Description of Work: The Title V inspection. It went very well - although I haven't received the full report yet. The DF Clark representative who came was thorough, kept me informed of each step in the process and had me complete visual inspections as he explained what was being done, how the system worked, and what shape it was in and why this was his conclusion. The cost of the inspection included the fee required by the city.

Description of Work: We have been using D.F. Clark to pump our septic for several years now. The technician sent out, Bob, was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. We have four children who found pumping a septic tank fascinating! They had trouble keeping a safe distance while Bob worked but through it all he was very nice to our children while making sure they were safe, even answering their questions with a smile! In this day and age of lousy customer service, it was refreshing to work with such a nice person! I heartily recommend working with this company and I will use only them in the future.
