Excellent experience. Raquel and her crew tackled the job and left my house fresh and clean. I recommend and will use again.

They cleaned well but they broke my recliner. The back does not sit upright anymore not does the foot rest go down into position. Both were working fine when Raquel came into the room earlier to see me. I was sewing and the recliner worked just fine. I wrote and told her about this but she said that the recliner was not moved. Either she neglected to clean under it or it was moved and broke. The other section of the couch was moved and replaced in the wrong area. I believe they over turned the recliner and something happened. I just wanted her and her team to own up to it. But she refused.

Great, she came over, took a look and quoted me a price for 3 people, and we set a date She ended up needing 4 people as we decided to have them do all first floor windows inside and out. They all worked very quickly and worked very hard. The house looks and smells cleaner than clean! All hardwood floors, rugs, refrigerators, walls, furniture, ceilings, bathrooms kitchen etc etc. done in 3 1/4 hours. Thanks Raquel and team!

Having recently moved here, we didn't really know anyone, so we turned to Angie's list. Finding Raquel is one of the best things that has happened to us since moving here. She and her crew are fast, pleasant and professional. They did a thorough first time cleaning and will now continue to clean on an every other week basis. Not only were they terrific, but their price was very competitive.

Raquel and her team were very punctual and professional. She said she would clean corner to corner and she did. She was extremely thorough and a pleasure to talk with and have in our home. She does outstanding work!

She came with two other women and they set about cleaning, bleaching, vacuuming each and every room. When they were done we were elated at how good a job they had done. Spectacular. Raquel was great to work with - professional, pleasant, with an eye for detail. We recently did some renovations and there was dust from the construction every where. Raquel and her staff got to work cleaning all the walls, windows, and floors - did a great job. Also left the kitchen & bathrooms sparkling clean! Raquel "squeezed" me in to her schedule and kept in touch when she was running a little late. Would definitely hire her again!

Raquel and her team were wonderful. Responsive, personable, and did a thorough job cleaning the house from top to bottom. They moved furniture to reach hard to get spaces; cleaned the oven and fridge; and even cleaned the windows.

I called and they responded quickly. We set up a date and they showed up on time, worked efficiently. All was good.

They did an amazing job in a very tired and dusty house; very responsive on very short notice. One snag for us was that we thought we had agreed on a $300 limit prior to them starting the work but were informed after the work was done that it would cost $350. In the future, we'd like it if they had a "menu" of options for us to tailor the work we want done and the price range for those options.

Team of four people cleaned the home for more than four hours. Overall, it was a more thorough cleaning than I expected. At one point, they were cleaning some of the kitchen floor grout with toothbrushes to get the dirt out. I was extremely pleased with the cleaning and would gladly use them again.

I needed a thorough cleaning of my home and Raquel did a wonderful job! My house has never been so clean! They moved furniture and cleaned tough to reach spots. We were very impressed by the quality of their work and attention to detail.

In October I hired Raquel's team to clean our windows. They did a fabulous job. I'll definitely ask them to clean my windows again. Raquel's team has been back to clean my house twice since then and I am totally satisfied. She's pleasant to work with and they perform a very thorough job. I highly recommend Raquel and her team.

Raquel and her crew do a beautiful job. They treat my house as if it were their own. Everything is always spotless when they're done. I love coming home to a beautifully clean house after they've been there. Raquel is always prompt but will be flexible to meet my needs. Can't say enough about her.

Raquel and her crew were prompt and hard working. They cleaned the entire house in just two hours. The house was not furnished so there was no furniture to move or clean. They cleaned two sliders and 10 windows inside & out as well as two full bathrooms and a kitchen. They also cleaned light fixtures and a ceiling fan that needed a good cleaning. They did a great job and the cost was reasonable. I would definitely hire them again.

Raquel's team did a fantastic job! After 3 hrs of deep cleaning, including baseboards, windowsills,chandelier the house looked spotless. I'm very much a DIY type, but I don't think I would have done a better job. A big plus - I called Raquel last minute and she was still able to accommodate my weekend request and she was replying to text messages almost instantly. I will definitely use her team again.
