Description of Work: We had our son's bedroom and the master bedroom carpets cleaned. |The service person worked quickly but was very thorough. I helped him move some of the bigger furniture, so it would be a little easier for him -- he would have moved it himself but I wanted to help him since he was doing an outstanding job. He redid a section of our carpet that that had been stained by our dog because he said he could smell the stain although I didn't. The carpet dried quickly and everything looks very nice. I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: This was our first time using a cleaning service, and it was definitely a learning experience. Nielson and his helper did a very thorough job on the areas that they were able to work on, and I'm still very pleased each time I walk into one of those areas. As it turned out, they underestimated how much time it would take to clean all of the rooms we talked about, and so even though they stayed an hour beyond the agreed time, they were not able to get to it all. We thought perhaps that they would just do the "deep" cleaning and leave the dusting to us, but the way it works is that once they start on a room they bring it up to "their" standards, which are very high, before they move on to the next one. We will likely have them back sometime soon to do the remaining areas that they didn't get to, and possibly on an ongoing basis after that.

Description of Work: Courteous and very thorough. Moved/lifted furniture. Took extra time and effort on problem areas. We had two rooms done and decided to have another two rooms done the following week. Two different technicians did the work and both were excellent.

I added a front stair runner at the last minute which they were willing to do and for a very reasonable extra fee. Very pleased and will use them again for sure.
