Description of Work: Did a chimney cleaning for two chimneys and gave us an estimate to hook up a woodstove that came with our house but was not installed. He was quick, clean and professional and was very helpful in teaching us about our chimney.

 + 0 moreIn May, George came to the house as scheduled and inspected the chimney to determine if an additional flue was present in my chimney to accomodate adding a boiler exhaust. He indicated a flue was present but was not open to allow access. He gave me a quotation to open the flue, install a stainless thimble and a quote to clean the existing fireplace flue. I called George in mid August to schedule installation per the quote for early Sept. Geroge arrived as scheduled, completed the work as outlined, cleaned up and left within a few hours.
Description of Work: cleaned a fireplace chimney and opened a chimney flue to accomodate a 4 inch new boiler exhaust

Description of Work: Repaired firebox and brickwork in flue. Repaired upper chimney and added new Crown. Repaired clean out in basement and corrected vent work. Swept chimney when completed.
