Drain Flow Heating & Drain Cleaning

Tony came right over and had the drain cleared very quickly. He answered the phone on the second ring, and texted me to let me know how close he was to arriving. He was professional and courteous. We will call him again when we need a plumber.

What a pair of nice, efficient chaps! No BS, pleasant guys. Arrived in 17 minutes flat. Couldn't have asked for more. Cleaned up and all.

I called early in the morning and Tony said he was just starting another job. He estimated he could get to me by noon. I confirmed with a text message. About 10:00 he texted that it looked like it would be between 12 and 1. He called to confirm this as well. He texted at 12:25 he was on his way and arrived 20 minutes later. Tony and his assistant were all business. He provided a flat rate price. It was a tough job, requiring that he bring in a second augur. But he knew when he got through the clog. Tony and his helper were meticulous about being as neat as possible despite the messy job and left the under sink area and kitchen floor cleaner than when they arrived. I've already scheduled him for another job.

He came highly recommended, and he was available when we needed him. Scheduling was easy, and he showed up on time. He was efficient, completing the work in under two hours. The price, which included the cost of the new faucet and other parts that needed to be replace, was fair. My only minor complaint is that he didn't center the vanity directly under the medicine cabinet, so now that needs to be moved.

Tony was great. He got the clog cleared in a couple of minutes. Now both the sink and tub drain fine.

They were really responsive. I called at 7 o'clock in the morning about a broken water heater and they showed up at 8 o'clock and had it fixed right through the afternoon. They were super friendly and super professional. They seemed very genuine and just really easy to work with. Their price seemed very fair.

They have been good, great plumbers and radiators. So, they come right away, and are personable. They come back, drain the block radiators, and it is good. It was a month ago. The price is good and competitive. Maybe $60 or $70 for the radiators, I do not really remember.

My utility sink was filled with water, just 2 inches from the top! I called Anthony @ Drain Flow Drain Cleaning and he told me he could be here by noon or before. That worked for me! He arrived before noon and went right to work, finding tree roots in the main drain pipe. He cleared them and got my sink to drain and main drain working. I was also having problems with our guest bathroom toilet. He replaced the wax seal and flush mechanism and now the toilet is working great. Prompt, polite, great service, and leaves the area clean when finished. I highly recommend Drain Flow. I plan to hire them for any future plumbing and drain work in the future. THANKS, ANTHONY!!!

They were able to come quickly, which I really appreciated. The plumber was a nice guy and was able to fix things fairly quickly.

Anthony responded immediately and communicated to the point of visit. Duanne was timely, responsive and so informative. Additionally, they were both very friendly and easy to work with.

Tony was very responsive, thorough in in work, explained the problem so I could understand and the long term and short term options. His pricing is in the standard range, not outrageous. I would not hesitate to use Drain Flow again.

Responded within 15 minutes of the call, arrived on location even sooner then promised, drain was cleared within 15 minutes.

Tony and crew showed the same day I called and were able to quickly fix the problem. After completing the cleaning/repair they replaced everything they had moved exactly to where it had been, and cleaned up leaving no trace. It's clear they know what they're doing, and in talking to Tony he's committed to building his business through customer service. This was a much better experience compared to the amateur hour I found with one of the major drain clearing companies.

I've used Tony 3-4 times in the past and have been surprisingly satisfied each time. He and his colleague, Dwayne, do a great job. They are punctual, incredibly responsive and (this is the most impressive part) do not gouge you on prices for fixing things you don't understand. Dwayne came to fix our shower a month ago and while he was here he took a look at our water heater, which was way out of warranty. He spoke with Tony and they gave me a great deal. I had priced 2 other companies, and Tony was far and away the winner, at least $100 cheaper than the other companies and his service is superior. We finally had the water heater replaced on Monday and Tony remembered the price he quoted me a month ago. I'd recommend him as a go-to plumber.

I called at 9am this morning, Tony was here by 10am, and it was all fixed and cleaned up by 11am. I could not be happier with the responsiveness and quality of the work. I highly recommend him, and am considering hiring them to do other plumbing jobs.

This was our first major issue as new homeowners and Anthony is a godsend. He was always punctual (early, actually), professional, friendly, stuck to his initial estimate and explained everything. I first called him on Memorial Day weekend, expecting to set something up for the following week. Instead, he came about 20 minutes after my initial call (even though it wasn't a dire emergency) and assessed the situation. He scheduled a return visit later in the week to do a video inspection, expecting it to be some type of backup or clogged trap. A few days later we watched on the screen as he and Duane did the inspection, and as water flowed through the main waste line...and right through the huge cracks and holes in the bottom of the crumbling pipe. UGH. Not what we wanted to see. But Anthony assured us that it wasn't the end of the world. He gave us a DVD of the inspection, an estimate for the pipe replacement work, and told us to call him back when we were ready. He also removed and capped off a creepy non-working prohibition-era toilet in the basement while he was there, and after learning that we had just recently moved in, took a quick look at the rest of the basement plumbing. We had to have our basement stairs partially removed in order to make room for the pipe to come out, and thankfully Anthony was super flexible and could accommodate our carpenter's schedule with only a few days notice. (Again, a godsend.) He and Duane were back at 7:15 a.m. to do the work and within 8 hours they replaced the whole pipe with PVC, patched the floor back up, and left the basement cleaner than when they arrived. In addition to doing the work, Anthony and Duane gave us recommendations on everything from de-humidifiers, to garbage disposals, to hot water heaters. I feel like we won the plumber lottery by finding these guys. They are great, honest, funny, local guys who work hard and seem to really like what they do. We'll definitely be calling them again, but hopefully not for a while. :)

They were prompt and arrived when they said they would. They were also very respectful of my home and took their shoes off when entering the house. They offered a fair and reasonable price.

A friend experienced a back-up due to blocked pipes going from the house to the main sewer line, so he suggested we get ours checked out. I found Drain Flow through Angie's List, and I called. Anthony picked up my phone call on the second ring, scheduled a visit, and showed up as promised (at a time I requested) on time. He texted in advance to let me know he was close by. Anthony asked me to explain my issue and suggested that he scan the pipe as a first step. He and Duane had to do some significant work to gain access to the main pipe, but they worked with care to get it open. Anthony then sent a camera down the pipe, explaining what he was seeing in terms I could understand, and leaving me with a DVD. He suggested I consider repair work and laid out two options. Here's where he showed his integrity. First, he could have flushed the line for another $150, but he said that there was nothing obstructing it right now and the problem was a longer-term one--replacing some of the piping. Second, he gave me the names of some other contractors who might do the work (he does not install liners or dig up pipes), and he equipped me with the questions to ask before making a decision on which option and which contractor. He suggested I call him with any questions I might have along the way. He and Duane cleaned up after themselves. I gave him a B for price only because it's an expensive service, but Anthony is no more expensive than others who provide this service--and it's an unpleasant, dirty line of work, so they earn the money they make. His careful work and integrity are worth the price. I'd definitely use him again. The story of how he built his business is also inspiring, so be sure to ask him.

A previous plumber came to clear the line but quickly said I had broken line which needed to be replaced. Called Drain Flow along with city inspector to confirm that it was broken, but Tony quickly realized it wasn't broken and it just had a ton of tree roots. He unclogged my line and everything was fine. Can't thank him enough saved me thousands!!!!!

Anthony did a good job unclogging the sink and replacing the garbage disposal, however, he ripped me off on the cost of the new garbage disposal and claimed I was getting a service discount when in reality I wasn't. I was charged $399 for the service job and a new disposal. The disposal only costs $100 online, so that means he charged $300 for his 30 min job unclogging the sink. Also, he promised that the new garbage disposal was top quality but upon further research the product (badger 9) has many complaints of failure after a short period of time.

Anthony and his partner worked patiently and diligently to solve a complicated problem with an old main drain in my house. Overnight, sewage water had backed up into my first floor shower stall, overflowed, and had started flooding my kitchen. Anthony and his partner arrived on time, then spent time trying to pry open the cover for the old drain that leads to the street. They solved the problem of getting their rooting blade into the drain since it had a restrictive "U" shape. Additionally, he diagnosed what was causing a another leak in my basement. Surplus water from the same clogged main drain was being diverted through an HVAC hose attached to one of my furnace ducts. Since this was a furnace matter, he said I should work with the furnace repair staff. He takes pride in giving what he feels is an honest estimate and clearly takes pride in doing a good job.

Although the problem was ultimately the city's and not mine, Drain Flow did exactly what I expected. I especially appreciated their promptness and their professional manner. I would use them again and recommend them to my family members.

We had been experiencing slow drains in the tub and sink in the bathroom for a few months and been dealing with it ourselves until it became a persistent problem. I checked angies for good people close by and chose drain flow. Duane was at my house within a couple of hours of my call. He unclogged both drains, cleaned up after himself and was on his way within a half hour or so. I would recommend them and definitely call again if needed.
