Duraclean Master Cleaners

Our 2 year-old carpet in my church's Sanctuary needed washing and Duraclean did an excellent job. We are having them back to do the church office. He was recommended to me by a friend and by the place where I bought the carpet.

There were a couple of scheduling issues but Fred was professional at responding by email and the work was done in the timely fashion I requested.

Mark L was the technician, 2nd time he has come. He's terrific. Professional, friendly, meticulous, arrived on the dot. Couldn't ask for better service than he provided. My carpet looks great and it's not very new. I will request Mark again next year. I also had Brent in the past who was excellent as well, but he no longer works for Duraclean. For 328 sq feet and everything out of the way, I was quoted $99 by Fred the owner, which seems a bit high, but Mark also wrote $90 on the slip, so I received about a 10% discount. When someone is so dedicated to doing a superb job as Mark is, I don't mind paying. Thank you Mark!

Peter was great! He came on time, explained what he was doing and completed the job quickly. The rug and upholstery look great. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Given the make up of the rug and the damage that was done to it, they did an excellent job getting it as closely back to its original state as possible.

The rug needed to be cleaned twice to eliminate the odor but charged me for only one cleaning. When it met their satisfaction, we picked the rug up, put it down in our family room and no smell !!! (even on the hot, humid days). Excellent work!

Very professional and thorough. Really took pride in his work so that every spot was cleaned while gentle and careful with all furniture. The technician's name was Chea Rous, I would ask for him. He communicates mostly by sigh language and was very friendly and cleaned with passion for an hour and a half on a Saturday. Note Well: The address on the bill is listed as 28 Higate Rd, Chelmsford MA 01824 with a phone number of 978-458-1850. This might not be the same company as the one listed on this review since that shows Lowell MA.

Their price was about $25 less than another rug cleaner that I called. Duraclean picked up the rug at the time they said they would and returned it when they said they would. I would use them again.

Duraclean does an excellent job. Rugs look like new. I especially like the fact that they rake the rug so it is soft and fluffy when they are done.

They were good. They were resourceful and good price. I got them from Angie’s List. They were prompt. They were responsive when a couple of guys who weren’t able do the job because of the location but these guys were able to figure that out. They came on a one day of notice and did the job. The workers were good, fast and efficient. They were mindful of my paintwork and some of the concerns that I have with the getting the equipment in. It was challenging because it was on the third floor apartment building. It was hard to get the truck clean hoses all the way up to the third floor. They did a good job. It was the best carpet cleaning I’ve had. They were on time.

Responded to my inquiry quickly (I sent inquiries to two other cleaners and they never even responded) - he gave be a quote quickly, arrived exactly when he said he would, and completed the job quickly.

Fred from Duraclean, responded right away with an estimate.....unlike others on this site. The price was fair and the communication from him was excellent. His tech did a great job, also.

We had a last minute change in moving dates and had to find a carpet cleaner that could come within 24 hours to do a room in our house. We called Duraclean and Fred was fantastic, he worked with us and was able to get someone out the next morning. They spent extra time getting the carpet as dry as possible as it was a humid day and the movers were coming in the next day with furniture. Fred and his team are responsive, conscientious and very professional. Thanks!

My oil company came out to service my furnace. Love the company, but they forgot to close a door to my furnace. I came home one day and my house was covered in black soot. Duraclean Master Cleaners completely cleaned my air ducts, floors, furniture, walls, etc. It was like having a hazmat team come to clean. They completely cleaned every nook and cranny; there was no soot left anywhere and I feel like the house is brand new. I did not pay for the service, because my oil company paid for it since it was their mistake. I would not use them in the future, simply because I would not be able to afford them, but they do excellent work.

This was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had! We couldn't afford all new carpets so someone suggested having them professionally stretched. I called on a Monday and spoke to Fred. We went over all the details and he gave me an estimate over the phone. Phil came out on Friday of that same week to stretch and clean the carpets. I have never seen anyone work as hard as he did! He was there for five and a half hours and he never stopped working! He kept me appraised of what was going on the whole time. I cannot say enough how happy I am with the outcome. The carpet looks so good that it's hard to believe it's even the same carpet! Also, the estimate Fred gave me was spot-on. I highly recommend this company.

With 2 kids and a black lab, our sectional couch, which is only 3.5 years old, was looking really bad. I called Fred on Monday and he was able to schedule me for an appointment the next day. Our service was completed today and we are 100% satisfied - the person who did the job was very professional and he did a great job. Our couch looks amazing! I didn't shop around because the price I was quoted seemed fair for the size/scope of the job and I was very happy they were able to schedule us so quickly. My only "B" grade was for punctuality - they were about 1 hour later than they had promised - it wasn't a huge deal, but I did have to leave them in my house alone while I left for school pick up. All in all, I would absolutely recommend Duraclean for any upholstery needs.

They were very nice and seemed to do a good job although this was very long ago so hard to remember. The carpet traffic areas did not stay clean for very long.
