Description of Work: We had this company clean 2 rooms of wall to wall. The amount of moisture caused the carpets to wrinkle in two places. But worse yet (!) the operator knocked into a piece of trim on my French doors, broke it in half and LEFT WITHOUT SAYING A WORD. Since the piece was tucked into my trash, he had to know what happened. On the way out, I was treated to a Watch Tower solicitation. This as several (possibly 4+) years ago and I have never rehired them.

Description of Work: I have used them several times and they have always done a good job. We've had problems with staining from pets and they have returned without charge to treat stubborn spots again when necessary. I haven't compared prices so can't give good information on that but their prices did not seem unreasonable. The Duraclean branch that I used had a Chelmsford number.

Description of Work: Duraclean pre-treated, shampooed and dried 3 rooms of carpet. They are always on time, considerate of our pets and do a thorough job. The carpets always get good care and look and smell wonderful when they're done. Have used them for many years and will hire again.
