The work was professional and great quality. The job was completed on time. The staff is professional, skilled and really know the business. We were very pleased.

I worked with Wendy on fabric options. She was wonderful and so very helpful. Very customer focused. They have an amazing variety of fabrics to choose from. I decided on a mix of their fabrics for the pillows and another fabric I had purchased elsewhere and had my heart set on. She was very accommodating. Marcoux's artisans really do quality upholstering and I was invited in to see them at work. Very cool. They take such pride in their work and have been doing it for years. I am so glad that I selected them and couldn't be more pleased. My chair and pillows came out beautifully and I had great customer service throughout the process. It took a little more than 3 weeks once the fabric was in. I'd certainly use them again.

It took months for the fabric to be picked out and they were very patient. They actually came here to look at the couch without any charge and they did a very nice job

They did a great job, allowing me to salvage my sofa.

We have not decided yet about using them. So far, they have been good. They responded in a timely fashion.

They were quick to help us upon arrival and the sofa was finished ahead of the time they gave us. There was every fabric imaginable to choose from. It was explained to us how the fabric we chose would be fitted onto the new upholstery and why it would work best that way. It was done exactly as described. They even delivered it for free and gave us two matching pillows!

Marcoux does high quality work, and their professionalism is exhibited in all phases - estimation, upholstery, delivery and set up.

They did an excellent. They brought us samples to choose from, picked up the chairs when the material was in, and brought them back when they were finished. They have office personnel that are there to help with scheduling and rescheduling.

Work was done very well, high quality materials. The recommended cloth (Krypton? some brand name like that) is for some reason unattractive to our cats, and they don't scratch it. Overall a great experience.

ON THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS WE CONSULTED WITH MICHAEL MARCOUX. ONCE HE REUPHOLSTERED AN OLD MARTHA WASHINGTON STYLE CHAIR, SUCCESSFULLY RETURNING IT TO A STATE OF GRANDEUR. ONCE HE SALVAGED A VICTORIAN ROCKER THAT CAME TO US WITH A SLING-STYLE STRIP OF CARPET USED AS UPHOLSTERY, AND HE RETURNED IT WITH A COMFORTABLY PADDED CUSHION SEAT WITH SEPARATE BACK--IN A PATTERN MATCHING THE FIRST CHAIR. LASTLY, WHEN CLEANING OUT A CLUTTERED HOME, WE CALLED MIKE. HE TOOK FOUR ASSORTED STRAIGHT-BACK WOODEN CHAIRS IN VARIOUS STATES OF DISREPAIR (ONE I HAD CONSIDERED USING AS A PLANTER), PROVIDED A RECEIPT FOR GOODS VALUED AT $40 EACH, THEN REFINISHED THEM AND DONATED THEM TO AN AUCTION FOR A LOCAL BATTERED WOMEN'S SHELTER. I UNDERSTAND THAT ONE OF THE CHAIRS FETCHED CLOSE TO $800 FOR THE SHELTER AT AUCTION! THAT KNOWLEDGE PROVIDES SATISFACTION I'D HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THROUGH ANY OTHER CHARITY THAT CAME TO PICK UP THE DONATION FROM ME.
