Description of Work: He came out to give an estimate on repair of chimney cap. He just looked briefly from the ground, did not have binoculars, then said he'd get an estimate to me. Then he rushed off, almost hitting my mailbox.

Description of Work: They reflashed a large - 29 year old chimney. The principal was very responsive to my inquiry and very timely in performing the work when scheduled.

Description of Work: I couldn't be happier with their service and I would use them again in a heartbeat. I called Sonny Kelly because my front steps were crumbling and had to be replaced. We made an appointment for the next week. They came and removed the old steps and replaced them with bricks that match the bricks on the walkway. They were prompt, courteous, and very neat. He came back a few days later to apply the weatherproofing. This was a great experience. The bill came in exactly as estimated.

To my surprise Kelly called me back after reviewing the chimney and informed me that everything looked great. I was extremely inpressed not only with his promptness but also his level of integerity. Description of Work: I specifically requested quote for work on chimney mortar flue repair. He responded & was on time, but spent less than a minute, had no ladder, looked at the chimney from the ground (no binoculars) & said it needed a new chimney cap because the present cap was a thin one. He said he'd send a quote but I never heard from him.
