Excellent! If I could give an A+++++++ rating I would! I can't say enough good things about Jermane Stephinger and Precision Roofing. We experienced major roof damage as a result of a fallen tree. Jermane provided us with a fair and detailed quote within hours of his visit. He was extremely responsive when we had questions and adjusted the scope of work as our needs evolved and as they discovered additional damage. With a major storm in the forecast for the following day, our roof was prioritized to ensure additional damage would not occur. If you need a new roof, I would highly recommend you calling Precision Roofing and ask for Jermane. Highly skilled, honest, responsive, and fair!

Everything was done in a day and a half. The lawn snd shrubs looked like nobody had ever been there.

They came within a week after my call to look at the roof and give an estimate. We scheduled a time which had to be postponed because of rain, but they showed up on the re-scheduled day and got 90% finished. Came back the next day to finish up the job. I had requested that all stripped materials be thrown onto my driveway and NOT into the flowerbeds surrounding three sides of the garage, and they were careful to do that. Cleaned up completely afterwards. Arranged for the permit ahead of time and the inspection afterwards.

I can't say enough nice things about the experience of having our roof replaced by Precision Roofing. Irving is a rock star when it comes to customer service. He answered all our questions, explained the difference between products, explained the timeline, the process, everything. We wanted cedar in the front because we have a gambrel and most of the roof can be seen from the road. Irving suggested regular shingles in the back to keep costs down. Irving left samples of both types of cedar, and multiple types of shingles. Gave us addresses of houses that his company had done so we could drive by to see the different styles. He did not pressure us to sign the contract or hurry us in anyway, even though the bad weather was coming soon. He was not condescending to us in anyway, because we were not up on the latest products. He really listened to us. Something that is rare to find with any home repair or service people now. We also needed some minor repairs to the edge trim on the house which his team also did a great job at a reasonable cost. They also installed 2 chimney caps for us, which is not usual for a roofing company. The team was on time and very professional (no swearing, no yelling, no throwing cigarette butts on our yard, never grumbled if they had to move the truck so we could leave, etc.) and always glad to answer questions and took the time to explain. For example, at the end of each day they went over the yard with a large magnet to pick up any stray nails, so we wouldn't drive over any or walk on them. They were very tidy and cleaned up the debris at the end of each day. Irving came back a few weeks after the job to check in with us and to see if we had any questions. They were not the lowest estimate, but you get what you pay for. I did not want to replace the roof in a few years. I get a smile on my face each time I drive in my driveway and look at the beautiful cedar roof. It seems to change each time, depending on the sun, rain, etc. We made the best decision going with Precision.

They did a great job, though they came several weeks later than promised due to several storms creating bad conditions and extra work for them. I don’t blame them for the storms, but a call to reschedule when delayed would have been better than me having to call them.

When we contacted the Precision Roofing for evaluation, Irving came and gave a thorough inspection of our roof. The explanation for the detail of the service is very good and precise. Throughout the procedure, we were in good contact if there is any schedule changes due to weather or any issues. The actual roof replacement was done nicely within a day as promised. Even my questions after the job was finished are answered in timely manner.

Precision Roofing did a great job repairing some damaged roofing and siding after a tree hit my house during a storm. They were up front about being rather busy and gave me a date about 4 weeks out. The office called a few days in advance to see if I wanted to move up my appointment about a week prior to the original appointment and they arrived exactly on-time for the appointment. Someone from Precision Roofing stopped by about a week prior to starting work to get a sample of my siding so they could match it. After the repairs were complete they walked me through the job and asked if I could see which piece was not original, which I couldn't. The siding match was perfect. After the repairs were complete there was no evidence of any of the previous damage, everything looked as good as it did when it was original. Overall I'm very satisfied with the quality of the work performed. They were punctual for our initial appointment, I had good communication with the office, and the actual work was quick and professional.

Did a professional job with a complete re-roofing job. Then two years later when a limb punctured multiple holes in the roof and shattered a skylight, Precision Roofing answered my call on the day of the damage, and came out the next day to patch the roof and build a box over the skylight hole to avoid further water damage. I was pleasantly shocked at how quickly they came through.

Upon initially calling, I was informed they charge to come look at a job. I already have a quote from a highly rated roofer/contractor that was punctual and responsive for free. That's all I needed to know.

They did a good job. They made sure it was installed properly and that it was sealed tight. They also took care of a yellow jacket nest that had appeared on the satellite dish that they also took down for me. It took them about two hours. There were two people. They were nice, professional, expeditious.

The were fine, just another one was a better price. They gave me a good explanation of what I needed to do. They did not charge me for the estimate.

Very satisfied. Erik Hammar was very professional and helped us choose the right materials and services, and delivered at a fair price, with no surprises at the end. The crew that did the work (Mark, Jesse, Eric and Randy) worked well together, were friendly, professional, and really knew their work, and were happy to explain anything that they did. We enjoyed having them around and always felt that they had our best interests in mind, not just to get the job done as quickly as possible. Every day they cleaned everything up -- no nails or debris left behind. Truly a first class outfit and a first class job! We would highly recommend them!

Job was done in the morning, but we had a downpour in the afternoon that washed away the roof treatment. I received a call the next day asking how the job went and I mentioned the rain storm. The office manager brought it to Erik's attention and I received a call the next day to re-schedule application of the roof treatment. After a couple of rain-outs, it was finally done. There was excellent communication during the process and follow-up to ensure satisfaction. I am very pleased with the work done and the great communication and follow-up. I will definitely consider Precision Roof for future work.

We interviewed many companies over five months. We went with Precision because we felt they were knowledgable and the price was fair. Did we ever make the right decision. Erik was responsive and visited the house multiple times before having given him any money just to help us make the right decisions about the roofs and skylights. He worked up multiple quotes for us doing them and redoing them as we struggled to find the right plan for the house. Once the work started, the crew he sent was fantastic. They were on time every day over the course of the two week project. The guys worked extremely hard and kept us informed every step of the way. Even when they ran into some major rot, they figured out the right solution and gave us a fair price for the extra work. Not important for everyone, but the crew was also very respectful and sweet to our two kids which told a lot about their character. I can't recommend Erik and the team at Precision enough. They did fantastic work and we will hire them again for some gutters!

I ran into Erik while he was providing an estimate for a full roof replacement at my neighbor's house. He looked at the roof, asked me what color diverter I wanted, and said he would get me an estimate. Unfortunately, I had to call his office to get the estimate. His estimate was a very clear, reasonable contract for the work. Once I emailed the signed contract and gave them my credit card for the deposit, they scheduled the work. They completed the work earlier than the original schedule, and everything is working well.

It went very well. We had to wait a while to get the work started but when they showed up the team worked smoothly and got it done in a few days. The gutters are tight and the cleanup was thorough. The staff was responsive when I had questions and concerns. I definitely recommend Precision Roofing.

My project required a special set of skills, as solar panels were being installed on the roof as soon as the re-roofing was completed. Erik and his crew not only installed the solar panel brackets precisely where they needed to be for the solar panel contractor, but they did a great job of flashing around all of the brackets. I would hire them again without question.

I have a very poor image of this company's professionalism and will never recommend them. They've had plenty of time to correct the permit situation and have not. Their clean up after the roof was on, was weak as well-many nails all over my driveway, in the gutters, and downspouts, and scattered all over the yard.

This provider has had responsiveness issues in the past but recent reviews were good and they're one of the few local companies that deals with metal roofing so I decided to give them a try. Encouraged when the message on their answering machine said "every call returned within 24 hours. God bless." Well, no. Called and left VM explaining that I had ice dams where metal roofed portico meets regular roof and would like to see what could be done to fix. About 8 days later they left a VM that they'd called and I could call back. Called back that day or the next...got answering machine again. Left two numbers so they could reach me at anytime. A week later left yet another message asking if they could at least call and let me know if they weren't interested in the job. Never have heard from them again. Responsiveness problems don't seem to have been fixed...or, even though "roof repairs" are the first "service" listed on their website, apparently they're not always big enough to even bother calling to say 'no, thanks'.

Let just say I would recommend Erik's to a family member.

Erik and his team were quick and professional. They did a deccent job cleaning up after them. There were some minor accident damages to window screens and exterior wood hand rails. The screen was repaired by them and I repaired the hand rail. Some debree was left behind that was not obviously seen, but I took care of it. No problem. These guys were pleasant and answered all my question while on the job. I would ask them for an estimate on another job in a heartbeat.
