Description of Work: I recently signed up for and paid $99 for the roof maintenance package from MMP Construction. The owner was prompt in replying and booking the appointment. However, that's where the good service ended. He arrived on time for the appointment and rather than performing any maintenance on the roof, looked at the roof and attic and provided us with some estimates for work. His evaluation of the roof's age was incorrect - he said it was 10 - 15 years old. It is a five year old roof. We have a leak and are looking for someone to repair it. That was not in the scope of the roof maintenance agreement. However, no work was performed at all. Just an estimate for 3, 5 and 11K worth of work. I would like a full refund of my money . Again, no work was performed at all.

Description of Work: Nothing! they came just to tell me I needed a new roof which I was already well aware of. I thought the purchase was for them to do a maintenance on the roof came to find out, they just wanted to tell me how much my roof will cost! a $100 goes straight down the drain. I was not please with the service AT ALL!!!!

Description of Work: The contractor showed up on time and immediately said that "there's nothing I can do for you for the $99.00, you need a new roof." Please contact Angies List for a refund. He then gave me an estimate for a new roof and left.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for roof repair from MMP Construction. They came out to take a look at the job, spent some time doing a thorough investigation of the problem I wanted repaired, and then informed me that the roof was actually beyond repair and that it needed to be replaced. They also told me that because they hadn't done any real work that I should request a refund. I appreciated their honesty and that they suggested the refund without being asked.

Description of Work: They looked at my roof and gave me an estimate for way more than what I thought I was asking for when I bought the deal. There was no caulking of my chimney or fixing anything. It cost something to come out and look/make and estimate, so I'm not asking for money back, but I wouldn't do it again knowing what I know now. I didn't see the fine print and I'm unhappy with the deal, although I'm not sure if it is the provider's fault or Angie's list for the way the deal was presented. I feel bait and switched.

Description of Work: They inspected the roof, explained why we mistakenly thought shingles were missing, and deemed it in surprisingly good shape - no further work necessary.

Description of Work: The service provider was courteous and showed up as agreed. He clearly explained the nature of work my roof reqd. and pointed out that it was not covered by the coupon. He also was nice and suggested that I could request a refund since no work was performed.
