Excellent work by Julen to assess my needs and help choose a humidifier for my system. Excellent installation by Cris and his apprentice. Both service people made sure I understood everything and were responsive to my questions. The job site was left clean and the new equipment was explained.

Have always been punctual and professional. Peter (new hire) and Blaise performed regular Fall maintenance yesterday. Never met them before, but their manner , competence and training was on par with what I've come to expect. I have confidence in this company.

The Technicians arrived on time (within scheduled window). We received a call informing us they were on their way. The technicians were very professional, took care not to track dirt into the house, explained what was done during the visit and the preventative issues they resolved during the visit. The cost of service is for the annual contract which includes two visits - one in the Spring and one in the Fall. $280 for PM service, $155 for HVAC Filter & UV Lamp replacement and $40 for Humidifier replacement pad. The next visit will require a charge for the HVAC Filter again (if we do not buy on our own).

Very Satisfied ... friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and interested in my input ... One minor suggestion: after changing the thermostat settings to test the heating unit, either return them to the previous settings and/or remind me to check that they are set to my preferences upon his departure ... my wife got a little warm that evening :)

Morris did a great job. The workers were timely, respectful and hard working. All work was done in the timeframe that was stated prior to the job. We are very happy with the work done.

It went very well - from the initial talks with Chris Zaremba until having Matt & Trevor do the installation - all was done professionally and with lots of attention to detail. They worked very hard - the job took 6 days. I have had lots of contractors over the years and Morris Heating and Air Conditioning is easily one for the top contractors - I would highly recommend them.

Perfectly. Blaise was prompt, professional, and thought about ways to avoid additional issues. For example, because a different company had installed the unit, Blaise did not know what to expect regarding their workmanship, so he took precautions that saved us additional trouble and expense.

Any dealings / contacts that I have had with Morris HAC from day one have been positive, professional, friendly and informative. They do what they say. As in previous encounters, the Team arrived at the agreed time, prepped and protected the areas as needed, went about their installation tasks and upon completion reviewed what was done with suggestions etc.. Cleaned up and disposed of surplus.

It went great. They showed up right on time. Cleaned up neatly each day. Final job was clean, neat and efficient. They did masterbedroom, two other bedrooms and a downstairs family room. I was replacing noisy window units. Huge difference.

Due to the dollar amount involved for the work, I requested several proposals from different companies and Morris ended up on our short list. The reason for this was that we were impressed with the punctuality, responsiveness, creativity, knowledge and general approach. Andrew Previte came out and did a walk-thru of our specifics. He then quickly emailed us two different Lennox estimates - one to replace the unit that we currently had and one for a smaller unit, which was great. He also mentioned we should replace the pump - something we had not realized. We found his approach very professional and collaborative - he clearly came across as if he cared about our specific needs. Their pricing was very reasonable - compared to another vendor for the same unit. We would definitely recommend Morris to anyone with similar needs.

Very well. I only wish that my online records with the company would specify where to find the vent to the outside of my condominium unit. Blaise N. was thoroughly professional, polite, and amiable. I felt very comfortable with the quality service. We also chatted about differences between American and African social norms.

It went great, the service was superb, Manny, and Bobby where very professional, respectful, and friendly. They were always on time. Mike came on time and took care of the A/C. He cleaned the unit and serviced it and did the same with the return. He replaced new filters and checked everything thing out thoroughly.

Blaise did a fantastic job! He went above and beyond diagnosing our problem. The AC is working great in this 90+ degree weather.

Service was excellent. BLAISE was an efficient, knowledgeable, and very neat technician! I'm very satisfied with his work, and Morris' customer service.

One person came out. I didn’t get any complaint from my tenants, so I would imagine that everything was fine.

They are punctual. They were out there quick, but we had to wait for the part, a couple of days. The workers were good. Professional.

The system was replaced very quickly and efficiently. Andy the service engineer answered all of my questions and helped me with rebates from Mass Save as well. The installation team came right on time and were done when expected and left no trace behind except for a newly installed furnace. The furnace is a Lennox and it performs very well

They came out and were able to get the unit replaced. I started a service contract with them. They were very good. They're very accommodating withe regard to scheduling and price.

I have used them twice now to fix and service a dehumidifier in my basement. They're excellent.

The representative assigned failed to arrive at the arranged time, or at all. After waiting approximately an hour we contacted the office and they were, again, very responsive and connected us with the rep. The break down, however, rested with the assigned representative. Apparently he had driven by our house at the prescribed time, but was not sure if it was the correct address so he returned to his office. While it is true that our house number has been removed as a result of the ongoing renovations, we were perplexed as to why he did not stop and knock if he thought he had the correct address? Again, offering him teh benefit of the doubt, I agreed to wait for him to return to our house form his office, which was less than 10 minutes away. After another 30 minutes I could not wait any longer and called to cancel the appointment. It is important to note that this review is based solely on the sales representatives behavior, and not the quality of their work. For that reason we are rating them as a 'C' overall.

They were really good and did really good work.

They were expensive; I'm not taking that away but they really need to recheck their pricing structure. The quality of workmanship was fine but there was really not much work with it, changing the filter and checking the dumpers I could do it myself.

I went to Angieslist to find a company to relocate a forced hot air return as I was having a bathroom remodeled. I called Morris Heating and Air conditioning for an estimate. They came two days later as planned. They looked at the job and gave me an estimate. I had two other estimates in hand that were much higher for the same work. The professionalism displayed by Morris at every part of this procedure was beyond reproach. They came five days later. Installed the new return. The invoice was for the exact amount of the job. I give them 5 out of 5 stars in every category.
