CRE TSOLIAS LICENSED ELECTRICIAN

We were heading out of town that day, and I did not want to leave this electrical issue unresolved (if possible) before leaving town. They had a packed schedule and some technical difficulty on their end, but that didn't stop them from getting to the our place and tackling the issue as soon as they were able to (and...before we left town!). Actually -- the first electrician who came to "fix" the issue said he didn't fix chandeliers. Another electrician I'd called said he didn't fix them, either. So -- both of them would check out the issue, but if the problem were in the chandelier, I'd have to take it to get fixed by someone else. Then, I presume, get an electrician back in to reconnect. I was in a pinch, so I just tried to get the first two steps done -- get the chandelier issue looked at, taken down and to a company to fix it (if needed) and then try to figure out the last step of reconnecting. Cre and Hector figured out that there were two issues -- one was an extremely sensitive fuse, which probably caused the initial 'pop' and failure. But the other issue was that since that 'pop,' the chandelier's interior wiring had become disconnected (after that first 'pop' I'd taken the chandelier to a nearby lighting company to fix it, since the first guy wouldn't look inside it) from the light bulb sockets and had fused itself to the inside of the chandelier!! I'm glad I didn't leave town with that being the case, and glad they figured it out! I'm definitely calling Cre the next time we need any electrical work done.

Cre was very responsive, I called her to get a quote on upgrading the service in a newly purchased home from 60-amp to 100-amp, left a message, and she called back within 5 minutes; she came out first thing the next morning to take a look. She explained exactly what needed to be done and got back to me quickly with a quote. Although it initially came back a bit higher than the other 3 quotes I had gotten, she gladly matched the lowest one. I was also looking to have the work done ASAP before moving in, and where the other 3 companies I contacted quoted me at least 3-4 weeks before it could be done, she did it within a week! Her staff were very punctual, friendly, and professional, got the work done on time, and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely call Cre again for future electrical needs.

Minimized damage to the walls and did a fabulous job installing the lights. Showed up and completed the project on time. Two of the three lights got misplaced because I didn't provide the instructions. Cre came back and made the change a few days later without charging extra. Lights have been working well since the second installation. Great professional. Highly recommend.

It was not easy to snake the new lines through my old house up to the third floor, but Cre had some great ideas, explained everything thoroughly and I had a clear idea of her plan. Because there were so many unknowns, she explained that she would have to charge me hourly instead of a flat rate for the whole job, which I was confortable with, since her estimate was very reasonable. She and her helper were able to complete the work in less than two days, patched up all the holes they had to make (and they could have made many, many more), and cleaned up thoroughly.

I was very happy with their work and liked the fact that they let me do some prep work myself, saving me a lot on the cost of the project (I dug the trench for the new line from the house, removed an old fixture, and did some prep work for installing exterior lights). I also liked the fact that Cre was upfront about the hourly charge for her labor. She was very good to work with and helped me understand the options available, so I could make an informed choice about what to do. Her advice was excellent and I'm very happy with the end result. I would highly recommend Cre and Hector.

A great work crew, very professional, always cheerful and helpful. They encountered some problems because our building is so old and needed to think up creative solutions, which they did beautifully, and the unforeseen obstacles did not increase the price. They reused old quaint fixtures even though it would have been faster just to replace them. They cleaned up beautifully after every visit. It was a pleasure to have them around. Would I recommend them to other people? I already have - to just about everyone I know!

I received quotes from three different "A-rated" Angie's List electricians. Initially Cre's estimate came in a bit higher than the others, but after speaking with her a bit more, she agreed to match my lowest bid. While the other electricians I met with were perfectly fine, I really liked Cre, and felt that I wanted to work with her. It also helped that she is in JP (as are we), and I felt this would be an advantage when future work would be needed down the road. The work went well. I was working from home while they did the work. The three of them were quite agreeable, the work was done quickly and in a professional manner. In short, all went well. Cre has also been readily available when it comes to following up on her work as well: When I went to install a ceiling fan some weeks later, I noticed a fan-box wasn't installed as I had anticipated. Cre came a few days later, installed it, along with the fan. And all is well. The electrical work was a big undertaking for us, it was a significant amount of money. But we feel Cre gave us our money's worth, and she stands behind her work. We will be using her in the future as we continue working on the house.

Needed a ceiling fan installed. Called me to arrange a visit for an estimate. Said she would stop by the next day sometime in the evening but would call in the morning with an better estimate of time. Never called, never stopped by, never contacted us again to explain. We expected more after all these great reviews.

We hired Cre for a job a few years ago, so when we needed smoke detectors installed for an upcoming home inspection, we called her again. She was most accommodating to our hectic schedule. Even though she said she was very busy, she still came to our house within 3 days of our call. Before she got to work, she put down a drop sheet to collect the plaster dust from the installation, and after she had finished the installation, she cleaned up everything before she left. I watched her working, and was again impressed by how neat and tidy all her electrical wiring is. My wife was especially pleased that the house was left clean and dust-free afterwards. Cre is a true professional, and I would happily hire her again for any future work we might have.

I found Cre T here on Angie's list and called her - she called me right back, came over within 2 hours to look at my system and give me a price, and scheduled the replacement for the next day. This was a scary situation and although it was not an immediate emergency, Cre responded to my worry, brought another licensed electrician with her to make sure everything was done in the least amount of time possible so as not to inconvenience me with the power off any more than absolutely necessary. She was personable, professional, a great communicator, and very NEAT. All great things in a contractor!

She came over to see what I needed, talked me through what I should buy for fixtures and offered to buy the recessed light lips since I was clueless about where to find them or what they would look like. She's totally trustworthy and responsible. I feel fine leaving her alone in the house if I have other things to do while she's here. I've hired her for multiple jobs in the past and recommended her to lots of friends.

Cree was great to work with and helpful in our on-the-fly lighting designing education and experience. Great suggestions with a view to maintaining a budget. As an engineer I asked her a lot of questions and she was great in explaining her rationale for her choices and worked with me when I offered mine. We had a few ceiling fixtures installed and then asked Cree relocate them without any issues when we didn't like their position and the lighting effect. My wife and I both would recommend her as a competent electrician and good person to work with. Very flexible and punctual - which area great assets.
