 + -1 moreWhen I called, the woman who scheduled the appointment gave me the options for and asked what I needed. She said that Brent would go over everything and measure the rooms if needed. When he arrived he gave me the total price which matched the original estimate. Brent was quick and professional. I would use them again.
Description of Work: Brent from Duraclean Chelmsford cleaned my bedroom, dining room, hall, and living room carpets. They came out nice and clean. The cleaning solution used did not smell strong. He helped get out some pet stains and raked up the cat fur under the bed before beginning. He also provided me with a suggestion on how to clean up pet stains so that the carpet does not become stained.

Absolutely loved their service; prices were very reasonable, the rugs were clean, the gentleman who picked up and dropped off the rugs was very nice, and Jay called a couple days after to be sure I was happy with the rugs. I will definitely call them when my rugs need their next cleaning.

I think they did a great job for the cost and I'm pleased with the outcome. His guys on the job site were friendly and professional. Explained the process and what to expect. I would recommend them and will use them again.
