Raquel's Cleaning

We began using Raquel's Cleaning Service this past May for our family vacation home in Truro. It has been a wonderful 6 months and we plan to use them next year. Raquel's three person teams do an excellent job. They arrive as scheduled weekly. They are experienced and efficient. They did a season opening full day deep cleaning that was particularly challenging task. We were completely satisfied.

Raquel’s Cleaning did a spectacular deep clean on my new home which was left filthy from the previous owners. She responded immediately to my inquiry and was able to schedule the job quickly. Her team of cleaners did an amazing job and worked tirelessly to remove decades of grime from the floors, walls, cabinets and windows. I was very impressed and would highly recommend Raquel’s Cleaning.

I have turned the house over myself and it is hard work. Her and her crew do it weekly in 4 hours or less. We are so grateful to be working with her. I can’t recommend her enough!

Raquel and her team performed cleaning magic on our apartment. Our tenant left the house in filthy condition, and years of smoking had stained the walls, ceiling, and cabinets a dull brown. Inches of dust and dirt were everywhere after years of rental to the same tenant. Raquel and her team left the place sparkling and inhabitable again. Most importantly, they elongated the smoke film and odor. She and her team were professional, punctual, and meticulous. I would recommend her service for regular and deep cleans.

Paid for deep clean of my apartment, 3bd2br and the service wasn’t provided. Complained and show the owner and she apologized I took pictures “spoke” to the girls that work for her. As soon as she left my house, insulted me ,called my house trash- the quote was 450 dollars for a deep cleaning and they even forgot to clean the bathroom, table on the living room, base boards, Any of the the tables in the main bedroom, the outlets, the walls, didn’t move anything to clean behind, and to make matters worse because I complained that the apartment was not clean she threatened me to call my job and say bad thinks about me, insulted me, called my house trash and that she only cleans MANSIONS which she keeps repeat over and over while I was going around the apartment showing her what they missed. IF YOU DON’T HAVE A MANSION this is not the company you want to use. She’s a scammer!
