I am very pleased with the whole experience. The house had not been lived in for 4 years and needed to be deep cleaned. Raquel came with two other women and worked nonstop for 3 hours. They were meticulous in their cleaning including moving all the furniture, washing the base boards, and cleaning under the radiators. The house looks and smells cleaner than ever before. Raquel was flexible when the original time ended up not working for me and rearranged her schedule to fit me in. Because of the change in time they weren't able to completely finish the job. They are coming back next weekend and because of the quality of their work I am going to have them wash the windows as well as finish the cleaning.

Raquel is professional, responsive, and very easy to work with. Raquel and her team do a fantastic job - everything is sparkling when they leave. When Raquel notices something needs a little extra cleaning, or if the windows are dirty, etc, she always contacts me and asks if I would like her to take care of it or not. I appreciate that she asks before she goes ahead and does it. She has been cleaning my home for seasonal rental turn-over as well as for my own personal benefit for the past year+. I had a renter who was a serious neat freak and had been known to request the cleaners come back to re-clean better. Raquel and her team did a fantastic job - no need to have to go back. I wasn't worried, since I know Raquel does a superb job!! You won't be disappointed if you hire Raquel.

Called her yesterday and was able to book her for today, a Saturday. They were here almost the whole day. The crew worked hard and was most thorough. To be honest, both places needed a good cleaning and they got it. We will be having them back on a regular basis.

Raquel was very prompt in responding to my initial outreach. She scheduled a convenient time with me and sent me a reminder the day before. Her crew of 3 were about 15 minutes early and finished a deep cleaning in just about 3 hours ( we have a 2,000 sq foot house with two full baths). The wooden floors looked great and the bathroom showers were cleaner than ever!

I couldn't be happier with the result. Raquel was professional, friendly and very responsive to scheduling. I had an immediate response any time I needed to contact her. The crew was professional and did a really, really good job. Our house has never looked better. I will definitely hire them again!!!!!!

I can't speak highly enough of Raquel's service. She was flexible when I needed to reschedule when my son had the flu, and when she arrived she was prompt and professional. Great communication all the way along. I'm not very good at instructing what needs to be done, and her team saw what was needed and tackled it. I'm thrilled with the way my house looks. Raquel will be coming back monthly to maintain my home and I'll engage her for any special projects along the way.

Deep cleaned upstairs and down Lifted area rugs and cleaned under. Best cleaning I ever had. Will definitely use them again. Two hours 3 ladies worked the whole time. Very reasonable.

Everything has been great and we're very happy. Raquel and her team are professional, thorough and honest. Further, they're genuinely nice people and a pleasure to be around. We don't have a lot of extra money to throw around...my husband and I both work and have a two year old daughter. Life gets a bit crazy and having Raquel and her team's assistance has lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. We literally gave up our cable bill so we could justify $100 a month for the routine cleaning. When they leave, I look around and know it's money well spent. I highly recommend their services. These are good people!

They arrived on time-were extremely professional as well as courteous and respectful of our things. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The house had not had that type of cleaning in over a year, so we were extremely pleased!

They washed my floors-tile and hardwood, cleaned all the windowsills, mopboards. My bathrooms shine as does my kitchen. My stainless steel appliances look wonderful. I am very pleased with their cleaning and have hired them to clean on a regular basis. The normal fee will be $100 and I will have them come every 3 weeks. They are cleaning about 1500 sq ft. They are very professional and take great pride in what they are doing! I am so pleased to have found them!

They washed the windows, too. They changed the sheets on the bed also. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I plan to have them come back and clean on routine basis.

They vacuumed, dusted, washed floors, both bathrooms, washed all window sills, slider to deck (looks spotless). She is very professional. I am very pleased with the job she and her two companions did. I will be using her to maintain the cleanliness and will be paying her a different price than what I initially paid.
