Description of Work: They did the inspection and left a good report. Not very responsive in terms of scheduling the visit and did not call back after the visit to answer questions and get a quote to get some roof work done.

Description of Work: It took weeks to get an appointment weeks for them to commit to a date and then to have them cancel and never to show up!

Description of Work: I had a roof evaluation performed post-winter 2015. Erik looked up close at the roof via ladder in multiple places where ice dams had built up during the winter, and subsequent water leaked into the house. Overall assessment that the shingles were still in decent shape. Existing ice and water protection not installed properly. Suggested one option was to remove the shingles up 6' from the roof line and replaced the ice/water shield and re-lay new shingles. I asked for a comparison to having the entire roof replaced (as at the time the remaining shingles needed to be replaced the entire roof would need to be done.) | |Ultimately, we decided not to have any work completed and chalked it up to a "wicked winter." And will take our shot at this coming winter keeping a handle on roof raking. | |Erik responded to follow-up emails, however, response time was very slow. He seemed knowledgeable and interested in what was really going on with the roof, not in trying to make a buck by having it replaced. I would reach out to him again if the need arises. |
