entire process went extremely smooth and the roof came out great. I have had absolutely no issues with it. I highly recommend this company.
