Raquel's Cleaning

Raquel was very responsive and easy to work with. I was thrilled with the job that she and her employees did, which was thorough, meticulous, and very efficient. They worked quickly and did a great job. The cost was reasonable. I could not more highly recommend her, and hope to use her again down the road as we settle into our new home.

Raqueland her team did an excellent job as there was dust and diirt everywhere after our kitchen renovation which included refinishing wood floors throughout the house. Easy to work with and a genuinely nice person.

The first few times went well; however the fourth time was disastrous. After changing the time from 8:30 to 11:00 two girls showed up at noon. They were obviously in a hurry as they did not clean two bathrooms, broke picture frames, and left glass tables looking worse than when they arrived. They usually stay for two and a half hours but this time they were done in a little over an hour. For the amount of money I pay them and the size of the house this was absurd. Later when I went upstairs I found the thermostat was set to the warmest temperature it could reach - my entire upstairs was like a sauna. I am truly not a picky person, I just wanted my house cleaned.

Excellent. What a beautiful job by a crew of three. The house looks brand new when they are done. They pay attention to every detail. My husband was so impressed with the deep clean. He said , "wow that was worth it." Do not hesitate to hire. You will be happy.

Raquel and her team is reliable, thorough, and they walk in my door with a positive attitude about herself, her team and her work. I don't have to point out to her what needs to be done, and her prices are low in relation to the quality and attention that she provides. They have consistently taken appropriate precautions for covid. Raquel works with me to adapt to our schedule. I appreciate knowing her, and feel well cared for. I highly recommend with the only misgiving in recommending being that it means she'll be even more in demand than she already is. :)

Raquel and her crew of 3 professionals performed an outstanding job on my home. A thorough deep clean was carried out, which took approximately 5 hours as I have a fairly large house. They did an excellent job, with exceptional focus on detail. All the inside doors and windows, baseboards, ceiling fans, etc., were thoroughly cleaned. Rachel and her team were professional, friendly and fast. I had a limited amount of time to get the house clean before our movers arrived the next day. She arrived on time with a crew of 3 and scoured the house from top to bottom. When she encountered stains, or places that despite their best efforts would not come clean, she found me and brought me to review the issue. The house was clean and fresh when they left and we were excited to begin moving in!

Raquel and her crew did an outstanding job. I needed our home scrubbed down after hosting many guests over the summer. The house came out immaculate with sparkling windows, blinds and baseboards free of dust, built in dirt in the windows gone. Bathrooms and kitchen spotless. Raquel was very easy to communicate with as well. I live out of state and coordinated easily with her. Although this was just a one-time clean I will definitely have her come back in the spring for another thorough clean!

Raquel and her team did a fantastic job cleaning our large, unusual house. Carpets vacuumed, floors mopped to a shine, nooks and crannies dusted and cleaned, kitchen and bathroom floors glisten. Our house hasn't been this clean since we bought it 12 years ago. They were polite, very professional, and flexible with the schedule. Highly recommend Raquel. The fees were very reasonable and the work incredibly professional and well done. She is very responsive even with a last minute call. Communication is excellent. She even does windows! Of note for landlords who may not be near their rentals. Raquel is a gift. She looks out for her clients and promptly notifies if something is wrong on or in the property.
