Inconsiderate and rude. My wife spoke with Maria and made an appointment to meet her to estimate an apartment that needed cleaning after a tenant had moved out. Maria agreed to meet at 6:00 PM. My wife had to leave early from work to meet her as well as drive about 20 miles out of her way for the meeting. No initial problem with that. However, Maria never showed up. Never called to say she couldn't make it. My wife tried several times to call her without success until finally reaching her after the fifth try at approximately 6:15. Maria said she was too far away and couldn't make it. She also said she hoped that wasn't a problem. WHAT?? Very unprofessional and rude. There are other reviews that say she doe a wonderful job. That may be true but I would definitely question her integrity based on how she treats prospective new customers. I would also wonder how she would handle a situation in which an existing customer had a problem. Had she been responsive and done a good job, we were considering asking her to take on some other cleaning jobs we had on a more routine, probably biweekly, basis. Obviously, that's not going to happen. There are other reviews on Angies List that document similar experiences with Maria. I urge anyone considering her to make sure they weigh the potential impact of such a situation as this prior to engaging her.

She’s an absolute gem - not just her cleaning but her whole attitude. She also does a great job cleaning. She never complains – she just gets it done. She always brings this positive attitude. She's very accommodating. They tell me what they will be doing and go above & beyond. They're more than willing to step up and do what needs to be done.

Never saw results, so can,t rate quality, but our very fussy tenants said it was good. Made all arrangements via phone. Marie was very responsive

They usually send about one to three employees and they complete the task in about hour and a half. They do a good job. She is regular about texting me when she is going to come each month. The house is always clean when we get home.

contacted her and scheduled appointment at 7:00pm on Friday 6-20-2014 for her to come to our house and give us an estimate for cleaning our entire house, 9 rooms and 2 bathrooms. As of 7:25 she or her representative failed to show or call stating that they were not coming. I attempted to call the number listed on Angie's List, was connected to answering service and left message asking where she was. I also sent her a message via Angie's List site. She called me back at 7:30 and stated she had sent me an email thru Angie's "List at 6:20pm stating she was not coming tonight. I did not receive the email until after I hung up with her at 7:40pm. I will not be using her service now or ever. Don't understand all the great reviews as I would feel very uncomfortable using her and scheduling a time for her to show up. Very Unprofessional as we postponed our dinner to meet with her.

Maria came with a small crew and thoroughly cleaned a three-story house. She arrived promptly and we came home to a shining place.

It is a big old house with 11 rooms. The two young ladies from Maria's did a magnificent job. They were thoroughly professional and worked quickly and efficiently. This is the happiest my wife has been about the house for quite a spell. I would definitely hire them again. In this modern world, it is not that easy to be completely satisfied with a service provider. My wife and I were 100% satisfied.

We couldn't have asked for better service. My wife is disabled with MS and I'm a slob, so we definitely need help. They came on time, did everything we were told they would, and left the place in great shape. We are looking forward to continued service. The women were all very nice, and it was a job well done.

Maria and her companion cleaned for four hours each nonstop. Our home has nine rooms. Every room was left immaculately. She used the cleaners that I wanted her to. Maria is going to clean our home every other week. I found Maria very trustworthy, and I would be most comfortable having her in my home alone.

Maria was very proactive in returning my call. I original price she gave was high and so we bartered a bit on what needed to be cut from the cleaning list in order to agree to this price. Everything looked great when I got home. The only thing I could critique would be my shower walls which still had some soap residue (but again - this is really looking). I am going to give her a shot with a monthly service & see how things go. Will review again after a few more visits.

Needed my in-law apartment cleaned on short notice and Maria and co came through in a pinch. Called up and she got back to me very quickly and had her people there 2 days later all without coming to see the place first the way she likes to because it was such short notice. The place was very messy but they did a great job getting rid of the trash and organizing the bedroom and kitchen / living room area. After a couple hours it looked like a whole new apartment. Vacuumed, made the bed, toilet and tub were spotless. I was very happy would for sure call her again.

Sent her employee, haven't not met the owner.. she arrived on time.. and did a great cleaning.. I use her now every other week

Did an excellent job with the cleaning. Was extremely pleasant and very professional. Took great care in making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone who needs her services. We have hired her on a monthly basis for general cleaning.

Having Maria and her staff come to my house is the best gift I've given myself! They always show up on schedule and are always happy and friendly. They immediately start their work and that leaves me time to work outside or run errands. I am very comfortable leaving Maria in my home. I have found Maria and her staff to be very trustworthy. This was the BEST experience I have had with a cleaning company. They arrived on time and worked systematically and carefully to leave my home spotless. They knew what had to be done and I was free to do other things in my home. I will continue to use them for my cleaning needs.

House is always clean. She will vacuum everywhere, make the sheets and clean all the counter spaces. And she is very nice as well.

Amazing. She came, provided estimate. first time cleaning is higher price as they provide a thourough cleaning of every inch of the home then I went to a bi-weekly schedule where the price is very fair.
