Edian responded promptly to our request for an estimate and reviewed the prospective job. During the review, he pointed out some weaknesses in the deck structure (which were truly defects of the construction) that other contractors had missed, that might affect the integrity of the new decking. He made concrete suggestions for how to address these. He gave us an estimate that was competitively better than the other contractors, even with these additional pieces of work. We originally were going to put in composite decking but changed our mind. Edian accomodated the change and the added costs for the required material were reasonable. He and his crew were polite and efficient. They cleaned up the work site every day at the end. Along the way, some additional issues arose with respect to the desk infrastructure. He did a good job fixing these additional issues, and when there were additional charges required, these were reasonable. In his work, he did the little extra things that show craftsmanship and care about the work. At the end, the resultant product was well done and looked beautiful, and the overall deck is much stronger than before, so will likely last for years of additional use without problems. We look forward to using the deck this spring when the snow finally all melts (June?).

Edian was working in the neighborhood, and a neighbor who had used him in the past recommended that I use him. He was very professional; he and a helper cleaned the entire roof, and then made suggestions as to how I could minimize ice dams in the future. I plan to use him again on replacing an aging deck.

I called him and he showed up the same day. Very professional and did a great job of repairing my two doors. I'd use his services again.

This time we were selling our condo and asked Edian for a quote to perform some requested repairs prior to sale. He worked with our annoying collection of minor repairs, and was able to get in, get out, and fix all of them over a few days. In addition, while doing some minor fixes to our deck, he discovered larger structural issues. He promptly gave me a call, sent us photos describing the issue, and, most importantly, was able to fix it it quickly and for minimal cost! We have hired Alexis multiple times, and would do so again.

Edian explained the entire process from start to finish in a detailed fashion. He gave me lots of option regarding the quality and price of materials. No matter how many questions I had, he was happy to answer them.
