I hired her a year or so ago for some other work that also went well. Just as last time, she was prompt, listened to what we wanted, made suggestions that were really helpful, was very flexible about when she could come, and was very friendly. We felt like we got a lot for the money we spent and have been very happy with the work she did. Not only will I hire her again, but I sent an email to a bunch of my friends telling them to keep her name for whenever they need electrical work done. She was fantastic!

It went great. I bought a new home a little over a year ago and have used Cre several times. She has made "the horror" of new home electical issues a breeze. I wanted to add some outside holiday lighting last minute. I was thrilled when Cre said she could squeeze us in. Since she was making the trip we also had her install more plugs in the livingroom and hallway. My husband surprised me with an early Christmas gift with recessed lighting in our dinning room. I truly appreciate how professional Cre is. She is the only tradesperson that I have ever hired that has cleaned up after herself. There isn't an ounce of dust or dirt when she leaves. With two some children, I feel better knowing Cre vacuumed before she left and my sons wont swallow a screw. I will keep using her.

The first two times she was scheduled to come over, she did not show and did not call. Not sure why I stuck with her, but she did come on the third scheduled visit and was unable to diagnose the problem at that time. She cut a 3" square hole in my bathroom wall without needing to. She sent another person a week later and he found and fixed the problem

I liked that she is local and I like supporting female owned business, which is why I chose her. They were prompt and professional. The only thing I would say is that she did call call back late at night once and early one morning outside of business hours which is fine because I was up with a baby. She sent two guys that work for her to do the work and they did a good job. They ran into some snags in the wall because our house is old. It took a lot longer than we hoped it would be so it ended up being more expensive than we wanted it to be. But they were thorough, respectful and explained what they were doing and why it was taking them so long. They did clean up and made sure everything was as we wanted it.

She did a great job and spent tons of time on the phone with me before hand, including testing ideas of how I wouldn't need her services in the first place. She did call me back once at almost 10pm, which seemed too late.

Cre was very pleasant to deal with from start to finish. She explained what needed to be done to deliver the results we wanted and was really calm about letting us watch when we wanted to, patiently answering our questions. I and my wife felt very comfortable with her and would feel confident recommending her services to anyone. The pricing was competitive, the lights and other connections work great and the installation looks clean and tidy. We've dealt with other contractors in the past and Cre definitely stands out as one of the easiest to deal with and most professional.

I got her number from craigslist, which was pretty scarey but, when we met her, she explained what she was doing in detail and finished when she said she would.

We agreed upon a schedule and price (hourly wage) and Cre made many suggestions. She instinctively knew I was on a budget (was it all the holes in my jeans and sneakers that gave it away?) and her suggestions were made with this obviously in mind. Thank you, Cre. Cre was always on time and she worked very hard. I learned a lot from my home remodeling experience and of the numerous contractors I worked with (plumbing, flooring, painting etc.,) I am recommending only 3 here on Angie's List. This remodeling experience taught me to really appreciate the people who excel at their craft and skill as does Cre. Cre crawled through my attic to install lighting in my second floor bathroom, corrected all of the electrical problems I had with outlets, etc., put in the appropriate electrical outlet for my dual fuel stove, worked to install electricity in my basement and she even dug a trench to install electricity in my old garage. She hung my lights (in seconds flat!) and always finished within or under budget. I highly recommend this skilled electrician. She also worked very well with the difficult personalities that were employed on site. She handled them better than I did. :-)
