THE GUY WHO ANSWERED MY CALL ABOUT A NUISANCE ANIMAL PROBLEM WAS EXTREMELY CANDID AND HELPFUL IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS: HE ADMITTED QUICKLY THAT HE COULDN'T FIT ME IN AS HE WAS TOO FULL WITH OTHER WORK. HE OFFERED VERY HELPFUL QUESTIONS TO ASK PROVIDERS I CALLED. HE GAVE ME AN IDEA OF HOW MUCH I SHOULD EXPECT TO PAY FOR THE KIND OF SERVICE(S) I NEEDED.
